He was very responsive, flexible, and accommodating with some very large, not easy loads. Costs are reasonable and his guys are really great too. What I really appreciated the most is that he doesn't send everything to the dump. If there's things that can be salvaged, he finds a home for it. !THEFT WARNING! Awful customer service. I called to get an estimate and owner was totally indignant towards my questions, saying that "if I had an issue with getting my stuff removed than I ought to learn about how to do it." Regardless, I gave him a chance. He showed up to my house 1hr 15min late, even after calling him several times, of which the first two times he answered with "I'll be there in 10." When he finally arrived he was completely disrespectful and condescending. It took him nearly an hour longer than his original estimate he gave me to remove the gazebo in my backyard. After all was said and done, I realized that the small decorative lawn pieces furnished with silver surrounding the gazebo were missing! I called him the next day to inquire, and about 14 more times in the days following after he didn't up the phone. I haven't been able to get a hold of him since! Shocker! I didn't use any of the junk removal companies. I found their prices excessive considering what needed to be done. With help, everything was loaded into my SUV and taken to the recycling center where I paid $17 and the guys there unloaded the heavy items for me.
