Walked in late morning on a weekday. It wasn't busy inside but there were a few people at various tables. The place is clean and very bright, with plenty of windows. There isn't much in terms of "decoration" but I liked that it was clean and neat. You could also see into the kitchen, which also looked pretty clean. We were sat right away and our server came and took our drink order immediately. We got our drinks very quickly. Our server was quick and efficient, and very friendly. We also had a manager touch our table, which I thought was great. After our order was taken, our food came out very quickly. Our orders were cooked correctly and we got everything we were supposed to. I really love their pancakes and they did not disappoint. Presentation could maybe use some work but overall good. Ate at IHOP again. Can't stop eating there because of the wait staff and quality of the breakfast meal. Again amazing!!!

My husband and I were craving some IHOP so we placed an order for pickup. The restaurant's atmosphere felt comfortable when we walked in. They were very busy but we were greeted immediately and received our order in less than two minutes. We had a "create your own" omelette, classic eggs Benedict, hash browns & NY cheesecake pancakes. Went to IHOP and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. It also wasn't busy at all, which made the service even more frustrating. I don't remember our server's name, but my husband ordered a side of pancakes with his meal that never came out. We finished eating and were still waiting on them. Throughout the meal, we were never checked on or asked if we needed anything. I also asked for water and waited a long time while the server was busy chatting with coworkers. My husband made eye contact with her and that's when she finally remembered the water. By that point we were already frustrated and asked for the check. The pancakes still hadn't come, so we asked for them to be removed from the bill, and the response was just "oh yeah." On top of that, the hashbrowns were burnt and so hard to chew that we didn't even eat them. Overall, really poor service and a disappointing experience. read more

Mood - Road Trip Food Today was the day for temporary goodbyes and new beginnings. Long Trip ahead on the schedule so a hearty breakfast was a must for the mileage that was set to come. Upon entering was quickly greeted and ushered over to a table. Menus were given and the drink order was taken. We were asked if there were any questions. My only question was " Do you have Chulula?" Of course I was obliged with a yes. So that made my ordering alot easier. We opted for the 2x2x2, Colorado Omelet, and Strawberry French Toast with eggs, bacon, & hashbrowns. Everything was cooked well and brought out in a very timely manner. Interior is pretty good in size. There are several seating arrangements. Everything was very clean. There was a television playing in the background. Staff were very courteous and hospitable Would recommend - Pricing is reasonable for the portions. My table was continually checked on. Food is alright enough to come back mainly bc it's one of the only near by restaurants with decent breakfast (i can't stand fast food breakfast) but the service is lame especially if you place a pick up order. i had placed my order at 9:30am, my pick up time was at 10:15 but when i got here a little after 10:15 and they told me my order isn't supposed to be picked up until 10:45?! She made it seem like she was doing me a favor by having them get started on my order. It is now 10:40 and they just handed me my food. The manager at this location is a wonderful person who cares about the needs and satisfaction of her customers. When I spoke to Samantha on the phone about how my order was not delivered to me and my family via GrubHub, she immediately responded with, "I will be happy to refund your payment and then replace your meal for you." We were sat in a reasonable amount of time and the tables were clean. The hostess was pleasant and thoughtful to give us a booth with the kids. Everything went downhill from there. Our server did not greet us for over 10 minutes so the hostess ended up taking our drink order. We waited a while longer before she came with the drinks and finally took our order. We waited an hour more for the food to come. In that time we watched several other tables get sat and served food while we still waited. One even finished paid and left just before our food finally came. The relief was temporary as the food was terrible. Our server did stop by at about 45 minutes into our wait to tell us she had just checked on our food and it would just be 5 more minutes. It was closer to 15 and it was obvious it had been sitting out for a long time. Things that should have been crisp were soggy and things that should have been wet were dry. The turkey and avocado sandwich had no flavor and the eggs on the Benedict were hard boiled when the expectation is poached and also flavorless. Of course we ate and paid for it ($73 for two adults and 3 kids) because we were starving, but neither of the adults finished the meals. We ate just enough to not be hungry anymore. If the server had come by to ask how the meal was after receiving it, we would have let her know, but the opportunity never presented itself. This is my second time at this IHOP! They always do a great job. Claudia was my server this time around. I ordered a veggie omelet and it came out fresh. The coffee was strong. Claudia was attentive and checked in to ensure we had a great experience. Daniel was phenomenal. He is helping all the servers as he can. And checking in on the guest, having great conversations with the old and new. You can tell he has a great relationship with everyone that came in here, especially the locals. Brittney was a bit robotic and cold.. really hate to mention it but after such a great experience, she can leave a bad taste in your mouth. I saw her interact with others and we all got the same Brittney. No smile. No eye contact. And even her have a nice day just felt sarcastic and sad. Maybe reconsider who you have cashing out guests. As someone who worked in the restaurant industry for 8 years, I know you need to smile even on your worst days coming into work. I had breakfast with my grandchildren on 2/11/23 @ 0859. I looked at my grandson and he had a look on his face of pure shock and aw! There was a female employee preparing drinks and we watched her fill it ¾ of the way full and drink the beverage fill it it the rest of the way full and serve it to the customers at the table. I don't usually eat at chains unless someone gifted me with gift cards or unless someone else chose and I'm tagging along. It's how I ended up at iHop on my annual trek to Las Vegas, this past Thanksgiving. With chains, I expect consistency from both the food and the service and I will admit, this time around, both were fine. I ordered a steak omelet and the portion size was decent for my appetite and it wasn't under or over done. Add some seasoning for added flavoring and I didn't leave any leftovers. The service was also pretty decent. With how busy the restaurant was, she was attentive and friendly. The one gripe I have about this location is that customers are packed in like sardines. Had to get lab work done on base that involved fasting so I was pretty hungry after. I insisted on stopping here instead of driving a little further, like everyone wanted. Big mistake and I take full responsibility. Don't get me wrong, everyone was friendly BUT the first thing you notice is the smell. It's like a combination of sweat and pee. We could have left but I'm stubborn and I thought it would go away, only it did not. I had to ask for new silverware also because mine still had dried eggs stuck to it(ugh!). Our food took forever to come out too! 2 couples that came after us were halfway done with theirs when our food came and there's a resident fruit fly that's just hovering around. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Everyone says this and I dont care if it's TRUE or not but a early morning breakfast omelet from ihop will always punch you through your day. The size of these omelets alone are incredible matched with pancakes is a combination that will have you more than satisfied and, not only portion size alone, this particular ihop just made it better than the others. I literally get the same thing at every ihop and I enjoyed this one the most. The steak was plentiful and delicious, proper amounts of cheese and hash browns.. I could literally eat this everyday.. but I wont.. I have to have like.. broccoli or whatever added to my diet but nevertheless! I will make this my every 4th day cheat day thing. Service as important as it is we barely saw our server.. not in a bad way but he would literally ninja over to the table and fill the waters, ask if we needed anything then vanished into thin air.. just the way I like it.. This IHOP is in a very good location as it is right outside of Nellis Air Force Base. We were in Vegas for the week and went to just check out the base on our way to the Hoover Dam and decided to stop here for breakfast. The food was ok, I ordered the split decision which I ordered most of the time I visit an IHOP. My French toast was a little soggy and the butter from it was melted and got all over my eggs. My husband got the Belgium waffle which he didn't eat because he asked if they used a buttermilk batter to make the waffle and the server said no which another employee latter confirmed that the do use the buttermilk batter. We were at this location on sunday after having a bad experience in other location we decided to give it another try and it was a great that we run into this location we were a party of 12 walk in and the GM tommy k was very attentive and friendly and acomódate us really fast and with a great attitude I can't thank him enough he always make sure we were talking care of and give us his best sever samantha they both team up really good and acomódate my vegan daughter and make something of the menu all i can say thank you thank you ! I think the ratings at this IHOP are low just because of the area where it is located - there were many sketchy people around and in the restaurant. The place is pretty clean and the service fast and on point nothing to say. It looks a little outdated compare to other IHOP restaurants I have been to, but I saw they were about to have a renovation and they were planning on closing early the day I visited, so improvements are ahead I guess. Bane, our hostess was very nice and friendly and made sure more than once that we were fine . Nothing to say on the food - my hubby and I both had the spicy chicken burger - which is actually not spicy at all, is was a good portion, cooked well, filling but not too heavy. It's a good spot if you are on your way to Vegas coming from the north - we were driving from Utah and did not want to spend too much time looking for a place where to eat! We just moved into the area and have been basically eating there, since a couple of the fast food places are closed to dine in or carry out. We had an early dinner one day and the sirloin tips are the BEST! On Tuesday, I decided to go and try their dine in. After the Assistant Manager Karen took my order, I discovered that my meal from the previous day was missing something. When Karen found out, she promptly apologized and wanted to make sure that everything was up to my satisfaction - which it was. Just went to our fav IHop when we're in Vegas. Today our waiter was John T. he kept our drinks full and was very attentive and polite. The parking lot is big so usually not an issue, we've come on the weekend and of course it can get crowded. The service has always been really good and the food from presentation to taste delicious. Arrived with my boyfriend and got seated by a woman. She took our drink order after wandering aimlessly for a couple of minutes. Ordered 2 lemonade splashers and an appetizer. Then she disappeared. 10 minutes later someone else comes by to take our order. 40 minutes go by and no food. I call the first lady to check on appetizer and she looks around as if the answer is in the air. She calls to the cook for the appetizer to make it on the fly. What a joke!!!
