Great experience, good hospitality, great service. I always have a good experience coming here! Server was wonderful and food was amazing Zack H. Was amazing at working all the tables by himself on Memorial Day morning!! 8am, people occupying 6 tables. Good place to go any morning. Don't think about it, just do it read more

This was our first time coming here. And it might be our last. We had no problem being seated but dang were the bugs bothering us the entire time we were here. Even the bugs didn't want us here. Right along with one of the White male servers who I believe his name is Zack. He kept looking at me as if he didn't want us here or expecting another server to get to us. Not sure what his issue is, by being in that town, it told me something else that I won't write on here. The food was good, that was the only positive. Hopefully they'll get some friendlier staff and do something about their bug situation. read more

If I had a chance to not give any stars I would. I see why restaurants close in the area all the time. It took 10 minutes to get seated on a slow Sunday night at 6:45pm with only 4 families or group of people eating. Then it took 18 mins to take our order, then after sitting for 40 mins, I finally asked for my drinks. By 7:55pm I finally got my order. NEVER again will I eat here it would be quicker if I shopped at walmart and cooked my order myself read more

Usually the service is great here. Not sure what's going on today. The guy we have isn't friendly at all. Acts like we are an inconvenience to him. I had to get his attention to ask for creamer for my coffee and when he brought it, he just slammed it on the table. He was the guy that seats guests. The waitress was busy with an overload of guests. She was super though. I didn't get everything I ordered and neither did my boyfriend. She apologized for the guy who took the order and discounted order. In my opinion, he needs to be trained a bit more. read more

My husband and I decided to go here yesterday (Sunday 2pm) to miss the Church crowd and we did. There was only 3 tables in there with customers. Now we haven't been here but 2 times now and we wanted the chicken fried steak and egg combo. This chicken fried steak is HUGE and come with 2 eggs made of your choice, hash brown and 2 fluffy pancakes for just $12.99. STEAL!! The chicken fried steak is amazing and we order shell scrambled eggs that way we're getting eggs from the shells and not a carton of premix stuff. After sitting a few minutes we watched the table next to us have their waitress help them out with some stuff and then our waitress came and took our drink order. We both asked for water and she then preceded to ask the 3rd table if they wanted refills. No biggie cause that's how ya do it. BUT we watched her deliver that other tables refills and we waited and waited and waited... 10 minutes later, I'm assuming a shift manager came to our table and asked if we needed drinks and I said well yes we ordered water 15 min ago and watched her deliver that other tables drinks. We order our water again and placed our food order from her, not the waitress. She told us that she was the ONLY waitress at the time. Ok first of all that was a LIE. Secondly, even if that was the case the table next to us was finishing eating and so was the 3rd table and we hadn't even ordered food yet so what was this waitress doing?? Water is delivered and the waitress acted like it was just killing her to actually be at work. Chicken fried steak and egg plate and pancakes are delivered, before we could ask anything she disappears quickly. 10 min go by and we finally see her and ask about our missing hash browns. She said they didn't come with them and me being me already had the menu pulled up on my phone and I showed her. We went to the back and quickly came back with our cold hash browns.. look after eating half that chicken fried steak we was full and ready to leave. Getting to go boxes took awhile and then didn't even give us a bag which I got from the other waitress. Lemme just say this, she didn't deserve the rounded up number of a tip I left. On the way out the other waitress told us goodbye with a smile and thanked us for visiting. I doubt we will be back for awhile after that. read more

We get in, the lights are flickering, we ordered hot chocolate, we got chocolate milk (cold hot chocolate) glasses are dirty, we are getting our orders taken and the server isn't writing anything down, messes up 3 of the 4 orders, food wasn't hot but tolerable, missing items, late drink arrival. The service is questionable at best and leaves a lot to be desired, will not be coming back read more

Ok. I have to be honest. I'm not much of a go out and eat breakfast guy. But here lately I have been on an egg kick. So ihop is the flavor of the day. I actually like this place. It's got a ton of things to choose from, and though it's not fine dinning, it's got something for everyone. The specialty pancakes are always fun for the kids. They usually have a kid theme from a movie or show. This particular season is the movie " IF ". I love the pablano omelet. It's huge and has so much good flavor. The pancakes are always amazing. Today's server was super awesome. She was helpful and playful with us and it was a good experience. The hours are always great as well 6am - midnigh. Now we all have to remember that this is more like a diner and not a restaurant, so the floor may have straw wrappers and some small spills, this is par for the course in places like this. But overall this place is a great place to come. read more

I went here on a Saturday around 10am and it was fairly busy. We were however seated right away and we were greeted within 5 minutes by our server. I really really wish I could remember her name. She was awesome! I got coffee and the biscuits and gravy and sausages and fruit on the side. Everything was good and the server checked on us often for refills and to see how everything was. She also pointed out a deal for our order that she didn't have to to save us money. I really had a great experience here and would recommend this for breakfast. read more

So this is the first place I have gone to eat in since March 2020. I chose IHOP because I brought my baby with me. There was a wait per usual but it wasn't that long. Some of the staff wear mask and some don't . Some of the patrons had on masks and some didn't . I ordered the Colorado omelette with pancakes and the funny face kids meals. The omelette is much bigger than I remember but it was good. The pancakes are always good. The servers were AMAZING and really helped me out with my baby! read more

Weekend rotation seat is stupid as hell. One other table being used. Just seat people. April was excellent.

Perhaps still on vaca mode? Food sporadically delivered with over 10 minutes apart, food wrong, and two hash browns with hair. Probably not coming back to this location, especially since my shoes stick to the floor - nearly lost a flip flop. When we brought up the hair to the manager, she asked us to produce the hair - really? As if I would be holding it in my hand? ***UPDATE*** As we are walking to check out, Cassandra and the guys in the back were talking crap about how we were lying about the hair in our food. read more

The ladies here are super friendly and the place seems clean. It's just like every other ihop I've been to. The menu is the same. The food is the same. You get exactly what you expect coming from an IHOP chain. I tried to stick with something healthy. Got two eggs sunny side up with turkey bacon and wheat bread. Our server was the sweetest lady. This location used to be great but now it's hit or miss. Today was a miss, my husband ordered the sampler with a over hard egg and I ordered the stuffed French toast combo with over medium eggs & crispy bacon. And we both had coffee and no complaints about the coffee it was a full pot of hot coffee as always and lots of cream & sugar on the table. Our waitress was absentminded and slower than molasses. The bacon that was supposed to be crispy was a limp noodle and my over medium eggs were all scabby and disgusting and my stuffed French toast was refrigerator cold and it was tough as a boot ! Very dissatisfied so just paid out & left a small 10% tip. Not sure if I'll return to that location because it's been bad the last few times. Update Came for breakfast this morning and got seated right away. Server was great she was friendly she got my order right. The food came out relatively fast. My over medium eggs were cooked perfectly my grits were nice and creamy and the bacon was cooked crispy just like I ordered it. Wish I'd of taken a picture of my food but it's too late now lol read more

Great waitress and great food. Everything came out specifically how we ordered it. Wait wasn't long

I'd give zero stars if possible. My friends and I came here this morning, thinking this location would be the best rather than in baton rouge. Right off the bat, the hostess is rude. No greeting. Ignored me when I said hi. Anyway, she sat us in a booth right in front of the kitchen door/server POS system. My friends and I are all servers, so everytime we go out to eat, we are sure to leave a large tip. Usually 40-50% of the bill....... JUST A BTW! So... we sat there for 15 minutes with no greeting. We see about 5 servers, passing back and forth in front of our table, comin in and out the kitchen, no one said a word to us. This one server in particular, we kept seeing because (I am assuming) we were in her section. Two other tables right by us got sat 5 mins after we did. I hear that particular server say "I'll be right with you" and I thought she was talking to us, so I said "okay no problem take your time" but she ignored me because she was apparently talking to the new tables that sat after us. Lol. Its crazy that as soon as the other 2 tables were sat, they were greeted by this particular server and gotten drinks. While we're still sitting there confused... Like I said, we are servers, thats why we waited that whole 15 mins. After 15 mins and still not a word said to us, we just left. We ended up going to the College location in Baton Rouge and we literally had drinks and orders in within 1 minute of walking in the restaurant. BECAUSE OF GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Even the hostess was nicer at this location! I am going to assume that particular server, saw my friends and I and immediately didnt want to serve us because we are younger. We are all 20. But she didn't know we were all in the industry ourselves, therefore her tip was going to be probably the best one she got all day. The nice server, Linda, at the College location, got a nice $100 off of my friends and I. Our bill was only $70. So, to that old, bitter, white, red haired server at the Denham location : Don't discriminate. Do your job. You missed your blessing. And to the other employees who passed by us continuously, obviously seeing we sat there for so long without any drinks or anything, you couldve at least stopped by and asked have we been helped. I mean come on, who is managing yall? This is basic customer service skills. Seriously get it together. Anyway, dont waste your time here! Not worth it. read more

Lots of family all came into town for a funeral. We all decided to meet up at Ihop for breakfast. I'm so glad we did. The issues I had in my first review looks like they have been fixed, or maybe it was just a good day. We had one waitress for a table of 11, but she was on top of everything! Nothing wrong with our orders, and she kept our glasses filled. The food was hot, the pancakes, light and fluffy. read more

I love eating here, the food is great! I typically go for an Arnold Palmer and the Bacon Temptations omelette and it's become a weakness. They have great burgers, too. Very disappointed in this restaurant today. As always the temp is freezing and this time we sat in the lobby waiting for 30 minutes while half of the tables were empty because the Kitchen was backed up. Really? So because the kitchen is backed up we can't sit at a table and have coffee while we wait? This place gets worse every time we come they are slower and slower. The wait staff is friendly and the pancakes are good but that's about the only plus I'm giving. If my husband wasn't so in love with his usual omelette, we wouldn't come here any more. read more

This is the right place btw. Not the one all the way in. Loved it to pieces. The hostess wasn't all that, but our server was fantastic and the food was absolutely delicious!!!! It's definitely one of the best IHOP mess I've ever had. Even the cutlery was cleaner than usual for IHOP!! It gets four stars though because of the bathrooms. They were clean and orderly, but so HUMID. And they smelled pretty bad. Other than that, I definitely recommend this place!! read more

I am a huge fan of ihop restaurants usually. However, this particular one has turned me off completely. The one thing that overrode anything else is the temperature in this place. FREEZING. I couldn't even concentrate or enjoy myself at all. I took my children here to celebrate something and they just wanted to go home. I even had on long sleeves. On top of that, this place can't seem to get a single order straight. Half the orders that came out needed to be sent back for correction. I will not be going here again. read more

We went here because I got an online (purchased from Facebook) gift code. The staff was friendly enough. I ordered a meal that came with a salad. I didn't get my salad. So I had to ask for it and I got it after my meal came out. I usually CRAVE side salads from restaurants but IHOPs ranch dressing taste like it was out of a bottle not homemade. Waitress was still very nice even after my toddler made a mess under the table! I went to go check out. I handed my phone to the lady (bc the coupon say print or have the code on your phone) her response was "Oh sorry I have to have it printed" and was going to dismiss my gift all together. I asked for a manager who was aggravated bc I was telling them I am using this code. She finally figured it out and was pleasant after that. read more
