My AC has been out for a year. Yeah an entire year! They've sent out their electrical turns out he knows nothing about AC. They sent out their AC tech turns out he knows nothing about electricity. They might've gave us a listing of available units to rent but that's all I can say they did. The unit we rented was not freshly painted, it wasn't even clean. There was a stench that smelled like sewage throughout the entire unit, and the carpet in a bedroom we were told was going to be replaced. That never happened. The bedroom windows were screenless which I felt was unsafe for my 2 year old since the window started at the ankles and up 6ft. I took care of all the things mentioned, I found the source of the stench, got rid of it, I shampooed the carpet myself, and scrubbed the walls. After giving my 30 day notice the deposit return was denied because painting was needed in the unit. I'm being charged for a paint job that they never provided to begin with. read more

These people will rent you a dirty unit and don't care if your peace is being disturbed by another tenant , they will not give you contact info for the corporate office either. By the way they go by Equity Management also. They are slumlords, they will rent to anyone as long as you pay the rent, beware, they said anyone. Management won't give out the name of other tenants, however , they will tell you that the tenant is an alcoholic. You cannot see the unit you are renting until your application is approved, you pay the rent and deposit and sign a big stack of agreements. The building might look okay from the front but go around and look at the back parking lot, it's filthy.the dumpster is surrounded by garbage all the time. Worst place to rent from our on site manager constantly comes to property just to harass and disrespect just the young tenants because she thinks she's above us we asked for a real electric bill saying I'm using 100 or more in one month I'm at work most of the time nobody uses the lights in here but my self but she refused saying she can't. An other neighbor pays less and she has 3kids and her husband they pay about 750 a month how would that make sense and they are home all day? And I'm at work most of the day ? When I moved in place was done just to get done shower was broken, paint looks like they didn't even care. There was still dead cockroaches around the place when they exterminated. Walls where dirty still. When bathroom had to be fixed I was delayed and had no where to use it until she thought of letting me use a different one on property. Took maybe an hour for me to get key when I had to use the restroom when I called had to wait. Water lasts only about 2mins asked about a bigger water heater maintenance said no because they already replaced it. Be aware I have a 4 year old that can't even shower here for that reason she's at her grandparents house just to shower. Now to top everything off my husband has been trying to fix our cars buying parts and she said it was fine and now she taking back her words saying to move car and she does want it there making threats. We asked for 30days before this and yet still haven't received it. Neighbors are always staring at us because we are young tents. The first night I was here seen sheriffs having a drunk neighbor on the floor at gun point. Every morning got woken up by an other neighbor and his partner fighting for 2 months. Now I get woken up by 2 different neighbors playing music loud and the manager wants to say the neighbors complain on us like I'm hardly here and so Is my daughter because I feel she's more safe at grandmas then here. Moved here because it was the first place to get me in fast but it's a regret. Oh and to top it off water and dryers I still have to pay for on the side and only get 3hours? My daughter is potty training and pees all over everything I spend about 4-5 hours having to wash blankets, dolls, clothes and towels. When my laundry is full. So I decided to cancel, now they are saying there is a 200 dollar fee to cancel and I have to wait 21 days to get my money sent threw mail. Hard to contact, never fixes anything EVER!, and went up on the rent without telling us until two hours before rent was due. Judy sent me information regarding places for rent and cheap like 1 Bedroom for $675 and a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home for $1,250 a month and I work Fulltime at Nordstrom making $2,300 a month and my sister gets welfare of $835 for some odd reason my income and my sisters income didn't qualify for the $1,250 a month but it's $3,134 So 2.5 times the rent would be $3,125 hummm doesn't make sense and the fact that Judy said she could/would get me approved making it sound so good me and my sister waited all day in a car with twin boys age 3 for about 6 hours to find out that they never ran a credit check and when I called and ask for a copy of my credit check she seemed confused like huh credit check ummmmm yes the $70 dollars I paid for 2 credit checks I'm either getting my money back or a copy so she gave me the money orders and that was it. It was a horrible day dealing with these people I told my sister I would of rather gone to jail for 1 day then deal with people like this ever again. Be cautious these people been scamming for years and I definitely believe in Karma and God don't like ugly. My family has been without cool air for 20 days!!!
