I came to IDF with a very specific creative vision in mind, and wanted a look for my home that was at once personal, collected, one of a kind, and true to my own style. My original plan was for IDF to save me from myself by designing the window treatments and sourcing focal points for each room, so that I could then take on what I considered the more "minor" accents and accessories as part of a crash course in channeling my inner artist (and to be honest, I was operating on a pretty humble budget). When Iead designer Laura presented the first round of sketches, I nearly fell off my chair. I could also feel my gut screaming at me to let go of the reins and just let IDF go full throttle. Five months later we are partway through install and my home is finally becoming a haven. Laura and team nailed the design concept point blank, and even curated a gallery wall on the first try!
