What's up with the negative reviews? This is a newer restaurant and I was impressed. Fairly busy breakfast visit, was greeted and seated right away. Server was very good, checking back often, getting refills, knew the menu well. Ordered Denver omelette as always, came out hot and fresh, light and fluffy. Pancakes were fluffy and yummy. Only negative was there was no air conditioning in bathroom and it was over 90 degrees. Restaurant and bathroom were clean and stocked well. I've had pretty good service at this location for the most part. They're not great about answering their phones but I'm trying not to judge because I know it can get busy. Their breakfast food was pretty darn good but I'd highly advise against get anything other than their breakfast food. I've had burgers at other IHOP locations that were excellent and the burger I had here was worse than a fast food burger. read more

Got there and was the only table in there for about 10 minutes before a couple came in. We were a party of three and we all ordered our food. Waited for over 30 minutes while the waitress sat a few tables over on her phone laughing with another waitress. Finally she goes and gets the food to bring over, and only has two plates. She looks at the third person in our party and said something along the lines of "oh I'm sorry. They didn't make yours." I can understand a simple mistake, but not once did she come check on us nor did she check on the food. Don't waste your time/money. read more

Waited over an hour for our food not to mention had to ask for a waitress. Drinks were never refilled and food was cold. Asked to speak with management and they never showed up. Was in town for family visit and took Dad out for an early birthday meal since I will be back in GA before the day arrives. Arrived for dinner at 7:30 pm, Saturday Mar 11th. There were four full tables and one worker. Not only did she seat us and take our order but she hustled to service all the tables-after we were seated, 3 more groups arrived. She was amazing to watch honestly- never saw a waitress/host manage so many people so well and efficiently. Our orders were simple: Dad had coffee, the senior steak and mashed potatoes while the poblano omelette was for me. My father enjoyed every sip and bite and my omelette was more than enough- had half left and was full. Great taste-just enough heat to make my mouth tingle- and fresh avocado too! Toward the end of our meal, we finally see that there are two other workers(one came out to bus tables and the other talked to some customers and rang out one group). Honestly, though our waitress was the star of the night-she was pulling a double shift to cover for a no show. Made sure to give her an excellent tip because it is rare today to find a good waitress and especially one that young. read more

Despite the 2 star rating, we decided to give this ihop a try. We're taking the scenic route home from spending time with family and eating way too much food during Christmas so the large menu with salad and grilled chicken choices at ihop lured us in. I used the restroom. There were no paper towels in the men restroom less than 3 hours of opening. This implies a lot. My waitress took my glass away for a refill. I waiting 10 minutes and she brought back a new glass but no straw. The food came out cold. read more

A simple breakfast took 40 minutes to arrive after we ordered and the wait staff is poorly trained. The pancakes came out with no butter and by the time the butter came, the pancakes were cold. The coffee mugs and pitchers are baby size, and I could never get anyone's attention to refill the coffee pitcher. We were so excited to finally get an IHOP in town because we have no places for 24 hour dining, but then they didn't stay open 24 hours either. We were seated and waited about 45 minutes before we called the server for the food when it was super slow time and there were only 4 tables were served and 4 servers were serving. Which was even worse was that 3 tables after us were even served with food before our food came to our table. We will never come back here again. read more

On Friday October 4, 2019 I decided to take my family to IHOP in Liberal Kansas after the football game. We arrived around 10:00 pm and when we walked through the door another couple was there and had been waiting for awhile before we arrived. One of the waitress was getting ready to seat them when the head waitress or manage said no don't sit them anywhere cause we have no clean tables. Shortly after that the couple left and we stayed. After about 20 minutes of being ignored we decided to leave there was clean tables available, but still we weren't sat at any of those tables. I use to enjoy going to this restaurant but in the last 3 months it's went down hill and I won't be back until it's straightened out. Also all they had to say was they was swamped with business unexpectedly cause after all it was game night not just ignore us. As of now I don't recommend going to this IHOP cause they don't treat costumers first like it should be. read more
