It's always crowded and there may be two or three people on registers. They want you to check your own groceries, but that always turns into a problem where you have to find someone to help you. The customers seem angry and pushy, which is not the store's fault but nonetheless it's an unpleasant experience, I think in part because everyone else is going what I am, looking for things that can't be found or aren't there and you can't find help or you're standing in line somewhere. Lines are long and I can rarely find anyone to help in the aisles. They need more personnel who are better trained and if it's a problem, they need to make it a better work environment so their employees aren't so exhausted and irritable.

Shandy Hayden personally caused me a lot of trouble, expense, and wasted time. Shandy Hayden screwed over a charity. Shandy Hayden cost this Walmart thousands of dollars of lost business. Correction: tens of thousands, if you include future business. My wife is the food coordinator for a major area charity. She doesn't get paid a penny to do it. She called this Walmart months ahead of a major volunteer event to see if she could order hundreds of prepackaged sandwiches, and how much lead time they needed. She placed the order with the requested lead time, padded by several extra days just to be safe. But shortly before the sandwiches were needed, the order was cancelled without explanation. My wife called and emailed multiple times to find out why, and to try to see if something could be worked out. She got no response of any kind, ever. There is no imaginable excuse good enough to justify what happened. Shandy Hayden yanked the rug out from under us, and if she doesn't deserve to be fired, I don't know who would.
