He was extremely professional, arrived early, and confirmed the date and time the night before. The repair was done right in my driveway, which made it super convenient since I was able to work from home during the process. He was the ONLY person who was able to repair the black portion of the bumper, that had a huge hole & multiple gashes through it, without replacing the entire thing, which would have been expensive on my VW.. His pricing was very reasonable, and he was even able to provide an accurate quote over the phone just based on pictures. I'm really happy with the results and would definitely use him again for any future dents or body repairs. He also made sure to keep everything really clean, used mats to protect the ground, and cleaned up after himself before he left. Highly highly recommend!
