They also used a mismatched weather strip and didn't mention it, which was frustrating to discover afterward. After reaching out, one damaged panel was eventually replaced, but another was never taken care of despite multiple assurances it would be. Since installation, the door has continued to malfunction and often needs to be opened and closed several times before it will fully shut. Communication has been extremely poor. There were several promises to return and fix the ongoing issues, but none were followed through on. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience with a lack of accountability and follow-up.
