I chose this IHOP because it was the closest option, but the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. It took about 10 minutes just to get water after being seated. When I went to use the restroom, one stall had a visibly intoxicated woman with the door open, head in a trash can, while another person occupied the second stall. It was uncomfortable and unsanitary, so I left without using the restroom. A different employee took our order and seemed unfamiliar with basic menu substitutions. I have a severe gluten allergy, and despite gluten-free pancakes being listed on the menu, I was told they could not substitute buttermilk pancakes for gluten-free ones in a meal. This made no sense and felt dismissive of a legitimate dietary restriction. Our food took a very long time to arrive, and while waiting, staff members were openly arguing with each other in the dining area where customers could clearly hear. On top of that, when we pushed two tables together to accommodate our group, staff became visibly irritated instead of simply addressing it professionally. Overall, the service was slow, unorganized, and uncomfortable. Between the lack of basic customer service, poor handling of allergies, and the chaotic environment, I would not return to this location. read more

Worst place ever to eat. Overpriced and the service there was horrible. You could hear the staff arguing in the back and on top of that when I got my food after waiting 30 minutes the order was wrong and when I asked them to please take it back The waitress argued with me And then when she took it back, it took even longer ....save your money. People find another place to eat this place will one day just be a memory if they continue with this type of Customer Service not to mention being way overpriced it's not worth it, and the food was lousy. My husband and I stopped in to this location for a quick breakfast. It wasn't actually all that quick, and the food was just average. About what you would expect from ihop. I did try the pumpkin pancakes because fall is closing in on us! They were quite tasty. Definitely the highlight of our visit. We had the best experience we have ever had at IHOP this evening. It seems that they have done some updates/remodeling recently. The dining room looked nice, and has received some much-needed modernization. The restrooms looked very neat and clean and have been remodeled too. Our service was very good as well. The food was great and the wait wasn't too long, but the waitress put her nose up to my sisters drink and sniffed it because she couldn't remember if it was Diet or not. My sister has medical related diet restrictions and gets sick super easy, so needless to say our server sniffing her drink was concerning..and really odd. Never in my life have I seen something like that. Our server also stared us down the whole time we were eating, waiting to close us out so she could go home. Delivered it asked if we wanted anything (syrup) then never came back until the check. We were already done and she had left off part of the order. Then after receiving the check it took 20-30 min for her to take payment. In years, we've always given decent to great tips. She treated us like a fast food place that checks on you once to order and once to give a check. My rating would be much higher and hopefully I can fit higher if I go back again and get a decent waitress other than this redheaded girl. Stopped here for quick meal. Although IHOP isn't known for being the quickest in service. This one is one of the dirtiest that I've seen. Water standing in pools on the floor. Don't know if someone had tried to mop up a mess and didn't wring their mop or what happened. Visited the restroom and one stall out of order another's stool leaking water, there was only 3. Floor had dead bugs, drowned??? No COVID protocols in place except plastic partisans between booths and cooks & servers wearing masks sometimes. Took our order quicker than any other IHOP but still sllllooooowwww on food delivery. Everyone was friendly and seemed to be in a good mood but they need to clean, renovate, update. Right between Lowes and Hampton Inn. Kids ask to come here because they love the chicken and waffles on kids menu. Grownups don't mind too bad because they have a kids eat free promo occasionally. They have about a page full of non-breakfast food items. Wait for food is usually a little longer than normal. Kids note: Mac and cheese is like the kind out of the box. We came in from out of town, and decided to have some brunch here. We were a party of 6, and was told there'd be a 20-30 minute wait. It was a Sunday at 11:00 am, so that's understandable. Two hosts were taking names and calling people back. The problem arose when a party of 5 showed up 20 minutes in to our waiting time. A host had told us she had a table for us, and it was being cleaned. Then someone else promptly seated the party of 5 without checking the list. The other host went to the back to speak to the manager. The host came back and apologized, but we would have to wait. Yeah....no. The manager didn't even have the decency to come to the front and talk to us in person. What horrid customer service. I've soured on IHOP thanks to this. read more

I had an online order for one. Seasonal short stack with eggs, turkey sausage, and hash browns. I ended up waiting over 30 min past my estimated pick up time. Everyone was really nice about it so no biggie. But then this couple with their kids come in and basically immediately got taken back before people who have been waiting 30 min plus all because the dad walked to the kitchen area and asked for a specific waitress to help them out. Which I'm not ok with. Peoples names were getting marked off the list, because the staff wouldn't go check outside, because the inside was so packed. My child went in there yesterday with their grandma and great grandma. The waitress, Lizzy, a blonde, who is in her early twenties, gay and was on shift with her wife, heard my child correct their grandma on the use of their proper pronoun. They use they/ them as a pronoun. My 12 year old child then got to hear this woman start spouting about trans persons and her "sister" who identifies as male and how that, even if she gets top surgery, she'll always be a girl to me and the beration of her own sibling. She then proceeds to tell my child that they're too young to know what they want and they should think about their choices. She caused my child to question themself and that's not right at all. My 12 year old child does not need to hear you disparage your wife or, your sibling. Lizzy, your job is to fill a coffee cup and sling hash. It is not to offer your opinion on ANY subject your customers are talking about. Your inappropriate behavior is not acceptable at all. Shut your mouth and bring food. Very angry. The manager was called and blew us off so, here I am. Only giving a 2 because the food was ok. We walked in and was quickly seated. It took 30 minutes for the new waitress to take our food order. Observations made during visit: Bus boy was lallygagging in and out of the dining room taking his slow sweet time and would pick up a few glasses and walk to the kitchen sloshing drink into the carpet. He would then stand at the back watching to see if anyone was watching him. The poor new waitress was scattered and about to lose her mind trying to keep up. There were several people seated near us that were frustrated with the service. On table had a vent overhead and it kept dripping condensation on the customers. This has never been a favorite of mine but tried it after several months, big mistake! I ordered a ham and cheese omelet and it came out with brown, overcooked eggs. The smell of the eggs were gross. When she came back to check on the table, I told her that it was way overcooked. She took my plate and told me I should have said something earlier. It was like 10 minutes from the time we were given our food until the time she came back so I just finished my pancakes. I didn't even eat the omelet but I paid for it.
