Eggs, hashbrowns, Turkey sausages with toast and coffee
Roy J.

I had a wonderful experience when I had breakfast here. First of all Giovanni is a class A gentleman. He paid close attention to the food I ordered and made sure everything was hot and that I had everything I needed. I was impressed! Also Daisy was very pleasant . Although she wasn't my waiting on me, she came past my table more then a few times and asked me if I needed anything and we had a brief conversation that was cool. I had eggs, Turkey sausage, hashbrowns, toast, and a coffee and I was very pleased. The new menu is very impressive as well so if you're hungry stop here and ask for Giovanni or Daisy and I'm sure your experience will be grand as well. Thanks guys I'll be back soon.

Food and service were great had a good breakfast time but not fond of their ambiance...had the pancakes for the first time there they are actually soft ,light and melts in mouth sorts though i think blueberry would be the best , wanted to try the strawberry and chocolate chip .I am sure who likes these is going to love the them ..

IHOP should consider an upgrade to their architectural design. The restaurant has a tight compact seating arrangement with a cooking counter adjacent to the reception desk. The omelets are wonderful especially compared to the local diners. I would say that other than their famous pancakes, I would visit IHOP more often if I was planning an omelet breakfast.

What can be bad about an IHOP! Classic breakfast food and very consistent. You cannot go wrong with a stack of buttermilk pancakes any time of day and that is what I order every single time so this review is short and sweet! Staff friendly, even on free pancake day when they were mobbed and restaurant clean and syrups were well stocked! See ya there!

Burnt & rubbery tasting crepes

The food was not good. I ordered crepes @ they burned it which made it tough to eat. The crepes had a rubbery texture. This is probably the only IHOP that I didn't enjoy the food from. I don't recommend the Huntington Station branch. They don't put enough love in cooking their food. So disappointed.

This ihop was a last minute decision because we were at the Walt Whitman and there was no where to get a quick but to eat. It was actually a surprise that there were about 5 tables being used on a Saturday at 5:30pm. The service was fine and the food came out really quickly.

Good morning friends and rise and shine. Its a bright eyed bushy tail Saturday morning. Let's all get some pancakes for breakfast. The International House of Pancakes has been around since I've been a kid. The business model is pretty much consistent throughout their different locations. I love their Bavarian Style tall peaked ceilings and Blue Roof. This restaurant is located on Old Walt Whitman Road , as historic note. It's the birthplace of Walt Whitman just a block away. The pancakes are all consistently good. Their batter contains ingredients that are a a closely guarded Secret. I love the fact that they offer a discounted Senor menu and also serve lunch and dinner. Probably one of my favorite things about the IHOP, is the different type of syrups that are available for with your fluffy pancakes. I don't know why but I've never been to this location before. I was immediately seated 8 am. early this morning there was no wait yet. The atmosphere was quiet and the morning stun streamed through the east facing windows. There were a few different menus available with seasonal specials, and their everyday items. One of the things I also like about IHOP is the endless pot of coffee that you get. You can drink as much as you want they'll just keep refilling the hot pot with a smile. Coffee pot itself is insulated keeps it nice and hot for you. Service was very courteous and quick I got the sampler platter with bacon ham sausage pancake home fries and egg. I figured I'd try a little of everything. I noticed that the restaurant was filling up quickly with Saturday morning families an early shoppers. The BIG Huntington Walt Whitman Mall is right across the street. And I'm sure that keeps this place busy. I enjoyed my breakfast here very much it came to me hot and fresh and it was at a great price point. Felt like a kid again, I loved the family atmosphere of the Pancake House on Saturday morning. As a note it would be really nice if the ownership got those paper placemats so I don't have to eat on the bare table and the morning newspaper would be nice, as it is provided at most other IHOP's. I don't usually eat much breakfast so I thought this place was just mediocre, our waitress was really good in getting our order without writing anything g down. The food came out pretty fast and hot but it was nothing special. Overall more expensive then I expected for breakfast but a good morning starter.

Month of October is All-U-Can-Eat Pancakes.. It's not humanly possible to order more after you're meal- these are huge portions to begin with!! The veggie egg white omelette is always hot and damn good w a splash of Tabasco sauce and I can't complain about their hot coffee they leave for you on the table in the carafe this way you don't have to wait around to ask for a 2nd cup!! Service is pretty prompt and I've never ran into a horrible server! This def satisfies the pancake hunger that the diners can't do! Enjoy!!

Food is not good, way to greasy for my taste, first and last time here

I've been avoiding this spot since it first opened a few years ago--all because of my boys opinion…read more Safe to say... I was completely misguided. I went on a Friday around 7pm and valet parking was required (not sure if that's every night). Walking in, the space is big, open, nice set up especially the wine glass displays near the entrance and bar area. We were seated in a spacious, comfortable booth. I'll start with my only real complaint: attention to cleanliness before seating guests. There were crumbs on the table and seats, crayons and food on the floor, and even some residue on the utensils. That said, once we pointed it out, everything was handled quickly and professionally. From there, the night was all positives. The staff was very nice, personable, and really knew the menu. For my entrée, I ordered the tableside lobster pasta. They actually gave me lobster chunks instead of the tail, but honestly--it worked out in my favor. It was buttery, slightly smoked, and packed with flavor. I also tried the cowboy ribeye--I'd rate it about a 7/10. It was good, but could've used a bit more seasoning to really stand out. Now the highlights: the lamb appetizer and charred octopus were both excellent. The octopus was perfectly cooked and flavorful on its own--I didn't even need the citrus garnish. And the lamb? Let's just say I was fully enjoying it... no shame, I was picking the bone clean. For sides, we had sautéed broccoli rabe and olive oil mashed potatoes--both solid choices. Drinks were on point. I had the Italian Harvest (bourbon-based), which was smooth and strong enough that one was all I needed. My wife had the Spicy Sunset--also a hit. We wrapped things up with cheesecake and wine, which was the perfect ending to the night. Overall, this was a great experience, and I'll definitely be back for more of the Italian dishes--just probably skipping the steak next time.

A really intimate place, with probably like 15 tables max inside, and a little bar that can sit also about the same amount of people, but still looks new and fresh, and also be on the lookout because when you're driving the place sneaks up on you. The friendliest service, Lauren who seated us and served us was truly genuine, and I told her I really appreciate that as most restaurants don't have that sense of personal customer service, actually noticeable and appreciated. The food was also really good, the dip was flavorful, could be a little warmer but still very good, the chips were next level, and this was a huge hit. The calamari was lightly breaded, and also I do appreciate the two sauces to choose from when dipping, either Kung Pao or Marinara. I got the Pastrami Rub Tuna over Scallion Mash, and when I first looked at it I thought the fish piece was a bit small, but after eating it, it was the perfect size, and the mash was delicious, and the Wasabi Sauce to dip the fish really made the dish Pop. Drinks were okay, started with a kick and boozy but finished a bit watery for my first one, the second one I had with Mescal was a 10/10 though. This place needs attention, and the fact that it is still pretty low key and food influencers haven't descended to blow up it's spot is awesome.

We started with the fried mozzarella Flamin' Hot sticks which were savory, cheesy, and hard to stop eating. The elotes covered in Hot Cheeto dust and finished with lime juice were a standout and easily a ten out of ten. For drinks, we had the Watermelon Wave and the Street Berry Punch served in their signature pouches, and both were great, especially the berry. For mains, the surf and turf burger is a must. The lobster sauce is incredible and honestly some of the best sauce we've ever had. The birria tacos were also a highlight, loaded with beef, super cheesy, and served with the perfect side of birria dip. We finished with the creamy tomato burrata pasta which was spicy, cheesy, and packed with flavor from the peppers blended into the sauce. The ambiance was great with music that really set the vibe and made the space feel fun and energetic. Service was amazing, attentive, friendly, and made the entire experience even better. Overall, everything came together for a really strong dining experience.

The patty was bigger than the bun so I had to trim it down a bit, but that's a minor thing. Also tried the avocado chicken sandwich, which was solid. No digestion issues. Service 4/5 Friendly waitress who checked in occasionally. Ambiance 4/5 Good decor and they have some games to play while you wait. Nice touch that actually makes the wait feel shorter. Cleanliness 3/5 The restaurant itself was fine. The restroom had been left a mess by a previous visitor, and it was pretty obvious no one had checked it in a while. Probably not the norm, but routine checks would go a long way. Parking 5/5 Easy. No stress. Huge lot Value 3/5 Good food, but $25+ for a burger adds up. Portions are decent so you're not leaving hungry, just lighter in the wallet than expected. Oddly the waitress told us candidly that the lunch specials were small and not worth it. I'm glad she told us but that seems kinda' lame. Overall 4/5 Good sandwiches, relaxed atmosphere, easy parking. The restroom and the prices are the only real knocks. I'd go back.

We had some fabulous Mussels in a white broth and the Thai Calamari with peanut dressing. Both memorable. The owners are not novice restaurateurs.
