    Plant based sausage! Delicious
    Allison F.

Pancakes for dinner at IHOP, what can be bad! The restaurant was very clean, not crowded and our server was Joel who was very friendly and quick. I got 3 pancakes and plant based sausage. Yep, plant based sausage at IHOP. I would have never even guessed that they had that! My partner in crime got protein pancakes which were very good. Joel said that he did t care for them because they tasted gritty but I think they might have had some whole grain to them. Not really gritty but a little different than the regular ones. All in all, we left happy and full of pancakes!

I am always perplexed when people review a chain restaurant as if they are expecting Chef Jose Andres or Daniel Boulud to be in the Kitchen. My reviews are based on an even plane of the same chains or similar chains for this kind of food. That being said, I believe IHOP should receive an award for the best to go packaging. They separate everything in its own container so flavors and sauces are notintermingling. For me, this is stellar! And even when I do takeout or delivery my food is always hot. The service I have always received from this location has always been excellent. whether I dine in or my usual is curbside pick up. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. So I don't know where all these negative reviews come from. I can only account for my experience. My pancakes are consistently fluffy and nice sized. Hash Browns are crispy. Breakfast meats are cooked how I like them. So for me no complaints. 5-26-2024

    Crispy shrimp with fries platter

I'm obsessed with the crispy shrimp. It is delicious. I definitely recommend it and I am coming back here when I'm craving shrimp. I know that's crazy but they have the best crispy shrimp I think I've ever had. My fiancé ordered the eggs Benedict, they loved it as well. The new menu options are great! Toni, our waitress, was a joy! Definitely coming back for that crispy shrimp

September 28, 2020 We went for beakfast and the service was amazing. The wait for a table was very short and the wait for our food was also very short. Our waiter was amazing and he was so sweet! All in all 10/10 experience!

For $11 you can get a huge omelette and a side of 3 pancakes. So good especially if you are in the mood for a big breakfast

Do not come here looking for a massive, gluttonous burger, but do come for a quality, carefully built and tasty one. Your 8oz burger may seem smallish when it first arrives, but thats because it comes on a bun that is the right size - not a bunch of extra bread. My girlfriend really liked the turkey burger option and the waffle sweet potato fries - but she was not a fan of the marshmallow dipping sauce and stuck to bbq. I had a standard burger with some bacon and onion straws. She was a little surprised that lettuce and tomato were not standard and automatic (this was said after the burgers arrived - I assume that they are on the menu for customization if you want them), but enjoyed her burger nonetheless. $25 is a bit high for a burger, so this will not be a weekly stop, but once in a while on the way through Babylon for a simple, tasty meal, absolutely. Service is attentive and friendly. Atmosphere is noisy, but I would not call it overly loud - music was not blaring and conversation could be maintained at normal levels. This was on Sunday - early evening - I will make no assumptions about a busy Friday or Saturday night - I can imagine it gets quite lively.

Great for after beach day and our go to spot now!

However, if you can steal away for two hours, this is also a great date spot. The music was from my generation so I was confused why it was so loud? This was my first clue that I am officially old. But that is a me problem not them. We always order the wings (top 5 on the entire island) and the Gouda fries are unparalleled! My husband ordered the gyro. Bold move ordering a cultural dish from non Greeks. He said it was really good! I like that it came on a round instead of a pocket. It gave a quesadillas feel. His only suggestion was to put the siracha on the side since that's not a traditional gyro ingredient. On another bold move, I ordered the Ramen and added braised short ribs. Wow!! I don't know who they have cooking in the back making these authentic meals but this was some of the best Ramen I've ever had. The flavors were so good and the eggs was cooked to perfection (not too runny but not over cooked). Our waitress was very nice as well. It was busy but I never felt like we had to wait long for her attention. 10/10 as always! Reliable top quality with an ever changing beer menu.

The Brixton is a beautiful restaurant with very relaxed and casual vibes. The word around town is that their drinks are awesome. What about their food, though? They originally would not seat us in the middle of the afternoon because most of the empty tables were reserved. We had to request to sit outside, which was empty, before they decided to serve us. Odd that they did not even offer that to us. The General Tso' Cauliflower was the only great thing served to us. It is incredibly crispy and flavorful. You almost forgot that you were eating a piece of vegetable at times. The Short Rib Brisket Sesame burger was shocking. $18 for two White Castles-sized sliders. It was easily consumed, and I was left much to be desired. This is most definitely an appetizer item, not an entree. The Chicken Waffle was good. Nicely deep-fried and packs a lot of flavor. The waffle looked dubious. If I had to guess, it might not be mad fresh to order. Essentially, it's 3 drumsticks/wings over a possibly frozen Eggo waffle. I would recommend a second dish if you are looking to get full. The Steak frites and Eggs Benedict were the final dishes served. It is hard to mess these dishes up, but the ribeye was nicely seasoned and cut up. The dishes were nicely displayed. Overall, this is just an OK experience. When the deep-fried cauliflower appetizer is the most memorable dish here, it is quite alarming. Portion sizes are on the small end, and none of the flavors for the entrees really stuck out. Perhaps I will come here strictly for the drinks next time.

His friend got the Thai calamari which was decent until he got to the bottom. It was soaked in seasoning and too sweet. My daughter got the buttered pasta - children's portion. I'll let the photo speak for itself. It was drenched in butter. On the bright side - service was great, most of the meals were excellent, waffle fries on point. I mentioned the pasta and showed our server the pool of butter. He took it off our bill without even asking. So ... 4 stars - 5 stars for local business service and just lost the one star for the less than stellar meal and app. Will probably be back!
