They have an easy to use website for bookings and are flexible if you need to cancel or reschedule - or be seen last minute. For instance, last week I wanted to look ready for a special event, and they graciously got me in last minute and in time for the event. I'd been getting the same high fade for a decade and wanted to try the longer wave thing everyone's doing. The first barber I asked for it butchered it, mostly because he'd never done a long cut in his life. Gianni took one look, diagnosed what was actually going on up there, and got me to a halfway cut. A couple months later, the cut grew in as he planned and he took me from 80 to 100%, right in time for my vow renewal. His profile calls him the brushback king and I couldn't agree more. Fair warning: he's meticulous, so plan on real time in the chair. You get what you pay for! Also book ahead. At least a month, in my experience. Gianni's popular and I've never once seen anyone get off the waitlist. The shop itself is worth the trip on its own. Great furniture, plants everywhere, and a back patio you can sit on if you're early or just want to hang. Vibes and the place is always clean. Their systems are top notch too. Plenty of notice before your appointment, everything organized, they offer you a drink when you sit down, and they use good products from the wash through the styling. The host is always so nice, everyone there is personable, and the music's great. One heads up: no parking lot. Mid way he asked a second time if I had ever had this hair cut before which I answered yes. Also at the beginning he had mentioned how much are we taking off the top. I mentioned just a little bit and we can work our way down. When it came to cutting the top I feel he had gone too low. At that point I just wanted to get out of the chair. I waited 2 days to post this just to see if my hair needed to settle in since I went from a wild lions mane to what ever this short hair cut I have now. But no matter how much I attempt to style my hair it just looks dumb. My feedback to Hin is if you aren't confident in cutting someone's hair then please just say so. A bit off the top and a high skin fade. Having had hundreds of haircuts done in the past I knew something was off. No neck strip, loose cape. I got so much hair under my shirt. Once the barber alleged the haircut was complete I got to take a look at it and saw the complete mess I already knew was happening. Lopsided fade lines. I wouldn't even call them fade lines. It was like looking at a border crossing. It did not blend at all. I asked that he correct it and went back to doing the exact thing he was doing before. So, I saw screw it. I had him just shave my entire hair off. There was no point on continuing to try. Over an hour for a simple cut just to end up having to shave off all of my hair. Worst haircut experience of my entire adult life. Never had to entirely shave my hair. Then still get charged $45 for something I didn't screw up. My recommendation? Stay away. Look elsewhere. I've been to a super cuts that did a less crappier job than at this place. Wow. Just wow. If you don't believe my review go and get your screwed up cut for yourself.
