This place is convenient if you're staying at the Encore. It's right at the main entrance. I like that there is seating but it's very limited. They have quick grab and go and specialty coffee. The lines can be vet long if there is a conference. It would be good to order ahead with their QR code. Even with the order ahead feature, a wait can go up to 45 minutes. I ordered Matcha latte with almond milk and Acacia bowl. They are not very food allergy friendly. When I tried to order a breakfast bowl and asked about food allergies, the lady became very impatient and gave me an attitude and said she can't tell me. I debated on getting their food as it was pretty overpriced for food on the go. So I opted for their croissant as it looked huge and appetizing. Croissant was not good, it kind of tasted like it had been sitting there a while and did not taste fresh. Now we also tried their coffee we got a white mocha and a rose latte. Coffee was definitely better. However the rose latte is on the sweeter side, just a heads up. Inside it's aesthetically cute. The breakfast burrito was rich and had one note. The bacon was thick and abundant. There was egg and cheese in each bite. The burrito needed pico or something to cut through the richness. If you're hungover then this is great, otherwise it's too heavy for it being the first meal of the day. 8/10. read more

There was so much to choose from. Everything looked delicious! The portions were generous, which was nice. My daughter and I split the Pretzel ham and cheese sandwich. It was really good! We added sea salt chips also. For dessert, we shared a Dulce de Leche cookie. Yummy, it all hit the spot. We had energy to keep going! Good place to get an on-the-go breakfast. However, when there is a conference, you will wait in a long line. The have a yogurt bar that you can add toppings. They also have various espresso drinks. I would say that the service was somewhat rude, which is why I am giving it 3 stars. That was surprising as it is located inside Wynn Encore. Right by the registration and the pool you will find this cafe that serves delicious food. You will find sandwiches, croissants, freshly baked pastries and cookies, bagels, coffee drinks, soft serve ice cream and more. It's very convenient specially when you don't want to eat at one of their restaurants which can get super expensive. The prices here are high as well but not like the full sit down restaurants. You can have breakfast for around $10 and lunch for $25. Of course you can get more than one item and will cost you more but on average it's possible to eat on budget here. I loved their coffee as well specifically their iced coffee. Customer service is ok, they have a seating area but a lot of people get the food to go here. Genuinely not even sure how I ever visited the wynn without this place before it has become one of my favorite parts of the hotel, I can't even believe I'm saying this! The oatmeal bar is out of this world and I have this amazing vegan muffin that I look forward to getting every single time I'm there the coffee is fabulous and you can order ahead online which really helps I would definitely recommend ordering ahead. We had to use dining credits before my brother checked out of the Wynn, so the four of us made a stop to pick up beverages and hot food on a Friday morning. It's the main beverage stop in the Encore, and was expectedly busy. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, we got to the checkout where we ordered overnight oats ($12.99) and a chicken chorizo burrito ($16.99). We also got various chilled drinks (at this time, we learned that any alcoholic drinks including hard kombucha, are not allowed to be included in the comped dining credits). When the two hot dishes were ready, our name was called out. I ate my burrito while in the car, and it was ok. The chorizo had been mixed with the fluffy scrambled egg, and was delicious with the accompanying fire roasted chili salsa. But as is common, most of the burrito was the flour tortilla wrapped around many times. I just focused on eating the egg. read more

The staff not only looked professional in their whites but were attentive and polite to guests. My usuals were the Iced Vietnamese coffee. I didn't discover the Draft Latte until it was my last day and wish I had tried earlier in the week because it was amazing. We got a Vietnamese Iced Coffee, Iced Hazelnut Oat Milk Shaken Espresso, two cups of Overnight Oats with fresh strawberries, and a Chicken Chorizo Burrito. The overnight oats had a strong vanilla flavor, you could see the vanilla beans throughout the bowl, so it was surprisingly tasty. The burrito was also decent for a grab-and-go spot. I guess it depends on what you order given some of the bad reviews, but it definitely was a good place to stop on the day you leave the hotel. read more

If you come here get anything but the grilled cheese! Visually the grilled cheese didn't look too bad. It had Golden toasted bread, and melty cheese peeking out the sides. But the moment I took a bite, I saw the center had a cold greasy stack of unmelted cheese slices. What really upset me was that it seemed like they just slapped five slabs of cheese in the middle and toasted it for five seconds thinking it would be cooked. If you enjoy cold, raw, and oily cheese wrapped in toast, go for it. Otherwise, just order their other foods. read more

It looked delicious as I love eggplant. It was extremely salty that I had to get rid of top part and ended up eating just toast with cheese for $15.99. Coffee was warm, not sure how you can serve simple coffee not hot ($5.19). Over all I won't be eating here tomorrow. It started to get busy as i was looking at the selections they had on their menu. I wish I would have found this place at my arrival as i loved the maple caramel latte i customized. The prices where not bad at all given the location it is in and i enjoyed it. Its a cute cafe in the Encore across pool entrance and i thought the amount of seating was good compared to other places. Goodies on Demand is the all-purpose coffee shop and casual eatery at The Encore. I had breakfast here twice and popped in for an afternoon snack once. I really enjoyed the avocado toast. It was so good that I ordered it a second time. It's a nice thick wheat toast with mashed avocado and then decorated with some sliced radish, parmesan cheese, and halved grape tomatoes. I also had the tomato soup which was good. I wanted to try the pizza which looked delicious but never made it in for that. Everything here is done well. It's not cheap but it's done well.
