I have been seeing Virginia for three years now. I started seeing her at her first location in Burbank and she is so good that I followed her to Encino. I live in the San Gabriel Valley and she is absolutely worth the drive. Her office is beautiful, relaxing, and sparkling clean. Words can't express how much I love Virginia, but I'm going to try. I started seeing Virginia after suffering with neck pain for 2 years. I felt like I had tried everything and nothing worked. I spent a lot of money on deep tissue and Thai messages trying to cure my aching neck muscles. I went to see a few different doctors, but none took my pain seriously. One said it was a common problem and to just buy a new pillow, I bought six. One said to go and get a massage, I've had dozens. I got desperate and that desperation pointed me in the direction of acupuncture... to Virginia. Through consultation with Virginia, I discovered the root cause of my pain - - I was a stomach sleeper and my cozy habit had caused me to damage and weaken my neck muscles. She recommended a new pillow for me to use that was designed to keep my head straight and prevent me from turning and coached me in training my body to sleep on my back. After I changed my bad habit, we got to work! Virginia does a deep needling technique on my neck. My neck muscles respond really well to it and as a result, I can go weeks with any of the pain I used to feel daily. We have repaired nearly all of the muscles. I only feel pain in one more spot. I credit Virginia's expertise for getting me though this. I don't know how I was going to go through life being in such pain. I've received other benefits from acupuncture as well. I took up jogging shortly after beginning. I was fully expecting to go in a full blown asthma attack once when I didn't bring my inhaler, but nothing happened. I have been seeing Virginia for a little over a year and half. She is amazing! I started seeing her when I was in extreme pain (almost daily) for stomach inflammation.
