When she brought it to the server's attention, her response was rude and dismissive, the reviews are important to view because they aren't lying about this place. She tossed the to-go boxes onto the table without a word, which came across as unprofessional and disrespectful. She wasn't even ready to pay yet, but it felt like she was trying to rush her out the door. Overall, the service lacked basic courtesy, and the atmosphere was far from welcoming. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the customer experience and their brand.
