The breakfast burrito was rich and had one note. The bacon was thick and abundant. There was egg and cheese in each bite. The burrito needed pico or something to cut through the richness. If you're hungover then this is great, otherwise it's too heavy for it being the first meal of the day. 8/10.

Just a few tables outside to enjoy your breakfast from Espresso at the Wynn Encore

Good place to get an on-the-go breakfast. However, when there is a conference, you will wait in a long line. The have a yogurt bar that you can add toppings. They also have various espresso drinks. I would say that the service was somewhat rude, which is why I am giving it 3 stars. That was surprising as it is located inside Wynn Encore. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There is minimal seating inside and outside by the pool as well (as they don't open the pool until later in the morning).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

This place was great! The food was delicious and freshly made. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The decor was cool, shiny, clean, and comfy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] WYNN knows how to do it! It was cafeteria style where you pick out the food you want and go thru the line and then pay at the end. They bring your food to you. Our server was Katrina and she was so nice! There was so much to choose from. Everything looked delicious! The portions were generous, which was nice. My daughter and I split the Pretzel ham and cheese sandwich. It was really good! We added sea salt chips also. For dessert, we shared a Dulce de Leche cookie. Yummy, it all hit the spot. We had energy to keep going! Just know that they do add the tip in the bill so it's up to you if you wish to add extra tip.

Right by the registration and the pool you will find this cafe that serves delicious food. You will find sandwiches, croissants, freshly baked pastries and cookies, bagels, coffee drinks, soft serve ice cream and more. It's very convenient specially when you don't want to eat at one of their restaurants which can get super expensive. The prices here are high as well but not like the full sit down restaurants. You can have breakfast for around $10 and lunch for $25. Of course you can get more than one item and will cost you more but on average it's possible to eat on budget here. I loved their coffee as well specifically their iced coffee. Customer service is ok, they have a seating area but a lot of people get the food to go here. Also I forgot to mention they have the best grilled cheese sandwich you will ever eat. Must try.

We had to use dining credits before my brother checked out of the Wynn, so the four of us made a stop to pick up beverages and hot food on a Friday morning. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's the main beverage stop in the Encore, and was expectedly busy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] After waiting in line for 20 minutes, we got to the checkout where we ordered overnight oats ($12.99) and a chicken chorizo burrito ($16.99). We also got various chilled drinks (at this time, we learned that any alcoholic drinks including hard kombucha, are not allowed to be included in the comped dining credits). When the two hot dishes were ready, our name was called out. I ate my burrito while in the car, and it was ok. The chorizo had been mixed with the fluffy scrambled egg, and was delicious with the accompanying fire roasted chili salsa. But as is common, most of the burrito was the flour tortilla wrapped around many times. I just focused on eating the egg.

Mortadella sandwich-- so,so good!

The mortadella sandwich here is so damn good, I wish they sold sandwiches like that where I live! Soft focaccia and thin mortadella that isn't too salty with some pesto and arugula! I think they also used stracciatella cheese on it--all of it was so delicious. It was $21 and totally worth it. Sandwiches where I live are going for the same price now ( unfortunately along with every thing else going up in price) for waaaaay less quality. Also got the ham and cheese on pretzel bun for $16 or $17 and that was so surprisingly delicious! The bread was so fluffy and buttery, my husband and I were shocked at how tasty it was!

Expresso located in the Encore by the front lobby is a life saver. With mobile ordering available, it's even easier to get your caffeine fix early in the morning. Stopped by here every morning during the SHRM conference and was literally in line, coffee in hand and on the shuttle bus in time for 7:30 sessions. The staff not only looked professional in their whites but were attentive and polite to guests. My usuals were the Iced Vietnamese coffee. I didn't discover the Draft Latte until it was my last day and wish I had tried earlier in the week because it was amazing. Plenty of options for breakfast like made-to-order oatmeal, tartines and pastries. Croissants were buttery and were huge. Definitely, not a bad way to start your mornings.

Chickpea salad with added Shrimp skewer
Judit C.

Great place to grab your morning coffee, breakfast, lunch, snacks or desserts! They offer a variety of different coffees, including, of course, an espresso. ESPRESSO located at Encore Hotel and Casino, immediately when you enter from the main entrance, right across from the check in area/front desk area. My most recent experience was very pleasant. Since I didn't have too much time to sit in a dining room/restaurant, I found Espresso very convenient. After selecting the items from the counter, pay for them, then not too long wait, the food is ready to pick up. There is a little dining area with plenty of tables and chairs. I ordered the Mediterranean cuscus salad with added grilled shrimps ... This meal was so delicious and refreshing! The feta cheese and the chickpeas were excellent with all the fresh vegetables in the salad. The grilled shrimps on the skewer were superb, I could eat a double order easily! That's how delicious it is!

It's good, in a "to-go" kinda way The espresso is actually not bad, but your only option is a paper cup, so...there's that. The croissants aren't bad at all- light, delicate, and flavorful, but then again, the muffins are dense bowling balls. And yeah, forget about sitting there - there's barely ever a feee table. So, basically, a mixed bag...

Pizza

Food selection was good. From pizza, salad, cupcakes and coffee! Its a little casual dine in or to go type of venue in a more upscale ambiance. Whats perfect about it is that it is just across the pool at encore and its an easy access which you'll love. Coffee and an awesome view? Perfect! The service is also fast and you wont wait that much except of course unless its on a rush time. Above all it was a good experience.

Maple caramel latte, New York breakfast bagel, danish
Gabby G.

We came upon this spot the morning we were checking out and i was so happy to see they use La Colombe coffee so i figured it has to be good. I then saw they offer breakfast items to enjoy at their location or to grab to go. I saw the New York bagel and ordered this along with the danish that caught my attention. It started to get busy as i was looking at the selections they had on their menu. I wish I would have found this place at my arrival as i loved the maple caramel latte i customized. The prices where not bad at all given the location it is in and i enjoyed it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Its a cute cafe in the Encore across pool entrance and i thought the amount of seating was good compared to other places.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The cashier was very welcoming and patiently waited for me to decide what latte i wanted. I will definitely come back at my next stay for my latte fix!

Restrooms were really clean and had the same style decor too, so I appreciated that attention to detail. However, I docked 2 stars since I couldn't order anything. I arrived at 939pm, looked at the menu and decided on a slice of the Ube Crepe cake and one of the Apple Cinnamon macarons. They don't close until 10pm and people were still coming in, and there were still plenty of people sitting in the restaurant, but the staff didn't let me order anything at 945pm saying that she doesn't take any more orders after 930pm. What?!?! What the hell? You're open for a whole 30 more minutes and don't want to take my money - am I hearing that right? My friend had cash on him, and he was willing to pay cash if that's less of a hassle, and still no. It's not even to-go only, it was a flat-out no, before their 10pm closing time. THAT IS CALLED CRAP SERVICE. However, the 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 stars is because one anonymous employee who witnessed that go down changed my perspective of this spot. This person asked me not to reveal their identity on my Yelp review out of fear of getting in trouble. They overheard me trying to order but got turned away, then pointed to the macaron in a box in the fridge on display right there to my friend. So as I was walking towards the bathroom, this person (different than the girl who rudely turned me away) apologized for what happened and gave me the apple cinnamon macaron as a gift. That was so sweet of them. The macaron was absolutely perfect too, it was delicious - the perfect texture of the macarons, apple filling, in the center between the cream, with the crunch from I think they were dried apple bits on the side of the cream - amazing!!! But still insanely Vegas tourist trap rip off overpriced with the macaron that person gave me worth $8.35/piece. Honey & Butter Macarons in Irvine, CA or Durian Macarons at Sweet Mood in Westminster, CA, still keep their also delicious macarons under $5 each while having cute decor/ambiance (I'll admit they're not as impressive and unique as this spot though). But they're essentially banking on tourists not knowing any better and what things should actually be worth/gouging tourists as much as they can. Essentially, you're paying for the ambiance. Definitely not paying for the crap service. Food is good, but not astronomically priced good - you're kidding yourselves. You may be able to get away with stuff like that if you're inside one of the luxurious casinos on the Strip, like Venetian, Caesars, Bellagio, etc. But especially being off-strip, get a reality check. I may come back (thanks to your anonymous employee's kind gesture giving me that macaron), but it's more just to show my parents the cool ambiance.

I just realized I've been gatekeeping this place…read more This place out of the 100's of coffee shops in town, is the best coffee no one is coming close. My greedy self thought people are finding out, and parking sucks already there - therefore shut up and don't spread if. Well now thinking about it, I can't do it anymore I got too much love for this place. We come at least once a week, parking can still suck but just be patient (don't even think about parking at AMPM), lines inside can be intimidating but they do a good job pushing through while delivering the nicest possible service..like who ask each customer "have you tried this before? If you haven't they let you try it and remake it if you don't like it" like whaaaat?! And the drinks every single one a knock out. My ranking from favoritest: Coconut Coffee - blended, creamy strong coffee and the perfect about of sweetness. Javacado - very creamy avocado mixing it with Phin coffee is insanely addicting. Cafe Brûlée- Phin coffee with egg, ridiculously good also ridiculously strong. Vanilla Cold Brew - Simple but not plan, when you want no frills but still want the finest. Banana coffee - this is the OG drink that brought me to Phin and made me a monster. The balance of coffee and banana is beautifully done (I'd suggest adding shot). Just go..they deserve all the hype and love.

Second time I went, another barista helped and he seemed rushed not as nice. I asked for an extra scoop of matcha so that it's less sweet and more of a stronger matcha taste, unfortunately, which is why I'm leaving 3 stars, their matcha is already sweetened so my drink was even sweeter and overall not enjoyable. The barista told me their matcha is already sweetened. I think sweetened matcha powder just means cheap matcha. I won't be coming back because of this. I like strong, lightly sweet matcha, not sugar and milk with a hint of matcha.

Coffee was good. Got the washed Peru in pour over…read more Writing this because of the weird interaction I had. Teach your baristas to put a little more care into explaining the coffees on bar and what's available on pour over. I wanted a single-origin coffee so I asked the barista taking my order. She said the espresso wasn't single origin but said they offer single origin pour overs but told me it would take 10-15 minutes. She then handed me a laminated sheet with all of their offerings and I chose the Mexico but she said that's what was on espresso....? I got confused because she told me there wasn't a single origin on espresso? Anyway.... the paper she handed me stated that a pour over will take 3-5 minutes, yet she told me 10-15 minutes twice. So I called the bluff. The place was empty. I ordered the pour over anyway, sat down, and sure enough, my coffee was ready in about 3-5 minutes. It almost seemed like she didn't want to make the pour over because she recommended an americano. Specialty coffee needs more transparency, more education, and more passion. If you're a coffee roaster, your staff should be excited to talk about the coffees they're serving--not discourage people from ordering them. I sensed laziness. If you see a customer struggling to pick a coffee, recommend something that's fruit forward or something that's more classic. Don't wait for the customer to ask, ask THEM what they like and work off the customer. Care a little bit more. This was my first and last impression. Vesta Coffee will be my go-to.

Mothership continues to do a great job with both their drinks and their food, and this location was no exception. The only thing worth mentioning is that they don't seem to keep much cash on hand, so if you're paying with cash, it's a good idea to bring smaller bills since they usually aren't able to break anything larger than a $20. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stop by again the next time we're in the Fremont area.
