Stopped for a birthday breakfast. The food and our server were great. The kitchen staff was really bad. We were seated and drinks taken. Everyone got their orders in and then we sat and sat. About 45 mins later our food finally arrived. Everything was good except one of our party ordered and sandwich with steamed broccoli. It took for ever to get tht. Not sure what was going on and it really wasn't that busy. Again the food and our server did great. She kept apologizing for the kitchen. Ambiance was nice. They had us in the back room and nobody else was in there read more

Clean restaurant! Friendly service! No mention of the $6 menu items that we came in for. Ended up with fried shrimp and a pretty tasty burger. And ate for $40 instead of $12. read more

Sunday March 29th 2026 @ 1:00 am. Food was ok. Service ? What service. Halfway through our meal, the only waitress there and I'm assuming the only cook there took off out the front door for about 15 to 20 minutes, not worrying about us and another customer at all. Still trying to figure out why she asked if we needed anything when she forgot to bring out what we needed when we asked for it until we were pretty much finished with our meal. read more

Food was good, everyone in my party ordered pancakes. One ordered pancake combo, one ordered double chocolate chip pancakes, I ordered strawberry cheesecake pancakes. Another ordered the senior breakfast with pancakes. Food was good service was a little slow read more

Great food great waitress Eat there every morning for 2 months. Never had a bad experience read more

Didn't bring my ranch, service was mid I just wanted my ranch and they didn't bring it

Worse experience I have ever had . Took 45 mins to bring me and my mom our food and then when the food came back it wasn't at all what we ordered was cold like it had been sitting there . And then when the waitress came and checked on us we advised her of the problem with our food and we can hear the cook aka the Manager yelling and screaming that we needed to go home and cook our damn selfs . And the waitress said that the cook was upset bc he had messed up all of the ordered for the past hour and was speaking about quitting. The waitress advised us if we wanted to leave we could so me and my mom got up and left NEVER EVER AGAIN !!!! read more

Service severely lacking. Food is not good. I had the spicy poblano omelet and (never thought I'd say this) wayyyy too much cheese but the brisket part was tender. We never got our water filled or the Tabasco we asked for. Nope. read more

I have never had a better waitress in my life! Jasmine's customer service was outstanding! Always greeting my family with a warm smile when giving you anything! my kids loved her! read more

10/10 experience Kadan was amazing, I believe he deserve a raise. He is the star of the restaurant.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT EAT HERE. Owner & Staff are TERRIBLE. Food is always off, food that I ordered I don't ever receive. I always get someone else's order! DO NOT EAT HERE! read more

We arrived at 10;45am on a Wednesday and we got seated but after 10 minutes without getting waited on, we left. Wished I could have given a 0 rating. read more

I've found that the quickness to get seated AT THIS LOCATION is always great. Also the food is very consistent. If you're a chain that's you're selling point. I prefer this one over other locations. It's clean, fast, and I never have to ask to refill my coffee. I typically get some kind of breakfast dish regardless of time of day. I find the pancake toppings too sweet so I avoid those and just steal bites from the hubs when he's with me. My top pick is the ham breakfast melt. I can't seem to finish the large portion! The only downside to today visit which started out as 4 stars: I'm guessing my "roll out of bed" weekend look made the waiter think I ditched my check when I took my son to the bathroom. He was asking the other staff if they saw me leave without paying while I was walking right behind him. I don't know what's worse: talking about a customer like that OR that I looked like a person that couldn't pay my check. read more

Food and service was great, my sister was in town and it was late in the evening and we decided to eat breakfast for dinner, place was clean and we had a great dinner. read more

My boyfriend and I decided to stop here on our way home around midnight on Saturday night. Immediately "Kaylee" walked us to our table which was directly across from another table full of people. Mind you there were over 7 booths/tables we could've been seated in that weren't directly next to another party. We got our drinks and ordered our food. Our food was brought to us, and as we began to eat another party of 4 was seated directly behind us. So there are 3 parties seated DIRECTLY next to one another? With multiple empty open tables around. If this were to have happened pre COVID-19 it wouldn't be a big deal. How can customers practice social distancing when MULTIPLE PARTIES are seated less than 3 feet away from one another.....? This situation could've been easily avoided and customers can feel safe dining in here- if certain precautions are followed. With that being said- **** If you are immunocompromised protect yourself from COVID-19 and do not eat at iHop! They obviously don't follow CDC guidelines! **** read more

We ate there back when Covid killed their service. But now we found great service great food. Totally different atmosphere. If you want breakfast for dinner then this place rocks. read more

After a long day at work, stopping in for a late night bite. Nicole greeted us immediately, and we were seated just as quickly. The restaurant was clean & tidy. The bathroom was clean as well. My drink order was taken care of as we sat, which I appreciate. Finally, I tried the burgers after seeing them on the commercials. It was perfect. For once, the burger looked as good as the picture (if not better)!!! Thank you Nicole & support staff. I'll be back soon! read more

Food was fine, like always. The service..... crappiest EVER!!!! My little girl wanted to go there for her birthday breakfast. We get seated quickly and told our server that it was her birthday. The waitress and her had a conversation about how old she is. We got our drinks (which had coffee grounds floating in them). The waitress got us new drinks. My little one watched as 2 times the people came out to sing happy birthday to other parties and she came trying to see if they would come to her... Nothing.. We finished our drinks and needed refills.. Nothing. We never saw our waitress again until the bill. Good thing I asked for a water in addition to my drink so we call could share it when we never got a refill. I tried to flag someone down but apparently we were in no man's land. So to recap - Little Girl's birthday wish to have them sing to her on her birthday demolished and 3 people had to share a glass of water like we were on a deserted island. read more

I enjoy eating at IHOP and always happy with the food and service. The staff are always friendly and attentive.

Pretty yummy food! I really love their new Cheeseburger Omelet! Holy Moly! I'm not a big breakfast person, honestly...so when they made the "lunch" version of an omelet, I had to try it and I wasn't disappointed! I hope they never get rid of this deliciousness! The restaurant is clean. Staff is always friendly. And the food is served fast and HOT! read more

IHOP - Cheeseburger omelet - American Near Me - Mustang, Oklahoma

The last few times I have went there it was awful. was seated right by the door, so it was unbelievably cold. Wanted my eggs over medium, they was barely even over easy. Then went there tonight there was not many customers.. the service was awful. cups were empty majority of the time. Could not find anyone to pay my bill... which was $33.16.. I paid with $100.16 cents and left $2 on the table when I got my change.. I was shorted $3 and i felt she did that intentionally because of the $2 tip.. well her services were awful.. and I'm always a very good tipper. The food was decent tonight but the services were awful .. I would not recommend . read more

Quietest restaurant I have ever been to, more so than a library. The service was backed up and absolutely terrible; it took around 20 minutes just to get the check, and 15 more minutes to get to-go boxes and a bag for the left-over food. Other than the mediocre service, the food was delicious and the coffee was excellent, although I cannot recommend this location to anyone. read more

Kookie does not know this but today when we came in was such a hard day. It was a day to say goodbye to my brother, a son, a uncle and just a all around good guy. Kookie was not only professional she was so personable. Kindness is so rare these days but she gave it so freely. Please go visit this IHOP. Ask to sit in Kookies area she is AWESOME. The food was awesome the staff was the best. read more

If you are looking for a great IHOP experience Mustang IHOP is the place to go! Although our waitress was new to the staff she did an excellent job of taking our orders and promptly bringing our drinks. She checked on us several times to be sure we had enough coffee and creamer until our food arrived. Our wait was minimal and our food was served hot. I ordered the chicken and waffles and some New York cheesecake pancakes (don't judge) and my wife ordered the French toast with bacon. The chicken strips weren't the greatest, but by no means were they bad - given the fact that IHOP is not necessarily known for their chicken! Everything else was great as usual! We will definitely continue to eat at Mustang IHOP. read more

All I have to say is never got my drink refilled, and I had to wait an hour to check out. I don't know why god punishes me with shitty service. I just wanted hashbrowns and bacon, but instead I got a waiter who didn't want to do his job. read more

We go here quite a bit. I don't know if there's a more kind and thoughtful staff. We have 3 young kids and the staff has done everything from sought out special coloring sheets to bringing out extra desserts for them. The food is good, but we go for the people. read more

It's an iHop, they are all pretty consistent. I don't know if it's because its brand new but this location doesn't really have a structured entrance. Felt like we came in the side door. The waitress was quirky and fun which helped with the odd entrance. They did seem a bit stingy on the bottomless coffee pot and creamers but once again it's new, and frankly a mile from my house so they get some leverage for that. Mustang is starved for actual restaurants and this is the only one with a full breakfast on highway 152 period(correct me if I'm wrong). In the end it could be much worse and still be popular until Jimmy's Egg opens at least. read more

The Mustang IHOP is the best one I have been to! The service is top notch. The food is good. It really is the best breakfast place in Mustang. I am a huge fan of the simple and fit veggie omelette with salsa. So so good! read more

My mom wanted to try the new menu item she has been seeing on tv. Seated at 10:47. Drink order taken. Comes back with drinks and takes our order. While we are chatting, I notice two other tables seated. I then later notice the tables after us already have their food. 11:35. Our food arrives. Only reason for two stars is the food was good. Just you have to wait an extremely long to get it. There are a total of 6 tables in the restaurant. Two sat after us, the other 3 were either eating or about to eat. So I can't really say why it took so long to get the advertised breakfast burrito and a burrito bowl. read more

The worst service of any IHOP. They seat you quickly and assure you somebody will be by shortly to take your order. That is the last person you will see for 20 minutes. I'm not sure how long it would have been because I got up and left. read more

Waste of time. Walked in, stood for 10 minutes waiting to be seated. No one even acknowledged us and they weren't busy at all. Two servers looked directly at us and kept rolling silverware and cleaning off a table. Horrible customer service. read more

I think IHOP is the best breakfast in town. It's reasonably priced. It's great environment. I love their chocolate chip pancakes and of course their coffee is so good. I love that they have so many options for everyone to find something they like. It's also always clean when we come. read more

Service is great! Hosts are very polite and fast service. Food is alright. Definitely recommend for a family outting.

Don't work at the Mustang, OK location. They will not pay you the agreed upon amount. If a customer is in the building for more than 30 minutes they will dock your pay further. You don't get tips while training, but get payed the lower amount as though you do. You will not get breaks. They will not provide proof of employment for leases etc. You will be treated like dirt, and payed less than dirt. read more

Very fast and friendly service from time we stepped in the door until we left. Was a little warm in the restaurant but not hot.

Everytime we go there the manager always gives us issues and this time he told us "reservations don't matter" and gave our table to someone else even tho we made the reservation mid day. read more

Food good service great today from Megan, only took our seats for a moment when a little Girl came asking for donations, I don't mind donating however you don't expect to be put upon before you have had your coffee, she is hitting everyone in the place for money.
