Wait times are crazy which is a shame because food is pretty good when it eventually comes out but that's with exception that half of the menu is not in stock. From my experience in the restaurant business I can see that the hostess is over seating customers causing a back up in the kitchen and waiters are getting killed with tables that they are not ready for. I have been to this location a couple time this month and have not seen a manager take charge and help the crew out. Just my experience and from what I seen at my visits. Went today Food was excellent. Coffee was great love that they have flavored creamer. Natalie was our server. She was very attentive. Even the managers came by to check and see if everything was OK I know people have given them a lot of bad reviews but they've only been open a month and the food is great. You Gotta let them get into the groove. A bit disappointing experience. Generally haven't had bad experience with IHOP. But this one was just getting bad to worse. We were a group of 5. To start with the omlette that were ordered with pork sausage, the sausage was missing:(. Asked to serve, and then provided pork sausage on the side. Later we realized the avocados were also missing in the dish. But the next third mess up was a big blunder. One of us had ordered spinach and mushroom omlette. The one we got was the one with beef (which is also not something the person who ordered eats for personal belief reasons). Largely disappointed. The server was good enough to take off one of the dishes of the check. :( read more

Stopping by at IHOP this evening and using my IHOP rewards which are great to have .. tonight I ordered the Colorado omelette , which was tasty and delicious. Brenda the cook did a wonderful job making it . She really knows how to cook . Mia the night manager/server was great . I was seated and offer coffee and water and she came around asking if there was anything else that I needed .. this is why I will continue to keep coming back to IHOP. Went to visit Los Banos to see family and stopped in for breakfast after driving all night. Best service the greeter was kind and seated us with out wait. The server was quick to get our drink orders. After a 5 hour drive I was ready to eat and go rest and the staff was cheerful and attentive. They must have known I was tired as my coffee was never empty. The manager even came to make sure everything was great which I must say it was probably the freshest food from and IHoP I have had in years. Great food and great service. We will be back! read more

Seems like the cooks or the servers taking the orders are not paying attention. The table next to us had their order taken wrong. Once my order came, my sons order was not what we asked for. They took the plate back and came back a moment later to tell us what we had requested they were out of. The whole crew needs to be made aware of what is and is not available. Food is good but service is horrible! Employees have no sense of customer service. It's the second time we go in on a weekday, not busy, and they mess up our order. We were seated right away but waited around 40 minutes to get our food because the first time they took our order it didn't make it to the kitchen. Apparently this a continues problem yet nothing is being done which just shows poor management skills and lack of common sense. They need to come up with a better system. read more
