Stay away from this vendor. She did not deliver what she had promised our bride. All week we dealt with unpleasant back and forth conversations because of the lack of effort she put into my friend's decor. Instead of the bride enjoying her events she was constantly stressed out. On top of that she threatened to take down her decor for reception when the bride expressed her dissatisfaction with her services. Do not waste your time and money on hiring her services. read more

The point of a decorator/planner is to reduce the stress of the client to focus on other things but in my opinion she dropped the ball so many times it added significant amounts of worry and anxiety. For the amount you would be paying I feel like it would be much better to find someone who is more professional, respectful and skilled. read more

One of the worst and most unprofessional companies I've had the displeasure of experiencing. Very rude when you try to communicate with them throughout the week. We had to ask Veronica multiple times to do things, and every little thing was asked for by us and she did not give any creative feedback. This was only the experience during the week, but to top it off at the end she tried to extort us for thousands of dollars cash on demand threatening to shut down the event. She made us count cash at the event in front of all of our guests to pay her money, refusing to take a check or letting us pay her privately. I've never met anyone so unprofessional, and rude. She is a criminal in disguise. read more

If you're looking to work with a company that's unreliable, unprofessional and downright shady, then look no further than Idesign Events. Our experience with them was an utter nightmare from start to finish. To begin with, we made the biggest mistake of not checking the 1-star reviews going back 9 years. If we had, we would of seen that the countless others had the same terrible experience we did. We had to personally order props to complete the setup which is a basic requirement of a professional event planning company. On the day of the wedding, we sent our family member to assist with the incomplete work left the day prior. On the day of the reception, Veronika forced us to count money in-front of our guests. Can you imagine how embarrassing that was? So here's my message to anyone thinking of working with idesign events: DONT DO IT! These crooks will rob you blind and leave you high and dry on your special day if you don't comply with their orders on spot. Save yourself the heartache and look for a company with integrity and professionalism. You've been warned! read more

100% do not recommend. If you want your event to succeed, do no use them: I repeat do not use them. I contacted them on Facebook market place for a quote and they are so rude. If someone can be this a*al before the sale, imagine what they will do to you after the sale. I have also read on google reviews that VERONICA takes money and runs away. She is 100% a fraud. read more

One of the worst vendors I've ever had to deal with especially in an industry which requires creative feedback, punctuality, kindness, and transparency. Her team had to be babysat during the chaos of setting up the home for events to make sure simple tasks like table cloths were weighed down. We had table clothes flying around the event which we had to personally take care of ontop of our endless list of stressful tasks. We are thankful we no longer have to communicate with her because of the nightmare she caused the evening of our last event. She was threatening to remove the decor while my sister (the bride) was trying to take pictures and greet her guests. My sister had been planning for the event for over a year just to have the most unprofessional and uncooperative experience. We are thankful we had our other amazing vendor to compensate for the dissatisfaction caused by Veronika. Would highly recommend not booking Veronika and her team to future brides/grooms! read more

Horrible experience with them. As a guest, it was awful to see them arguing with the hosts and threatening to take down decorations all while demanding more money and not taking accountability for their own inconsistencies. Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible behavior on their part. I would not recommend them to anyone. Our entry into the venue was even delayed by them blocking entry and forcing guests to stand outside waiting in the heat. read more

Worst company. Not reliable if you want last min cancellation for your event sad excuses but doesn't hesitate to take your money and won't refund your deposite even though she canceled. Don't recommend stay very far away very vEry far away. And for all the good reviews that's her friends and family covering up a fraud! read more

veronica works very hard. I watched her handle so many issues that the bride and groom forgot, i couldn't believe she was handling them so well. the wedding as in an old abandoned building that actually had a great deal of potential. what veronica did with candles was very, very nice. i would recommend veronica to anyone wanting to produce a wedding. as a wedding planner she is quite superb. read more

If you are considering to use this company, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They were very unprofessional, rude, and did the bare minimum. Veronica made up excuses of why she couldn't deliver things she promised instead of finding solutions. Throughout the wedding week we had to constantly stay on top of her and nag her to fix things that she half assed. At the reception she created a huge scene inside the hall by sitting at the bride and grooms cake table refusing to leave until she was paid extra additional unforeseen charges were added on out of nowhere while guests were arriving. She threatened to take all the decor down during the event. The bride and groom were forced to come inside the hall in front of guests to speak with her because she refused to go outside and speak with them privately. She caused so much stress for the bride and groom & their families and extorted so much more money than what the contract had stated. Worst vendor ever. DO NOT USE. read more

Disappointed in decor and lack of communication; did not meet expectation and did not match what was written in contract.

Veronika did an AMAZING job decorating our wedding and reception venue. She literally brought our vision to life. She even surprised us by throwing in something extra special. The decorations were beautiful and the colors complimented each other very well. Our guest couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the decorations were. I would definitely recommend Veronika for your next wedding event. read more

I almost can't put into words how wonderful it was working with Veronika from iDesing Events.com She captured what I wanted for our wedding to the T and she was able to do it for us within our budget no less! Her work is INCREDIBLE. I am so grateful to have found such a polite, helpful, and artistic florist/wedding planner to work with. Veronika from iDesing Events.com even asked to see my wedding Pinterest board to help her get a sense of what I was picturing. I loved that! Thank you, thank you, thank you Veronika Khar for being so good at what you do. We had originally worked with another florist who was not as polite or helpful and it was extremely relieving and refreshing to find someone like Veronika who clearly enjoys what she does and enjoys working with people! She was never rude about our budget (which wasn't huge), and was able to work with me to make the arrangements the best they could be within our means. The day of the wedding I was impressed to find that the arrangements were even bigger, fuller, and more beautiful than I had thought we could have! I highly recommend Veronika to anyone looking for a top notch wedding florist/planner. She is truly the best and she made our wedding a dream come true! read more

My cousin booked iDesign Events for her engagement party. Some big mistakes were made and Veronika didn't even make an attempt to correct them, and to top it off she had a horrible attitude. We even had to buy some small decor to fix her mistakes. That's clearly not what we wanted from a decorator. I wish I had something nice to say, but there were too many negatives. read more

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! I signed a contract with this company and gave a deposit to hold the items for my event. After they took my deposit, they wouldn't return my calls or emails. After weeks of trying I finally got a hold of "VERONIKA", she stated that some of the items that were on my signed contract AND that she accepted a deposit for, were no longer available. She gave them to another client?!? WTH?? She refused to correct the matter and refused to return the deposit stating it was a misunderstanding or miscommunication. I told her then cancel the contract and said if I cancel now, being that it's so close to my event, I would have to pay the full contract amount. I told her that she breached the signed contract and I'm not paying anything more and to return my deposit and to this day, still nothing. I can't get a hold of them, they aren't returning my calls or emails. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! read more

Veronika with IDesign Events is a class act! I have worked with her on two events now and was amazed at her creativity. She is very organized; no detail was overlooked. Her use of rich and vibrant colors and accessories made a bland room literally come to life! She combines beautifully draped fabrics, lighting and enough sparkle to make a run of the mill reception feel like a grand affair. If you're looking for someone to help you put together the event of your dreams look no further. Give Veronika a call and let the fun begin!! read more

Veronica is a amazing with a great team and staff. Her prices are unbeatable.

Veronica is exceptional at creating a beautiful event... She stayed in close touch with us, easily approachable, and ready to make changes in no time whenever needed. She made our celebration extremely special! read more

STAY AWAY! DO NOT USE iDESIGNS or VERONIKA if you want to stay away from trouble and other hassles. She is a CROOK & a FRAUD. She is very good at creating fake contracts, forging signatures, and lying. If you've ever given her a cheque or are considering to give her one, realize the risk that comes with it. She will create a fake contract and forge your signatures. DO NOT sign anything or even think of giving her a deposit unless you are 100% sure you want to proceed with this fraudulent lady and business. Additionally, she does not have a lot of the items her website states that she has. She is not out there to personalize your event or make your special day memorable but she is out there to get you and rip you off. She won't deliver what she has promised and does not even care to inform you as her clients. All the positive reviews on this page is very MISLEADING A Total CROOK & FRAUD, this business should be boycotted. read more

Was a pleasure to work with! Very detailed! Very thorough. Within a week of what I wanted, Veronica had a mock set up ready to show me of what I was wanting! read more

she came at meet us at the ball room hall and gave me and my husband great ideas for color styles, runners and back drop. I shopped around a bit for prices, and hers was the best value and turn out. Her crew was there very late setting and tearing down equipment , i highly recommend her. read more

My daughter's wedding was last night 12/31/16 and what we discussed with Veronika was not what we ordered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, unless you want your whole event ruined. Veronika had great customer service until two days before the event and the day of. Once you have a contract and pay your money good luck, you get what you get. The centerpieces were NOTHING like we picked out, and the contract included candles NO CANDLES. It's amazing how she DEMANDED a cashiers prior to the event date. Now I understand why, once she has your money she can do what ever she wants and she did. I didn't mind the high expense, but I feel I did not get my money worth's. STAY AWAY!!! I totally agree with Sam M she is a FRAUD. I will be reporting her and her business to the Better Business Bureau, Laetitia. read more

Horrible. Our dealings with this company and Veronika were not pleasant. My fiancé would negotiate a particular setup or design with Veronika and then the next quote or invoice would include mysterious add-ons and higher prices than agreed upon. She was terribly hard to reach by phone and took weeks to respond to emails with questions about the bill. With an awareness that many wedding planning services or event decorators tend to charge exorbitant prices (as idesign does), at least deliver on what is agreed upon. She didn't even show up to the event, which was in nearby Santa Clara, to make sure it was set up correctly. Overall, she was unprofessional and the experience working with idesign caused more stress to both of us. NOT recommended! read more

Veronika was just fantastic! We hired her for decor and day of event planning for our Indian wedding in March. We could not have made a better choice!! Everything was exactly on time (so much that our families were astounded at how smoothly things ran)! For the ceremony, the mandap was beautiful and even better than we had expected. Note: we are not particular people so read with a grain of salt. For the reception : we had discussed a candle trussle backdrop which she wasn't able to get for us on the day of. She did, however, compensate by not charging for certain last minute add on items during the ceremony. One critical comment we had was that she put out fewer large centerpieces than we had discussed on our invoice. She did add more after we pointed it out though. Again, were not as particular as the overall charm of the reception hall was beautiful and exactly the vision we had come to life!! The reception decor quite honestly was probably even better than the picture we had in mind. Veronika is incredible in what she does, polite, and courteous. We would definitely highly recommend her. read more

Veronika's work really seems to amaze me! Her work has a lot of unique character and pride! She really goes out of her way for her customers! read more

I have and fantastic experience working with iDesign in September in Ben Lomond for the wedding we planned. The venue was all outside and I was concerned with it also being up in the mountains, with curvy roads for delivering the decorations. Veronika immediately put us at ease and followed thru in supporting our dealbreakers. We wanted a mandap set up outside in a redwood cleaning. At first, because of the layout, we could not visualize if it and the stage and guest chairs would all fit... we had many meetings with her to reassure us and give us options on how to create the open mandap vision we had really wanted. What I loved most is that she created a design board- with a picture to give us a better idea of what would get on the wedding day.... of course the real awesomenss about that is it DID look exactly like we discussed.... if you are thinking about working iDesign our advice is YES! read more

Veronika and her entire team of event planners are hands down the best in the business!! I had the pleasure of working with Veronika for my very Indian engagement party as well as my very traditional Indian wedding and reception. I am so happy to say that she went above and beyond for all of my needs. I was hesitant at first as to what to expect as it's hard to conceptualize a fully decorated room from a hand drawn layout, but when I arrived to all 3 events I was blown away by how beautifully Veronika and her team were able to capture my dream wedding and make it all into a beautiful reality. Thank you so much for everything! I look forward to working with you in the future. read more
