Ordered a Belgian Waffle, bacon, hashbrowns with unsweet tea on 12/16/25, @ 6/7PM. Someone will have to pay me to go back. One can determine if a restaurant is good or bad just by food presentation. Those who are unable to cook bacon need to be looking for a job. In addition, those who serve iced tea that is fixing to go bad are total losers especially when it is priced over $3.00 a glass. While most scoff at three stars to me that's just what ihop is. It's tried and true and you know what your in for. They do find a good way to innovate with seasonal specials like the peanut butter cup hot chocolate I had which was bigger than expected but delicious. The service was a little underwhelming...our server took our drinks then a few minutes later another server came to take our order we told him we had been helped, then a few minutes later our server returned to retake our drink order....we also had to ask twice for a pot of coffee to refill ours...later he misplaced the credit card for payment but ultimately found it. This IHOP is very consistent. The food is always hot and fresh, but sometimes it takes awhile to get servers to refill coffee or get something you need. The menu is so huge that you can please anyone in a large group. I'm partial to their seasonal pumpkin pancakes. My favorite thing is that they are always open, even on snow days or holidays while everywhere else is closed. read more

I'm not up for any deals, all restaurants simply put your prices back at before COVID. Enough is enough! We waited forever just to get our drinks and while we were waiting for our food we were asked 3 different times by wait staff bringing out food if the meals they had were ours. IHOP is one of those places that I feel can change with every visit because of their 24/7 hours and because...well...it's IHOP. Food is almost always the same. Hits the spot for those super late nights and it's honestly hard to complain. With a fair price and quantity of food, it really is hard to find an issue without nitpicking. I love their crepes (because it's so hard to find crepes anywhere else in OK for whatever reason) and pancakes, and you can't go wrong with bacon and sausage links. Because your food almost always tastes the same, service plays a very big role on your visit. In the last few months that I've been here, I've had great service, especially yesterday morning. On a few occasions, my order has been messed up, but nothing too extreme. My friends have had complaints about a few servers, but I have yet to run into any horrible service in the last few months. Also, I see a lot of reviews talking about unsanitary conditions and improper handling of food. You kind of get that vibe with IHOP for whatever reason, but I haven't seen any red flags yet. This location seems to be steadily declining in enjoyable dining experiences. This visit, our food was very late arriving to the table and was not very fresh. Some items that we order tasted and looked different than normal to include the addition of ingredients that do not come with that particular menu item. Came to this location a few times, especially late at night, and the service and food has been below average, especially compared to the Meridian location, which is excellent. Came here this morning and ordered a turkey and swiss sandwich. I am sad to say that in the Year of Our Lord 2017 we as a society have not yet mastered the turkey sandwich. It was made with crumbly, leftover dinner turkey from the day before and was terrible. I asked for some deli or at least sliced turkey instead, which is how the sandwich usually comes, but I was told that they did not have any sliced turkey. That's right, a restaurant exists that does not have sliced turkey. Between this location and the Meridian location, I've probably had a turkey and swiss sandwich from Ihop 50 times over the years. I guess all those other times them having sliced turkey was a fluke. I've been having a bad run lately with restaurants. I think maybe I should just retire to a monastery in the mountains and eat rice and be content with that, because I'm going crazy lately just trying to get decent food and service. read more

This location is not very sanitary. They sat us on the side of the restaurant where we could see the servers prepping the food to come out to the customers. One server in paticular touched her hair five times and touched everything on fixing up the pancakes to go out to the customers sitting next to us. Your not suppose to touch hair and then food. My daughter immediately notified the manager, told the customers what she seen. Was treated badly by the manager with arrogance in her voice towards my daughter. Would not recommend eating here. Went on 2/21/16 at about 9 PM. Chris our server was horrible. He sat us and took our drink order brought us the drinks watched my husband get up and leave the table as I placed the order for mozzarella sticks. He left came back two more times while I waited for my husband. He brought our food to us and literally kept coming back every three to five minutes. I had my seven week old daughter in her car seat and he had no clue that the highchair turned in to a holder for a car seat. He brought us our check my husband got up to take our daughter to the car so we could leave and he walks up and says he stuck you with the check I paid and left.
