Last night I got the Sirloin Steak Tips with mashed potatoes and broccoli, and a pancake platter for my boyfriend. At the beginning of this adventure our order was mixed up due to technical difficulties that made the situation difficult for the Employees, which I understood completely. Talked to a Employee named Michelle who was professional and personable going over the order and fixing the problem. Great customer service however the food needed more attention. The meal was rushed because of the undercooked steak, raw broccoli, and dry potatoes that still looked compressed from the container that it was in from the fridge. The pancake platter was cooked well and He enjoyed it but the steak meal has given me an upset stomach this morning. I'll be back though because it was extenuating circumstances and that's just one cooks fault, not the restaurant as a whole. Just I'll be sticking to breakfast items from now on. read more

Stopped in to have brunch and the red flags began there. No one to seat me. After severals minutes, someone from the back came to seat me. Her uniform was stained and she appeared disheveled. We walked past an entire section where every table had not been bussed and there was food scattered all over the floor. She seated me and told me someone would be with me shortly. I will advise all freinds/family to avoid this IHOP at all costs. I ordered the breakfast crepe, and it came with moldy cheese. The waitress seemed shocked. Very disappointed in our trip as I usually enjoy this restaurant chain. This location must have a significant oversight of proper procedures as moldy food should not be in the kitchen. I would give negative stars if I could.... I do not understand how this was overlooked and am upset I didn't recognize the mold for what it was. We've been to this location 2 different times and both times were just horrible. Both times, the food was over cooked and stale, just garbage. The wait staff was nice enough but pass the buck of blame onto someone or everyone else, with no accountability. I'm so happy! My kids are out of school for winter break and it was down pouring yesterday and didn't feel like cooking. I ordered online with ihop.com and got a 20% off coupon. Not only that but I was able to select 'curbside'. I got there and parked in the designated spots and called and THEY BROUGHT IT OUT TO MY CAR!! I'm soooo thankful I didn't have to get my 3.5 year old and new born out in the rain and cold. Got home and had everything I needed in a cute little brown sandwich bag. Went in waited about 30 minutes to be seated, understandable on a Saturday morning! When we got seated, 3 other tables were seated after us. And the kicker is there were only four tables of diners and roughly six staff members working the dining area. We just had a late dinner an hour before closing at this IHOP and we very impressed with our food and service. We had a vegan in our party that had a special order and our server, Ty, was very accommodating and friendly. A manager, Lorrie, even came out to make suggestions for her. I've been to a few places where if you walk in that late the employees are trying to hurry out to close, and sometimes veganism just blows the server's mind! I decided to go with the Colorado Omelet. It wasn't amazing but wasn't terrible. A lot of meat packed in, which can be a good and bad thing. I could have done without the cold ham pieces. I keep telling my family not to go to I Hop, but different one, so we went. It took a bit to be seated, but oh well. I ordered a BLT with double bacon. You will not believe what I got. A double decker sandwich that had half a piece of bacon on one side. Half a piece of lettuce, and one very small piece of tomato on the other side. I called the waitress, who called the manager. Who was not a very nice person. I told her to take it off the bill. She said she would get it. She brings me 4 pieces of bacon on the plate, and almost throws it at me. Just left this morning and wow! Shelbi was so sweet!! She was patient with me when I was trying to decide on what to order. I loved the fact that I could open the menu on my phone and didn't have to touch any unnecessary stuff. Food came out quick and she made sure we had all our condiments on the table before it came out. I definitely recommend trying the new classic burrito. Soooo good!! We will def be back. Ok here I go again...I am not a complainer and like to tip well but this IHOP was terrible. When I sat down, I noticed the table was sticky and there was a small pool of syrup right in front of me. Our waitress was very cute, bubbly and very friendly so I asked her to please wipe the table off for me. Unfortunately I had to remind her two more times before she did it. I looked around the room and noticed that there were plenty of servers and only a few customers. When she brought our meals, she assured us that our toast would be following shortly....had to remind her about that too. Then when she was passing by, she noticed our drinks were empty and volunteered that she would bring refills. Time passed but she never returned and then we noticed her standing in the lobby chatting with an associate so I reminded her about the drinks. When she returned to our table she had my refill but apologized that my wife's tea was still brewing so she offered her water instead When we were almost done with our meal, I asked about the tea and was told it was not yet ready. After the waitress left our table, my wife noticed something in her dish. Mixed with the chicken, broccoli and cheese was a dead lady bug that had obviously been cooked very well. I called the manager to our table to express my displeasure and she immediately offered to pay for our meals. However, I told her I was not looking to get something free because I wanted her to take my feedback seriously. She then asked me to at least let her pay half but when I said I was doing the BOGO anyway, she just shrugged her shoulders and gave us the cheaper of the two entrees free but charged full price for the drinks. At the end of the day, she never paid half and her behavior was very odd given the service we received and the fact our food included a dead bug. IHOP is certainly no classy restaurant but you should expect friendly prompt service and bug free food. YIKES it was not a good experience. read more

AWFUL! Went with a friend and our server was looking us both up and down the hole time, super creepy and he looked like the was on meth. No joke. I got a cheese steak, which was dry and over cooked. My friend got chicken tenders. Some how an order of eggs was added to out ticket and our server actually tried to argue that we had ordered and eaten these eggs..
