Though however the chef kinda went on the rarer side for my Medium Rare and if the cuts have so much fat marbling in them, it probably would be better for the steak to be grilled longer on the fat tissues. The corn sides were a little to sweet and wished they either cut down on the sugar, or use some heavy whipping cream or half and half to balance that sweetness out-- like real creme corn. The Bloomin Onions were a surprise. Over the past decades, I'd probably only order this appetizer at say Outback Steakhouse, but this dish does take the prize for a worthy starter here at the Cattleman's.
