She went in on a Friday afternoon and Ken spent time helping her. What was wonderful was that he showed her different mattresses at different price points. She ended up buying a Saatva mattress that was a comfort return. Ken educated her on the process of what happens when Saatva gets a returned mattress. (We have a Saatva mattress that we ordered online and can attest to the great quality.) The price they paid compared to purchasing direct from Saatva was amazing. She also purchased a box springs and rails. Everything was delivered the next day. It was a seamless purchase and they couldn't be more thrilled. I wanted to buy a mattress that would last a long time. From the get-go, the sales person was hands off and let us try the different mattresses without pressuring us toward any particular one, or upselling us on anything. When we asked for his opinion, he was honest, and honestly, our whole mattress buying experience was very simple and stress-free. The prices were great too -- we paid way less than we had budgeted for, and we got the mattress that we wanted. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. They delivered our new mattress in a little over a week, and we have been satisfied ever since. It's been a little over a year since we got the mattress -- I wanted to wait a while before I left a review just in case. But I have nothing but great things to say about Long's Mattress. I'm hoping we don't have to replace our mattress for a while, but when we do, I'll definitely get one from here again.

Long story, short my grandpa was being moved to a new room at the assisted living center nearby and needed to downsize his bed. After searching for several hours, sending out several emails, and making several phone calls explaining the situation I only received one call-back. That call-back was from Henry with "BMC Mattress" . Henry went out of his way to help me - he gave me every discount he could find, he ensured that the bed would be delivered that evening, he delivered the bed with his own vehicle, and even offered to put the bed frame together himself! After Henry moved everything into the room for me I got the opportunity to speak with Henry for a few moments and he mentioned that they are new in the area. I was a bit overwhelmed when it arrived because it required a fair amount of assembly and I've had bad experiences in the past; not from this company but with other products. Oftentimes products that require assembly do not come with good clear instructions. Or the parts are poor quality; threads strip, things break when you try to put them together, etc. I also don't have a great deal of patience when trying to work through projects like this because of lack of customer support or proper instruction. In the case of our Bedder Way bed, however, I was pleasantly surprised. It was still a bit of a project, as it took me over 3 hours to get it all together, although I was working at a somewhat slow, methodical pace as I followed along with the instructions. Whoever wrote the instructions deserves a Pulitzer prize because they could not have been more clear. Everything was explained in such a way that there was no confusion about how things were going to fit together. Parts were all clearly labeled with photographs. The instructions were careful to point out what the user needed to watch for before proceeding to the next step. Adequate warnings were given along the way, such as needing at least two people to lift the frame into place when mounting it to the wall and making sure you have it securely mounted to studs in the wall, or have another method that is equally secure. The quality of the wood and all the individual parts were top notch. I can't believe that such a project came together without me getting frustrated with the process at any point.

Delivery was flawless, in and out in just a few minutes once I showed them where to bring it in. Hopefully we don't need to stop in here too terribly often, but the next time we need a mattress I won't hesitate to return to Long's.
