Came in on a warm, perfect day hoping to get some ice cream, but that didn't happen.
They have a huuuge selection of flavors, so I asked the lady working there if she knew the flavors in English. She replied (in perfect English by the way), "the flavors are written there" and pointed at the signs. I replied, "right, but not in English, so I thought maybe you could help" to which she gave me a dumbfounded look and repeated herself, "the flavors are right there". I was going to just ask her for a recommendation, but before I could she continued on, "and plus we have over 30 flavors". At that point, I walked out. If you don't want to help, fine, but don't make your customer feel like they're a burden and don't make excuses for not helping.
No one is expected to know the answer to everything, but try to at least, ya know, offer some help? Also, if it was busy I'd understand too because I hate holding up other customers... But there was no one else there. read more
