After passing through 2 shops without any signage of being a detail shop, I scrolled further down the Yelp list to find Louie. Luckily he was available and fortunately he was 15 mins away from the area! He's a one man crew with a meticulous eye for detail; very knowledgeable in his products and can work rather efficiently. I was his last customer of the day so he took his time but, with a few inquiries from my end he would gladly double back to answer any questions that I had. He's close to my area and he's mobile so, that alone adds more to the quality of work he provides. If you're reading this Louie, you have another repeat customer and thanks again!

I'm a bit confused why everyone is posting their reviews on the Ultimate Detailing - Pacifica when…read morethis is the correct address at 71 Fortune Drive at the Irvine Spectrum Edward's Parking Garage, according to the company website. Now wonder I was wondering why there were no reviews at all for this location and had no idea whether they were good or bad. Thank goodness I decided to browse the Pacifica listing and noticed that the reviews were meant for this location. Anyway, I had just picked up my brand new baby (ok, a Porsche :) ) 3 weeks ago, and had already driven it all over the place (including to Santa Monica and) so it had gathered up quite a bit of dirt from the highways. And, on a white car, you can really see the dirt when it collects. What's more, I so missed that day that I picked up my car from the dealer and it had just been freshly detailed and shiny new. Of course I am going to be really really picky about where I take my car to for a wash, and was already set on finding a place that would do a good hand wash. After having spent days browsing through all the reviews, I finally decided that this place was the place to take my car to wash for the very first time. So, thinking that the weekends may be busy and crowded, I tried to call to make an appointment, but the phone was busy each time....oh oh, I thought. Anyway, I took the risk and just drove out there to check it out. Located in the Edward's Parking Garage at the Irvine Spectrum just behind he Edward's 21 Theater building, the car was is maybe 20-30 meters in from entrance. You can't miss it as there will be a big bold sign that reads "Car Wash" and to the left you can see several car parking spaces reserved for this business, and there are 3 guys washing and polishing cars. What surprised me that it wasn't crowded at all. There only seemed like there were 4-5 cars there at this time. I drove right in and parked my car in one of the empty spots and headed to the podium right nearby where one of the guys was waiting for me to sign in. I told him I just wanted a the Delixe interior and exterior wash and spray wax for $39 as I was concerned about any other type of waxing product being used on my full frontal clear bra. The guy was very nice and friendly....he did recommend one of the other costlier packages, but I knew what I wanted and just wanted to try them out this first time. He was not pushy at all. Yes, this price may be a bit more expensive than many other place, but hey, this is Irvine.....and I don't mind paying a bit more for the convenience and for a good job. I signed in on the clipboard and was asked what time I would like my car ready? I asked, how soon can you finish? He told me 1-1/2 hours. I said that's fine as I could have gone to watch a movie, gone for my lunch, done some shopping, walk around, or just sit at Coffee Bean for an ice cold drink while watching people walk in and out :) There's definitely plenty to do at this mall while you wait for your car. Anyway, I returned 5 minutes early and noticed one of the guys still finishing up on my car. He told me it'd be done in just another 3 minutes, which wasn't a problem at all. While standing there, I just looked at my car and....wow.....loved how clean it looked! Once finished, he came over to me, passed me my keys, I tipped him $5 (but not sure if this was necessary).....but I thought it was well worth it as they did a great job! The car looked as new and shiny clean as the day I picked it up from the dealer! I was so relieved that everything turned out perfectly. Oh, I then asked about the need to make reservations in case it ever got busy, but he assured me that it was not necessary.....just bring it in anytime....except Mondays because they're closed then. I didn't hear clearly so I'm not 100% sure, but I could have sworn he mentioned that they can also arrange to pick the car up from my home and take back to have washed and cleaned, then bring it back when done......may want to double check on this, but it sounds from their website that this service is offered, The other thing I really liked about this place is that the work was done in the covered garage structure....away from the hot sun. I really like this place for its convenient location and friendly service by workers who did a great job washing, cleaning, and taking excellent care of my car :)

DO NOT ALLOW DON TO WRAP YOUR VEHICLE!…read more The week of 10/10/2017, Don came to my home to wrap my 2015 Range Rover Sport Autobiography. Before I paid him the several thousands of dollars, he assured me that he warranties his work. He indicated that if there were any issues, he would make another trip to me in order to evaluate and fix it if the issue was not from my own neglect. Within a day, I started having issues with the parking sensors. He covered over all of the entire sensors which now makes them useless. I can also not use the parking assist features since the sensors are now blocked. Within another week, I also noticed that a few areas were having issues where the wrap was not sitting properly and some areas where the vinyl was warped and torn. He instructed me to use clear tape to hold it down. Seriously!?!?! You want me to drive around with clear tape on a Range Rover? I immediately reached out to Don, with pictures, in hopes that he would honor his work and his warranty promise. He responded to me that he would be travelling out of the state for a few months and to contact him at the end of January of the following year. I was extremely unhappy, but told him I was willing to wait as long as we could come to a fair resolution. I waited the 4 months to contact Don and when I did, he was extremely combative. He indicated that he has no plans to be in my area again and would let me know once he did. He also said "I said I'd take care of it when I came back up but it wouldn't be specifically to only take care of the issue on your car only". I tried to also be flexible and offerred for Don to refund me some of my money so that I can take it to a local shop to have these things fixed. He is not willing to do that either. Long story short, here I am 5 months later with a newer model Range Rover with a horrible wrap job. I'm going to have to come out of my own pocket to go to another shop to fix all of the issues. I have uploaded pictures of only a few of the many issues as well as parts of the very unprofessional texts.
