I shopped at Woolworths in Calamvale Central at 2:25 PM on the 2nd of August 2024. The staff member, Karen, spoke to me in a very rude tone and manner. She turned all four of my pizzas upside down after scanning, smashed my hard candy against the register, and then threw it into my trolley. Everyone has a bad day sometimes, but it's never an excuse to take out your anger on a customer.
The store manager should review the CCTV footage(I provided the exact time of the issue above) and ensure Karen receives additional training. I deserve an apology and will continue sharing this terrible shopping experience on other social media platforms if Woolworths does not respond.
Just found that Karen has earned several one stars from other customers at Google Review but nobody from Woolie followed up so far! read more
