Today, I went to IGA and was very disappointed to be served by a lady named Louise in the Deli. She looked like she did not wantto be there. I asked for hot food, which she provided but did not give any bags. I asked for bags and she gave it to me without placing the hot food in. The food she gave was hot, did she expect me to hold hot food in my hands around the store. I have coles down the road but I travel all the way to IGA just for their service. Everytime i get hot food from IGA the rep always puts hot food in the bag for me as they know we dont have bags or utensils to handle hot food. But Louise really upset me today with the bags and her attitude, she didnt care and looked like she didnt want to be there. I hope this feedback goes back to her. I am also a customer rep, but I treat people how would like to be treated. Customers are important, we always need to go above and beyond for them as they help us keep our jobs thats how I see it. Make an effort to provide great service to everyone that comes in your store, otherwise they wont return!! read more
