I have to say these ladies at this location were so down to earth and nice. I'm reading some of the other reviews and I think their casual nature has been mistaken by a lot of people as them not caring. But the fact is they see hundreds of people to do the exact same thing all day long. What do you expect? When I walked in, they asked for my payment and ID and they were cordial. The young woman who took my fingerprints Was nice and understanding. They actually got a call during my appointment, telling them to shut down the store for the day because of snow, but all of the employees went out of their way to finish with me and everyone else who was waiting. If it wasn't for them, I wouldn't be able to continue my career, and I will be forever grateful For them being there on a snowy day in February. read more

Had myself and others waiting outside for the store to be opened after an hour of opening time. My appointment was at 10:10 and half an hour went by no one let us in lights were off even though it was set on their normal schedule it was open. I had a 940am appointment. Left my house approx 915am, i live in Essex County close to Newark. I arrived at 938am, went to the door and it was locked. Hour sign of service on the door and it has Saturday hours. I call customer service, they don't have the slightest idea this sight is closed. I traveled in Parkway traffic to make it on time. I spoke and explained this is for a job and I already waited 2 weeks for this appointment. She then told me she could schedule me for 8-15-26, I told her that is in another 2 weeks and that won't work. She than told me she could schedule me for somewhere in NY they have open hours. I told them my fee needs to be waived. I received an email stating my appointment was canceled at 920am, I was driving to the appointment. read more

HUGE WASTE OF TIME. Was locked out of our appointments. Lights were on inside and nobody working was around.

Terrible customer service, very unfriendly and rude, waste of time. I made an appt 45mins from my home as that was only one available without a 2 week wait. I was 2 mins late for at 11:45 am appointment. The woman told me from down the hall, I had to be there 10 minutes before the appointment, which is not stated anywhere. How ironic that she went to lunch at 12pm. I saw from my car, the whole office leave and lock up right after, which was before 12pm. There are no other appointments available for over a week. I now cannot take a job and will be losing money until after i get the fingerprints. Why have a 11:45am time slot if they are going to do this to someone. I went in on 09/15/2023 I tried to get my results several times within 30-60 days I have email receipts where I tried online to get results and it kept saying unavailable not available. Try again, not available up until 90 days even then I still couldn't get results I called and emailed. I got an email reply saying that the system is always working but I did submit the emails screenshots of what I received I was told that the particular agency that needed this results would be sent out my results. It's been another 60 days and they still haven't gotten it. This is one of the worst situations I've ever been in in a long time with this company. I was told through email which I had that confirmation that they would send it to the place that wanted me to get these fingerprints done. I am in the nursing field so I get my fingerprints done all the time have never been arrested never in trouble, and they still haven't lived up to their bargain. If this wasn't important, I would never use this company ever again. read more

Horrible service!!! I went here to get my FBI fingerprints for employment. The lady at the desk, not sure if she was the manager, was rude and condescending. She took me on to take my fingerprints. While entering information about me- asked me in a very rude manner- if I was a legal citizen or an illegal?!! While fingerprinting, she grabbed my hands, rubbed them with an alcohol wipe, while giving me ZERO explanation and maintaining ZERO eye contact. The prompt kept showing up on the screen that the prints were not acceptable, she carried on regardless. This was an extraordinarily unpleasant experience. Please choose another center to keep your sanity. read more
