Really can't say enough good things about these people. I dealt with Andrea on email, and she was always super responsive and clear and accommodating. I see other reviewers talking about how emails are curt, but the fact of the matter is I'd rather have a short, clear email, than one with lots of details and where information may got lost. I'm sure they've worked out why they put certain information on their website on others they keep for email. The delivery/assembly guys were great. Spent nearly 8 hours putting everything together. With their tools and experience, it validated my instinct that it was worth paying for the assembly service. It would have taken me days, if not weeks, to do what they did in a day. They also asked about use case, and did some finishing work that wasn't part of the instructions to make sure I really got value out of the furniture. Kudos to the entire team. Highly, highly recommend. read more

I am really impressed. iFurnitureAssembly did a fantastic job assembling an Ikea PAX wardrobe for me. From scheduling to assembly, everything was great! Marina handled the scheduling and her response time was very quick. They were able to schedule the assembly in just a couple of days, which was great. Konstantin did the assembly work, he is very polite, courteous, professional, and did an amazing job. He really took his time to make sure it was done right. I am very happy with the service I received. I would absolutely recommend them and I would definitely use them again for any future assembly needs. read more

Konstantin and his team were very easy to work with, responsible, friendly, and very good at getting the task done. They were patient with us as we worked out our items. They even shopped at NJ on our request since we are a nonprofit with tax-exempt status in NJ. Overall, a really friendly reliable team that will get the job done! We also used their assembly service, and they did a great job. I'm very happy we went with Ifurnitureassembly. This was money very well spent! Thanks Konstantin for this pleasant experience. read more

I was having trouble getting a delivery and assembly date through IKEA, and decided to find a third party company to do the delivery and assembly for me. iFurniture was so quick to respond to my email with quotes for pricing and available delivery dates. I updated my shopping list several times, which was no problem-- they were very accommodating. They texted me when one of my items was out of stock and suggested alternatives as well as let me choose a different model from online for them to pick up in Elizabeth, NJ. Yuri and Zack arrived on time and got right to work. They were friendly, polite, and efficient, even helping me with a set of doors I had previously purchased from IKEA myself. They cleaned up after themselves and were in and out in record time. I cannot recommend them enough, and will never go through IKEA for delivery or assembly again. read more

I am so happy I found their services! I have used assembly services previously in LA and Toronto building Ikea furniture but never found a company that also goes shop for me! Their shopping and delivery services saved me tremendous amount of time and effort especially given my painful LA Ikea experience in which Ikea delivered my furniture 3 days later than promised. The same thing happened to a friend in Manhattan so she had to sleep on the floor for a week. Not only is Ikea's in-house delivery unreliable, one would also have to wait for a 6 hour window at home at a minimum. Kostiantyn accommodated my schedule and fit me in the only time I could do given work schedule. He and his colleagues arrived exactly on time at 3pm on a Friday--super hassle free!!! I'm so glad I didn't use Ikea's delivery service. What's more, I didn't have to drag heavy furniture from the warehouse at Ikea to check out since they did the shopping. The other Kostiantyn and Yury very efficiently assembled my furniture for my studio in 1.75 hour. I'm so happy to be settled in my apartment! Thanks guys! read more

I've had bad service from companies with high yelp ratings, only to find this was because they give a discount afterwards for a good yelp review. This was definitely not that. Konstantine (and his team) was very professional and got the job done for a competitive price. -Good overall service, careful with apartment, furniture, walls, etc when assembling furniture. -Good communication when he was going to be a couple of hours late. -No hidden fees or catches. -Accommodating when I changed the shopping list multiple times in the days before Would recommend Konstantin to anyone looking for this service. read more

Waaaaay too easy! Easier than ordering takeout. Stop thinking and just hire them. By the time you rent a van, sit in traffic, experience the nightmare that is IKEA, schlep everything home and up to your apartment, unbox, try to assemble, lose your mind, blah blah blah, these guys could have done all of it for you, three times over probably. I emailed with what I wanted, heard back within minutes (Konstantin was at IKEA at that moment). They delivered by noon. I assembled myself because I actually enjoy that kind of thing but they brought all the boxes to my desired room and laid them out for me. It was soooo much easier than doing the whole run myself. This is a great service. I will definitely never be going to IKEA in person in NYC again. read more

Konstantin and his team did a great job. They proposed to shop in Ikea Elizabeth to save our money on a $3k+ order, arrived on time, completed assembly fast and professionaly. Based on my pricing requests, they offered pretty much the lowest price among other contractors. They offer different payment methods including Venmo, the good thing is that you do not have to pay anything upfront. We had to return bar stools and Ifurniture did it for us. As Konstantin said, they can now provide certificate of insurance which is often required by NYC buildings. Highly recommended! read more

Working with these guys was a good experience. I hired them to pick up furniture at Ikea, deliver to my new apartment, and assemble everything (a dresser, desk, chair, bed frame...the works!). Delivery and assembly were obvious lifesavers, but what can't be understated is the fact that they trek through Ikea and pick up all of the things on your shopping list for you. Seriously, if you have an extensive shopping list, don't skimp and just pay for these guys to do everything for you. Also, they're very friendly and polite. One tip is to be proactive about following up should you need answers to questions. They will usually get back to you within a day, but during the busier periods (towards the end of the month when everyone's moving) they may be delayed in responding. I had to email / call to confirm timing, pricing, etc. Not a big deal, but just a heads up. Payment is via cash or Venmo. I chose Venmo, which was super quick and straightforward. read more

I emailed for a quote to shop, deliver and assembly IKEA furniture yesterday morning, hoping to schedule an appointment sometime next week. They said same day after 4 PM would work. Showed up around 4:15, super professional and very nice guys. Everything was assembled well (I had many items: bookcases, desk hutch, loft bed, curtains and a coffee table), mounted to the wall where needed. They take cards. It is a new IKEA experience, I am not going back to anything else. read more

What a great idea for a company! This was truly a lifesaver for me. New to the city and not wanting to have to tackle IKEA on top of everything else, I am truly thankful I found their services. What took 2 men a few hours to do would have taken at least a week, and several headaches, on my own. Do yourself a favor and hire them. I promise it's worth it! Thanks ifurnitureassembly! read more

iFurnitureAssembly was so helpful with our large Ikea order. They made sure to check-in when some items we initially ordered were out of stock, and the assembly team was so careful and thorough during the installation. They were also very clean in their work and respectful of our space-- making sure to take off their shoes and carefully wrap/ dispose of cardboard and other packing materials! We had a lot of assembly, and it took several hours to complete all the work, and the crew remained professional, efficient, and made sure to do quality work. Email communication was also quick and efficient! Thank you! read more

Konstantin and Konstantin were truly wonderful. They corresponded with me over a couple days to get the logistics set up. On the day of the work they arrived when we accorded, with a nice truck, with all the tools they could need, were very kind, fast and just a joy to deal with. They are respectful even making a point to ask if I wanted them to remove their shoes and took care to leave everything beautifully arranged and clean. I could not be more happy with the professionalism, ease of service and general joyful demeanor of both Konstantins. It was such a good choice to use them and I highly recommend anyone use them. The price is very competitive and the service is impeccable. It's a very well run operation. Now I just need to figure out what else I need built so I can use them again. read more

Constantin was great. I ran into him inside IKEA and they didn't have my part but with Constantin's card on hand, I called him the next day and he picked up everything and delivered it to my apartment in Astoria. He comes with another guy, brings everything in within 10 minutes and the payment process was nice and swift. At a lower price point than IKEA, I will definitely make sure to use his service again if I get more furniture. read more

These guys are amazing! I sent an email late one night and had a response before 7am the next morning. After a somewhat disastrous experience trying to get our son moved into his new apartment in Manhattan, these guys saved the day! They picked up our Ikea order and had it delivered within less than 24 hours of sending an email. It's worth EVERY penny. Hire them! read more

A couple months ago I needed a large wardrobe delivered and assembled but had just recently moved and didn't want to pay a hefty fee. My roommates had met Konstantin at IKEA the week before and they gave me his info along nicely with a great review so I contacted him. I would absolutely recommend his services. read more

I ordered a coffee table--not Ikea--that had to be assembled. Something I thought would be easy to put together turned into this horror show of parts and nails that wouldn't go in and I was looking at this mess in my once nice living room. In desperation I found Konstantin's business and made an appointment. One of his workers came, right on time, and put it together like nothing. The young man was so polite and nice and hard-working. I think I gained back a year of my life to have this finally finished. Don't hesitate, give these guys a call! read more

Best delivery service I've had in NYC so far. Picked up right outside of ikea, loaded a clean minivan and drove me right to my front door before hauling a couch up 3 flights of stairs with no complaints. Great guy and great story. Also appreciate the easy payment options. Thank you! read more

I hired iFurnitureassembly to help me purchase, deliver, and assemble a small furniture order soon after my relocation to NYC from Boston. I created a yelp account just to write this review. I am not surprised ifurnitureassembly has a perfect rating! After working with both ikea furniture assembly men and Konstantin along with his team, I can strongly say ifurnitureassembly is much better. You can commit to a time instead of a time frame and the team was on time, efficient, and went above and beyond by waiting patiently as you decide how high or how close you want to display/hang fixtures and furniture. They really understood that this is your home and were careful not to bodge the walls, removed their shoes, and made sure everything was the way I wanted it before leaving. Additionally, I moved into a 250 sq. ft. space and their team was able to assemble the most difficult to build piece of furniture Ikea makes (the malm lift up bed with underneath storage) quickly in a severely cramped environment. This young company retains very hard workers who are not checking their phones during the job and I would highly recommend. read more

Wow, I cannot thank Konstantin and his crew more! I used their full package service (IKEA shopping, delivery, and assembly). For a person who doesn't have time, car, equipment, DIY skill, strength, and nails and screws (!), getting furniture from IKEA was seriously daunting. Now I feel so lucky that I found their service. They are actually everything I wished for: responsive, fast, reasonable, flexible, friendly and professional. I also really liked the fact that after they installed furniture, they took time and made sure its straight and good condition. All the furniture they installed, including two wall mount Algot systems, are so beautiful that almost made me cry. I can't wait to use their service again. read more

I recently used iFurniture assembly shopping, delivery, and assembly services. Overall they are good, but could be a bit more professional. They do all business on email, they are quick with emails, but you will get a one line email reply with no additional details. I expect that when I am doing a $2K worth of IKEA related service, it will be great to talk on phone after we agreed on initial quote to discuss smaller details. They don't talk on phone. No details really, I left messages on their listed phone but nobody replied. Only email. On the day of delivery service, they were late by 2 h and somebody texted me only when I send an email to ask whereabouts. No details. Two persons delivered the stuff and start assembly. After some time the nice person left and other person was a bit rude or probably frustrated with seeing so much of job to be done alone. He refused to put my rugs that were bought with the same inventory service and he was supposed to arrange them in room. He also refused to throw the empty boxes in the building basement trash room, and said he can only do it as a help and I have to haul the boxes with him also. When I reminded him this is a part of service, then he was like ya, ok I can do it with a lot of attitude. He didn't cleaned or removed the tools, nails came with IKEA package. Please tell your employees to be a bit more polite and also to complete the job up to the words. read more

The manager, Marina responds very quickly and is incredibly interactive with customers. That alone granted them five stars. They did in store shopping for my very large cart and delivered it on time. The service fee is very affordable. Please make sure to check your receipts if they do in store shopping for you, they use the square cash app and the fee is non refundable should there be a mistake. I'd recommend this business to anyone who wants great customer service and is too busy to go through the Hell that is the IKEA store. read more

Amazing -- Finally someone who makes shopping at IKEA feel sane again! These guys assembled and installed our kitchen. Along the way they problem solved, checked in on our satisfaction, picked up and returned random parts and were really flexible working to our schedule and deadlines. They practically pulled an all nighter to put the thing together in the time they promised. Really, really great, honest and a pleasure to work with. Will hope I can work with them again soon! read more

Just used this company for the fourth time. The customer service cannot be beaten. Used these guys twice. Amazing service and super easy to coordinate with. Will recommend to everyone.

Kostiantyn and Yuri are true professionals and are one of the best services we've ever used. They saved us so much time, hassle, and frustration which was more than worth their fees. I arranged the quote from out of town and needed a specific window due to travels which they were able to accommodate quickly and easily. They arrived on time and were done assembling our desk (with real tools which adds sturdiness to IKEA furniture) before we could put together a much less complicated item. I can't wait for the next time we need anything from IKEA or anything else assembled; I'm calling them immediately. read more

iFurnitureAssembly is the best service ever! I didn't want to have to go all the way to IKEA in Brooklyn to pick out my furniture, so I decided to use this service instead. Kostiantyn and Yuri were on time, carried all my boxes to furnish an entire studio apartment up to my 4th floor walk up and assembled everything in less than 3 hours. I ran out to the grocery store while they were assembling the furniture and on my way back I saw Kostiantyn putting more money in the meter for his van and he even carried my groceries for me the rest of the way! Do yourself a favor and use this service! You will not regret it! read more

Kostiantyn was great! He responded to my inquiry promptly and gave a great price quote. He sent me a message the evening before he was coming to deliver and assemble my furniture to let me know he had the items and to confirm the time. Once he got here, he took his shoes off and went to work! He assembled a platform bed and a desk from IKEA in a fraction of the time I would have ever been able to. He worked efficiently and when he was finished, he disposed of all the boxes. I would HIGHLY recommend Kostiantyn and Ifurniture - very pleasant and very professional. I will definitely be using this company again in the future. read more
