Nikki went above and beyond to make our breakfast a great one. The food was excellent as well, but I just had to share how wonderful our experience with her was. read more

Had another great experience yesterday! We arrived at about 6:30 am. We were seated promptly due to it being early. The restaurant was very clean and ran efficiently. Our waitress Nikki, I hope I spelled it right was very attentive and professional. I ordered the ultimate as I always do and it was great. The wife had Nashville hot tenders and a waffle. It was really good also. They had the temperature of the restaurant on par. It was cold outside and nice and warm inside. Our experience was a good way to wrap up breakfast for the year. Will be back as soon as we can. read more

If you want to eat here then take these into consideration. Dinning in could be a 50/50 experience. You could either have a wonderful waiter/ waitress serve you. Checking up on you at least 2-3 times during the meal asking how we're doing and keeping the re-fills coming. While on the other hand you could have a waiter/ waitress barely doing the bare minimum. Never checking up on you after the food is brought and never doing refills. I would understand not being able to get to our table if the establishment was busy but during this circumstance on this one occasion there were only at best only 4 tables at the time with customers. Now that's just out right laziness and awful work ethic. I can also understand hating your job and not wanting to be there but that still doesn't excuse the lack of work ethic. Now ordering food to-go at this place I would never recommend anyone doing. I've done it multiple times and every time they've been inconsistent. Whether it be missing the gravy to my country fried steak or completely forgetting the pancakes in the literal pancake meal. They're also absolutely awful at cooking the food to order for pick up. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them a longer grace period for when I pick up for the food but that still isn't enough. I end up waiting for another 30-40 minutes on top of waiting the 20 minute wait time that they give you. And again I try to give them the benefit of the doubt. "Maybe they're busy or low on staff" but it's not even close to that. If anything they were over staffed and barely had any customers for the time. With how inconsistent they are it would be faster if you went to the grocery store yourself to buy the ingredients and go home to prepare the food. Least favorite ihop location. As for the staff I know there are at least a couple of great workers there but for the ones that don't give a shit for their jobs. Lock in and do the bare minimum. You chosed to apply and work there so do your damn job. read more

Quite possibly the slowest IHOP in GA, sittin in Griffin. I may pass by an IHOP for a very quick lunch when on road.. not this one.. cook(s) r asleep; waitstaff are working double time trying to keep everyone satisfied; cooks def not helping; place was certainly sterile and maintained. ‍ The veggie omelet finally came out, perfectly; so I shouldn't complain I guess read more

The yt servers act mad that they have to tend to other races. I was at the counter 20 mins with them coming and going, it would be another 20 mins before being acknowledged my pick up was ready at 8:55am I didn't get it until 9:44. TERRIBLE Service I wouldn't let my dog use a bathroom there read more

IHOP - The rude yt server in question - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Griffin, Georgia

So I started this morning off stopping a Waffle House. There were 2 waitresses and a cook with an empty restaurant but they could not serve me at a table since one of them was training. I say that to frame my attitude after that. So I drive down the road a bit and there is the IHOP. So I stop in. I was greeted and they actually wanted to serve me a breakfast! It was super early like 5:00 am. There were only a couple of people in there. Staff was friendly. Food ended up being the hottest and best cooked that I have ever had at an IHOP! I got the country fried steak and eggs. It was so damn good! Great staff and amazing food. I do not know if this location is always that good. But I had a great experience! read more

I love the food and I used to like the coffee too. Somehow they are serving very bad coffee. Probably I am not coming back for breakfast here. read more

Very poor, slow service. Food is of poor quality and way overpriced. Would not recommend. read more

Food is average for an iHop. Although I should have know better than to try the eggs Benedict, as their ability to poach eggs are questionable. And the last several times I've been the service is lackluster, consisting of a brief stop to drip food with no check for refilling drinks or ensuring the order was satisfactory. Only reason I keep coming is because it is within walking distance of where I get my vehicle serviced read more

If you are ordering because of the photos of the food you are being fooled by them. What you get is not what the photos show. I ordered the simple biscuit with a scrambled egg and bacon. First of all they delivered the food minus utensils. the biscuit was falling apart and the egg was an omelette not a scrambled egg and where was the bacon. I motioned another server about the bacon and out came 2 shriveled up pieces of bacon. disgusting breakfast. I emailed the company and their response was for me to try the restaurant again. read more

Sucks Staff inexperienced Food greasy Order a cheese omelette, bacon, hashbrowns, toast. Got a hashbrown n bacon omelette with cheese on top and toast covered in some kind of oil. Tasted like oil out of the fryer. I questioned it and the waitress said "yeah I dont know why they did that" and walked off. Apparently thats what Im eating this morning. So I figured I'll give it a try. But now I cant put ketchup on my browns. It sucked browns and bacon way undeecooked. read more

I know it's hard to find GOOD HELP today. But at least they could've had a little smile on their face. The food was good but we felt like we were bothering them and keeping them from checking on Facebook friends. They never checked on refills and the AC was crank down so low that it was hard to eat because we were freezing. Yes they are not customer friendly. read more

Visit Sunday AM Should have known when not many customers Food was not served hot & 2 orders of pancakes were wrong The server took those to be remade & took forever & one was still not correct Windows & glass in restaurant nasty Bathrooms in terrible shape The closing people obviously didn't do any cleaning - Been several times before - but will not go back read more

Posted this elsewhere but it needs to be said. I was there a few months ago and I just now figured out that I can review this place. Haven't been back. That Niki girl needs to be reevaluated. First of all, I can see the faces you make when you walk away and when you mutter rude stuff all because I asked for extra Splenda (my first request might I add!!!). And I know when you're talking about us to your other coworkers because reading facial expressions and body language was my job for about 20 years. And to the people in the kitchen, my grand babies don't need to hear all of that cussing and inappropriate language. We can hear it all. When y'all talk by the little order screens, we can hear it. We come here to eat and to enjoy family time. We don't need to know about your weed smoking habits and partying. ALSO the smell of weed is HEAVY at times as that Niki girl REEKED of it. And she isn't the only one. Y'all need drug testing. There's people in recovery that go there. There's children. Be smarter and more considerate. Also, I have seen that manager being rude to the employees. Professionalism is your job. They are not your little soldiers. They are your employees. Never EVER have I seen such coldness. These kids are just starting out life. You are going to scar them from ever wanting to work again. Maybe you wouldn't be so short staffed if you considered the health and feelings of your employees. We need a zero star button. Do not eat here. I'd rather drive up to a Waffle House at 2 am than here. read more

Not sure why we keep putting ourselves through the aggravation. Service is TERRIBLE and they are staffed. Server brought food out after a 30min wait saying "plate is hot, be careful." Plate was hot, food room temp at best. Never came back to table & had to search for her to pay. UGH! read more

Sloooooooow service, no one seems to be in a hurry. After eating the bacon I thought I had covid because they cooked the freaking taste right out of it? Idk how you even do that. read more

Customer service is awful. Stood 30 minutes waiting to be seated. Manager and two waitresses recognized but never came over. They were not short staff as they like to claim. This all happened around 8:00pm with only three tables in the restaurant. Come on let's do better. read more

My family just stopped by there to get dinner. However my son left his iPhone case there. And they can't bother to answer the phone. Because there are so much better than that. My husband had to drive 25 minutes back out of his way just to get them to answer the freaking phone. Which sugar level of service. Which is a POS. Hire people with a better attitude. I will be getting a free dinner out of this crap. Because you don't care. My time is worth so much more than you being able to answer the goddamn phone. Really. You people suck. Nothing but laziness. I would fire anybody that did not answer the phone which is what needs to happen to you. So that you understand how it is to work. read more

HORRIBLE! DO NOT EAT HERE! The service is horrific! Ruined our family experience and we never eat out due to covid. Waitress took our orders didn't put the food in, then didn't give us silverware or syrup. And when she brought out the food she still forgot to put an order in and left a member at our table out, then left us alone with her attitude. The food was subpart, manager came out didn't offer any relief. Check the other reviews for this place they are NOT lying. Dirty location, and I mean that with cleansiness as well. Never again, I'll see what wendy's breakfast is on next time. Or drive to the fayetteville location they're great and could give these people some pointers. read more

We have breakfast with our grandfather as often as we can. His wife was placed into a nursing home and he's been very lonely. We try very hard to find places where it makes it as easy as possible to have a good time with him. Sina was the most kind, patient, and understanding server we have had in a long time. My grandfather is hard of hearing and left his hearing aids at home. She met every single need before we had the chance to ask. Genuine, whole-hearted kindness is so hard to come by these days. We have had servers who did just their job and nothing more. Sina went above and beyond our expectations and made our time so enjoyable. Sina should be a highly valued part of this team and if not already a shift lead or manager, should be highly considered. We will be back. We will ask for Sina! read more

Skylar was amazing, our DoorDash order was missing food. We called to get the order fixed while the new door dash driver had been waiting quite a while. She was very polite and professional. Skylar alone deserves 5 star rating!!!! Lately, in the fast food and restaurant industry we deal with very rude people and she was just simply amazing, and handled her job with much pride. You go Skylar!!!! read more

We ate in the restaurant and it was nasty. Service was slow but the food had a good taste.

So I came in with my fiancé and we waited for the seating which isn't an issue. The only issue was when I ordered my pancakes and hash browns it had food that look like it came from a dirty dish on it. Then they said they couldn't fully take that order off the ticket even tho I was too grossed out to eat their food anyway. So this my Yelp review about it. Check out my music at D. Dugg on all music platforms. read more

Worst service of any IHOP I've ever been to. Stood at the front counter for five minutes before I was even acknowledged sat by a young lady that actually came to work and walked in the front door. Sat at the table for over 10 minutes and was not acknowledged by any waitress at all. Even though other tables were being waited on around me. read more
