This place is convenient if you're staying at the Encore. It's right at the main entrance. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I like that there is seating but it's very limited.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They have quick grab and go and specialty coffee. The lines can be vet long if there is a conference. It would be good to order ahead with their QR code. Even with the order ahead feature, a wait can go up to 45 minutes. I ordered Matcha latte with almond milk and Acacia bowl. They are not very food allergy friendly. When I tried to order a breakfast bowl and asked about food allergies, the lady became very impatient and gave me an attitude and said she can't tell me. The breakfast burrito was rich and had one note. The bacon was thick and abundant. There was egg and cheese in each bite. The burrito needed pico or something to cut through the richness. Right by the registration and the pool you will find this cafe that serves delicious food. You will find sandwiches, croissants, freshly baked pastries and cookies, bagels, coffee drinks, soft serve ice cream and more. It's very convenient specially when you don't want to eat at one of their restaurants which can get super expensive. The prices here are high as well but not like the full sit down restaurants. You can have breakfast for around $10 and lunch for $25. Of course you can get more than one item and will cost you more but on average it's possible to eat on budget here. I loved their coffee as well specifically their iced coffee. Customer service is ok, they have a seating area but a lot of people get the food to go here. Genuinely not even sure how I ever visited the wynn without this place before it has become one of my favorite parts of the hotel, I can't even believe I'm saying this! The oatmeal bar is out of this world and I have this amazing vegan muffin that I look forward to getting every single time I'm there the coffee is fabulous and you can order ahead online which really helps I would definitely recommend ordering ahead. We had to use dining credits before my brother checked out of the Wynn, so the four of us made a stop to pick up beverages and hot food on a Friday morning. We also got various chilled drinks (at this time, we learned that any alcoholic drinks including hard kombucha, are not allowed to be included in the comped dining credits). When the two hot dishes were ready, our name was called out. I ate my burrito while in the car, and it was ok. The chorizo had been mixed with the fluffy scrambled egg, and was delicious with the accompanying fire roasted chili salsa. But as is common, most of the burrito was the flour tortilla wrapped around many times. I just focused on eating the egg. read more

We got a Vietnamese Iced Coffee, Iced Hazelnut Oat Milk Shaken Espresso, two cups of Overnight Oats with fresh strawberries, and a Chicken Chorizo Burrito. The overnight oats had a strong vanilla flavor, you could see the vanilla beans throughout the bowl, so it was surprisingly tasty. The burrito was also decent for a grab-and-go spot. We came upon this spot the morning we were checking out and i was so happy to see they use La Colombe coffee so i figured it has to be good. I then saw they offer breakfast items to enjoy at their location or to grab to go. I saw the New York bagel and ordered this along with the danish that caught my attention. It started to get busy as i was looking at the selections they had on their menu. I wish I would have found this place at my arrival as i loved the maple caramel latte i customized. The prices where not bad at all given the location it is in and i enjoyed it. Coffee was warm, not sure how you can serve simple coffee not hot ($5.19). Over all I won't be eating here tomorrow. It was so good that I ordered it a second time. It's a nice thick wheat toast with mashed avocado and then decorated with some sliced radish, parmesan cheese, and halved grape tomatoes. I also had the tomato soup which was good. I wanted to try the pizza which looked delicious but never made it in for that. Everything here is done well. It's not cheap but it's done well.
