I hesitated to take it to a professional because I assumed it would be out of my budget. I finally called Beach City and spoke with the manager, Efrain. I zoomed right over, and from the moment I arrived, everyone I interacted with was kind, patient, and professional. True to his word, the final cost was actually $40! The crew did an EXCELLENT job getting my SUV spotless. Money is tight for me right now, but the service was so outstanding that I dug deep into my budget to leave a generous tip for the tech who washed it. I recommend Beach City wholeheartedly!

Read Before Going! I…read morereally wanted to support this local business, but my experience here has been a complete nightmare, and their customer service is non-existent. If you care about your car, please read this before bringing your car to Bixby Auto Car Wash. On (June 21st) around 1:40 PM, While watching through the viewing window, I noticed the staff having significant trouble guiding my car onto the automated rails. An attendant ended up forcing and adjusting the vehicle on the rail, and right then, I saw my front driver-side hubcap pop off. When the car came out, the hubcap was missing. The manager on duty found it, but it was clearly broken, buckled, and fractured from being crushed against their rail guide. The manager snapped it back on and assured me it would hold, but because the structural integrity was completely compromised, it flew off on the road the next day and is now gone. I took close-up photos of the damage on-site under their canopy before leaving. I have called multiple times, sent a detailed email with photos, and even reached out via direct message. Total silence. I have yet to receive a single response from the owners or upper management. But then again, why would they want to take responsibility for damaging a customer's car? When an issue actually happens, no one here wants to be held accountable. An important warning to future customers: Keep a very close eye on your car while it's on the line. Honestly, it makes me wonder if they deliberately frosted the glass in the viewing area just to keep customers from easily observing their cars getting damaged. They have the exact timestamp (June 21st between 1:35 PM and 1:45 PM) to check their security cameras and verify every single word of this, but they choose to ignore me instead. I will absolutely never be coming back here. Take your business somewhere that actually respects your property and responds when they make a mistake!

I paid a dollar more to get my car washed, but despite the fact that it didn't include a wipe down from the machines, it did clean my tires really well. They gave me a hand wipe, and a refresher for the car. 17 bucks seems to be pretty good for what I got. I almost got the $22 one, but I think I'll save that for special occasions. LET ME START BY SAYING: CHECK ALL YOUR CAR FUNCTIONS BEFORE LEAVING The Quik version of this story is that my son got his Tesla wash there and went straight to class and didn't really pay attention or notice that the cameras weren't working till after class he called me immediately, which was a couple hours later. 1) I asked for a manager and the gentleman that helped me said he could help me but the comp conversation conversation got a little complex the respectful he said oh let me get somebody else for you to talk to... he wasn't the manager. (this young gentleman gave me his name, but out of respect I'm not gonna post it however, when I spoke to the real manager, he refused to give his name saying that he was uncomfortable. Sharing it...) 2) This "manager" did not give any guidance. All he said was we can't help you. No troubleshooting nothing. The best advice he gave was the owner has a Tesla. Not sure how that helped the conversation when they told me there was nothing they could do. I asked for their address and email.""Manager" told me I could find it myself online.DULY NOTED. I let him know that there was no email address listed so he was kind enough to reluctantly share info@LBGcarwash.com. 3) Getting nowhere I asked to speak to the owner which I was able to research and ask for by name. Of course he was unavailable.. 4) bottom line is customer service extends beyond in person. Customer service a different level of care and professionalism should also extent to when someone calls. To close the story, my son had to do a hard reset of his camera system as a result of something that happened at LBG facility. I let him know to never return there again and go to the hand car wash we always frequent and get true car care and RESPECT if we have to call.

One of those stops was Town & Country Car Wash, where I had washed my truck earlier that day. I called the number listed online, not expecting much, but I was genuinely impressed. I spoke with two different employees, and both of them were incredibly kind, patient, and willing to help. A couple of hours later, one of the gentlemen actually called me back and stayed on the phone with me while he reviewed the surveillance footage. He watched as I washed my truck, followed my vehicle as I pulled out of the bay, and even zoomed in on the ground to see if anything had fallen out. Unfortunately, we didn't find what I had lost, but that's not the point. Out of every business I contacted while trying to retrace my steps, Town & Country Car Wash showed the most compassion, put in the most effort, and treated me like they genuinely cared. The first time I had an issue, they damaged my paint. They did take responsibility and retouched it, so I was willing to forgive it and continue giving them my business. Unfortunately, the inconsistency has continued. This last visit was especially frustrating. After the wash, I found my keys left sitting outside by the windshield/wipers instead of being handed back to me or placed somewhere secure. On top of that, the overall lack of attention to detail with the cleaning has happened more than once. Mistakes happen, and I was understanding the first time, but when it becomes a pattern, it's hard to keep overlooking it. Between the previous paint damage, inconsistent washes, and careless handling of my vehicle and keys, I've lost confidence in the service here. After giving them multiple chances, I won't be returning. UPDATE: It's now been 5 days since my experience, and nobody from Excellent Car Wash & Auto Detail has reached out to acknowledge what happened or offer any kind of apology. After having issues here more than once, including damage to my paint in the past and repeated inconsistency with the quality of the washes, the lack of follow-up is even more disappointing.
