Halfway through our meal, the only waitress there and I'm assuming the only cook there took off out the front door for about 15 to 20 minutes, not worrying about us and another customer at all. Worse experience I have ever had . Took 45 mins to bring me and my mom our food and then when the food came back it wasn't at all what we ordered was cold like it had been sitting there . I've found that the quickness to get seated AT THIS LOCATION is always great. Also the food is very consistent. If you're a chain that's you're selling point. I prefer this one over other locations. It's clean, fast, and I never have to ask to refill my coffee. I typically get some kind of breakfast dish regardless of time of day. I find the pancake toppings too sweet so I avoid those and just steal bites from the hubs when he's with me. My top pick is the ham breakfast melt. I can't seem to finish the large portion! The only downside to today visit which started out as 4 stars: I'm guessing my "roll out of bed" weekend look made the waiter think I ditched my check when I took my son to the bathroom. He was asking the other staff if they saw me leave without paying while I was walking right behind him. My boyfriend and I decided to stop here on our way home around midnight on Saturday night. Immediately "Kaylee" walked us to our table which was directly across from another table full of people. Mind you there were over 7 booths/tables we could've been seated in that weren't directly next to another party. We got our drinks and ordered our food. Our food was brought to us, and as we began to eat another party of 4 was seated directly behind us. So there are 3 parties seated DIRECTLY next to one another? With multiple empty open tables around. If this were to have happened pre COVID-19 it wouldn't be a big deal. How can customers practice social distancing when MULTIPLE PARTIES are seated less than 3 feet away from one another.....? This situation could've been easily avoided and customers can feel safe dining in here- if certain precautions are followed. After a long day at work, stopping in for a late night bite. Nicole greeted us immediately, and we were seated just as quickly. The restaurant was clean & tidy. The bathroom was clean as well. My drink order was taken care of as we sat, which I appreciate. Finally, I tried the burgers after seeing them on the commercials. It was perfect. Food was fine, like always. The service..... crappiest EVER!!!! My little girl wanted to go there for her birthday breakfast. We get seated quickly and told our server that it was her birthday. The waitress and her had a conversation about how old she is. We got our drinks (which had coffee grounds floating in them). The waitress got us new drinks. My little one watched as 2 times the people came out to sing happy birthday to other parties and she came trying to see if they would come to her... Nothing.. We finished our drinks and needed refills.. Nothing. We never saw our waitress again until the bill. Good thing I asked for a water in addition to my drink so we call could share it when we never got a refill. I tried to flag someone down but apparently we were in no man's land. Pretty yummy food! I really love their new Cheeseburger Omelet! Holy Moly! I'm not a big breakfast person, honestly...so when they made the "lunch" version of an omelet, I had to try it and I wasn't disappointed! I hope they never get rid of this deliciousness! The last few times I have went there it was awful. was seated right by the door, so it was unbelievably cold. Wanted my eggs over medium, they was barely even over easy. Then went there tonight there was not many customers.. the service was awful. cups were empty majority of the time. Could not find anyone to pay my bill... which was $33.16.. I paid with $100.16 cents and left $2 on the table when I got my change.. I was shorted $3 and i felt she did that intentionally because of the $2 tip.. well her services were awful.. and I'm always a very good tipper. 9/19/2021 I went to eat at IHOP got a seat fast. The service was horrible did not get waited for until 15 mins the lady took our order for drinks and food. Got the drink 5 mins later. Then never got waited on at all and waited for a food 30 minutes we just decided to leave. Never got the food and never got waited on was just a horrible experience. read more

Quietest restaurant I have ever been to, more so than a library. The service was backed up and absolutely terrible; it took around 20 minutes just to get the check, and 15 more minutes to get to-go boxes and a bag for the left-over food. Kookie does not know this but today when we came in was such a hard day. It was a day to say goodbye to my brother, a son, a uncle and just a all around good guy. If you are looking for a great IHOP experience Mustang IHOP is the place to go! Although our waitress was new to the staff she did an excellent job of taking our orders and promptly bringing our drinks. She checked on us several times to be sure we had enough coffee and creamer until our food arrived. Our wait was minimal and our food was served hot. I ordered the chicken and waffles and some New York cheesecake pancakes (don't judge) and my wife ordered the French toast with bacon. The chicken strips weren't the greatest, but by no means were they bad - given the fact that IHOP is not necessarily known for their chicken! Everything else was great as usual! We go here quite a bit. I don't know if there's a more kind and thoughtful staff. We have 3 young kids and the staff has done everything from sought out special coloring sheets to bringing out extra desserts for them. The food is good, but we go for the people. read more

It's an iHop, they are all pretty consistent. I don't know if it's because its brand new but this location doesn't really have a structured entrance. Felt like we came in the side door. The waitress was quirky and fun which helped with the odd entrance. They did seem a bit stingy on the bottomless coffee pot and creamers but once again it's new, and frankly a mile from my house so they get some leverage for that. Mustang is starved for actual restaurants and this is the only one with a full breakfast on highway 152 period(correct me if I'm wrong). In the end it could be much worse and still be popular until Jimmy's Egg opens at least. read more

My mom wanted to try the new menu item she has been seeing on tv. Seated at 10:47. Drink order taken. Comes back with drinks and takes our order. While we are chatting, I notice two other tables seated. I then later notice the tables after us already have their food. 11:35. Our food arrives. Only reason for two stars is the food was good. Just you have to wait an extremely long to get it. There are a total of 6 tables in the restaurant. Two sat after us, the other 3 were either eating or about to eat. So I can't really say why it took so long to get the advertised breakfast burrito and a burrito bowl. read more

Don't work at the Mustang, OK location. They will not pay you the agreed upon amount. If a customer is in the building for more than 30 minutes they will dock your pay further. You don't get tips while training, but get payed the lower amount as though you do. You will not get breaks. They will not provide proof of employment for leases etc. You will be treated like dirt, and payed less than dirt. read more

Went there today to pick up a to-go order. When we opened our bag we noticed some items were missing. Went back to ask for the missing items and was told that it was odd that our items were suddenly gone after leaving the restaurant. While trying to solve the problem was given an attitude of eye rolling and "are you sure it's not in the bag?"(Was basically accused of lying) by both people working at the front. Finally got the problem resolved after which I assume was the cook coming to the front and checking my receipt and the items in the bag. Was never given any sort of apology by the front. read more
