Breakfast with my friends before hitting the road. It will be a long drive back to California. It was busy but we were able to be seated in 5 minutes. Menu was already on the table which makes it great. We don't have to flag down a server for them. By the time the server came to our table, we were ready to order. I had the French toast with bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs. Whilst my friends ordered a lot of food. It was a misunderstanding though. They didn't explain it well to the server what they wanted. But overall, it was a good dining experience. Food was good and tasty. Restaurant was quite big and plenty of room to accommodate customers. I miss the roots tooth fresh and fruity & the stuffed French toast. I went with a Benedict at IHOP. I normally have a Benedict with seafood such as a crab cake. Today I ventured to try a bacon servers atop an English muffin. There were two and a scattered of hash browns perfectly crisp. Tbe Benedict was good, too much sodium for me with the bacon. The server, Angel was attentive and calm. Light classics playing via the speakers. The ace was St about 80% capacity. By the way;this location sits in front of Las Vegas Premium Outlets. Quick breakfast and don't know where to go. Food was good I had a rodeo burger and my husband had the seafood plate! Food was good but portions were small, and the people there are like on slow mode. The place was not full it's a pretty big restaurant and there was a lot of people there. Also, the ladies restroom was gross, smelled bad trash on the floor and it looks like they just put the toilet paper on the dispenser didn't put it in properly. We wanted breakfast and was trying to find a good spot to eat. Ironically we chose Veteran's Day which other places were crowded. Luckily when we arrive we were able to be seated very quickly. We were served by Angel who was really nice and attentive. It was a little hard to get his attention a few times but the place was very busy. There was a vet passing out American flags to the kids and a random customer came in and sang the national anthem which shut the whole place down LOL! My wife ordered Strawberry Banana Pancake Combo with hash browns and scrambled eggs. My daughter and nephew had the Jr. Cupcake Pancake Combo. My mom had the Sirloin Steak and Eggs with a mango lemonade. I had the Chicken Fajita Omelette w/3 pancakes as my side. The omelette comes with stuffed grilled chicken breast w/Pablano and red bell peppers, roasted onions and jack & cheddar chesse blend. Served with salsa, sour cream and girlled Serrano pepper. We have been at the table for 25 minutes and still waiting for somebody to acknowledge us. I don't want to be too mean because it is free pancake day, but it is very slow in here with no line. I guess there are only two servers. Why would there only be two servers on free pancake day. Maybe they were busy earlier, but at six They are not busy. I am looking at the table across from me, and the pancakes look amazing. I wish they were on my table. They are thick and fluffy. One thing is that a stink's very bad in here like somebody tooted. I'm pretty sure it's a sewer. They should probably take care of that. it is 6:30 and we are still waiting for anybody to take our order. Today, I had the worst IHOP experience. We used to go to the IHOP on Rainbow, but we decided to dine here because it's close to the Outlet. It started with a server who was not nice to me. When she asked for my order, I told her I wanted the steak, and as I was listing the side dishes, she rudely told me I was talking too fast. She knew I was upset, but when she brought my order, she threw the plate in front of me and said, "It's hot," with attitude again. The worst part was that the steak had an unpleasant, funky smell and tasted spoiled. I told her it didn't smell or taste right, and she called the manager. The manager was actually nice and helpful, which I appreciated. However, I will never come back here. The server should not work in this kind of industry if she can't handle her attitude. read more

IHOP makes my favorite blueberry pancakes. They are light and fluffy and I also like the blueberry compote it comes with. I do get the compote on the side so it doesn't make the pancakes mushy. This Las Vegas location is located south of the strip and is newer and nicer than the other location west of the 15. It has plenty of parking and if there are just 2 in your party you normally get seated really quickly even on busy weekends mornings which I appreciate. It is located next to the outlet mall which is also fun to go to. Service is great here too everyone is organized and friendly. read more

I went to dine-in with my wife last Friday. The service was okay, but the food was not good. I asked for orange juice and a cup of coffee for starters. Both were watered down to the point of no taste. Granted I expect that from the coffee but not from the OJ. The pancakes were falling apart whenever picked, undercooked, and chewy to the point of it sticking to your mouth. The T-bone steak had no flavor, no salt or seasoning. Let me start off by saying I am writing this review for my elderly parents who were treated horribly. Their waitress was Wendy M and she made sure to do the bare minimum while being their server. My dad ordered a breakfast burrito and was so disappointed when it was filled with more potatoes than meat or anything else. The waitress never bothered to get them coffee refills, she never came back with extra napkins when asked & she never brought them the to go container they asked for either. Instead they had to ask other servers for all of this. She was not at all attentive, friendly or helpful. To top it all off she had the Audacity to add her own tip on the bill, she added 18% & thankfully my dad caught it and asked for it to be removed. This was such a disappointing visit for my parents and I am hoping this location takes my complaint and makes changes. You are not entitled to add your own tip especially when you did such a horrible job! Don't take advantage of the elderly like this, they deserved to feel welcome and enjoy their dinning experience.
