Humo is probably the most popular of the food trucks at Telefonica Gastro Park, primarily due to the tasty hot dogs! I almost always get the bacon dog but the pulled pork dog is excellent as well. The bacon hot dog comes loaded with bacon and other tasty seasonings. They also give you a complimentary side of corn flavored with cheese and another seasoning. I'm personally not big on corn but even I would have to admit it was super delicious with the seasoning. The entire plate comes out to only 90 pesos (around $4.50) which is obviously an excellent price for a meal. The dog is fairly filling - I was good after just one but many can probably eat two with no problem. The hot dog comes on what I think is a thicker, ciabatta bread. I think the bread is fine, though wouldn't consider it great... it's the meat and seasoning of the dog that stand out for me. They have a couple other hot dog types as well (besides bacon and pulled pork), but not being a Spanish speaker I couldn't interpret - you'd have to check the menu.
