This guys are highly skilled and professional. No pressure, no sweet talking like at other places we went before. Everything happened pretty fast since their catalogs covered everything we needed to see. Always wanted to do some changes in the house and decided to start with window treatment. We ordered very delicate sash curtain to filter light and from much heavier fabric over-decorative drapery and drapery drop. One of the important part was a swags. I didn't want them to be too long to cover some beauty of drapes, but at the sane time I didn't want them to be trimmed too short to look like a taylor safe on my fabric. Next part was a hardware, which they had tones of differed variety, to match the rod to the style of the drapery, to the type of windows and the general décor of the room. Tiebacks was the other important thing for presentation, since we don't have high ceilings and heavy tiebacks will attract entire attention from the drapes and make them look shorter then they actually are. After the order was placed few weeks later the installers arrived. They were very professional and completed the installation pretty quick. It look beautiful just like in the catalog! Elegant but reach looking drapes show off each and every unique detail of ordered design. Absolutely recommend them to family and friends.

I had heard so many wonderful things over the years about Gables New York and went to their beautiful gallery for direction and advice. What a warm and professional staff! Jody and Linda helped me choose a lovely fabric to reupholster my two sofas with a fabulous coordinating fabric for the pillows. Jody selected beautiful blinds for my windows along with a gorgeous fabric for the cornices and dining room chairs to be reupholstered! Jim came to my home and meticulously measured and installed window treatments and offered suggestions for lamps and lighting fixtures. Jody even helped me choose my carpet and selected the perfect color paint to tie the entire room together. Susan kept me calm throughout the process when I was feeling overwhelmed and kept me informed on the progress of my order along the way. What an impressive team! As I sit here now on my completely rebuilt and reupholstered sofa and look around this custom room, it's hard to believe that this is my home. I could not be more pleased with the quality of the work, and I can't say enough about this positive experience. I don't know which room I'm updating next but without a doubt - I'm going to Gables!

I had a great experience buying two kitchen cabinet sets over two years and installation of one of…read morethem after I stumbled into this storefront Contracting/kitchen & bath company on my way back to Manhattan from Ikea. While gassing up, I spied their big Kitchen, Bath, Marble sign and walked in. I'd spent hours at Ikea trying to cram their over-sized kitchen cabinetry into a tiny NYC apartment space. But Ikea stuff (the uppers) was just too bulky and big.) 360 Interior had a wide line of cabinets from different companies in many colors and Flo helped put together a nice design. He was great throughout. The price, including beautiful marble-style quartz counter was extremely competitive, especially compared to Home Depot. (Much, much lower.) This is a supply place and contractor so they also did the installation, providing insurance certificates. While the team onsite did not speak any English, we worked it out by speaking with Flo by phone back at the office. I watched them work quite closely and can tell you the workmen were meticulous and skilled, masterfully fitting the kitchenette into our slightly uneven space in a 19th century building. A year later, I bought a larger kitchen cabinetry set in cherry wood from Flo. (My contractor installed the cabinets that time.) 360 Home did the quartz marble style counter, which they again measured extremely carefully and the end result is gorgeous. It is a truly high end look. For smaller NYC apartment kitchens, this company right near Brooklyn Ikea is a place to stop in if you are serious. They carry a number of cabinet lines -- all made of wood, not MDF. The key here is that their upper cabinetry comes 12" as well as bigger. (This is a sharp and important contrast to Ikea, which switched from the old standard "12 inch upper to "15 inch upper three years ago. (Ikea made the change cuz Americans are using larger plates nowadays as part of the eat-more food trends so the uppers got bigger.) But 15 inch upper cabinets in our NYC smaller spaces look big and bulky to me. Also 360 Home has a wide, wide selection and the materials are all wood, not MDF. I'm now shopping for a third kitchen for another of our apartments at 360 Home. Stay tuned. Have really enjoyed working with this company.
