I wish I would have read more reviews about this company and asked more questions regarding their processes if there were ever any issues, etc. Overall, the product has been ok (with the exception of this incident), it's the lack of communication between all parties involved. As well as no financial relief granted to the consumer for not having the panels working and thus having larger electricity costs. EDITED to reply to the owner. Thank you for replying to my review. However, there is a discrepancy in your time frame. We have not had panels for 3 years. The contract was signed September 2023; install was January 2024. I cannot attest to how their pricing compares to others, but their workmanship and professionalism are worth it, even if someone else could offer the service for less. So thankful we were referred to Lighthouse Solar. They have found a lifelong customer in us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
