PLEASE AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!!!!! I booked an appointment for employment I9 verification, not…read moreresponsive staff with no warming attitude. Paid full amount beforehand as requested ($74) and sent requested documents over. Not until I called in for confirmation the next day, the guy told me he can't notarize the doc I sent over. Complete waste of time. I consulted two other notary options online, and both of them are able to notarize the doc. The part pissed me the most is when I called in asking for appointment cancelation and refund, the staff was so mean and condescending. Threatened me that he's gonna report my employer as the doc is "not signable"??? Turned down my refund request, even their payment portal says "If you are not fully satisfied with the service, we will work with you to make it right, including full refund" What a joke. Please let my experience gives you the warning sign to STAY AWAY this business [UPDATE] This guy sent a thratening text saying "thanks for your review" right after I posted here. How horrible is that!!! Plus he asked u to email him every confidential information before your appointment (SSN, address and even passport), not necessarily required at other notaries. Not feeling comfortable and secure at all!! Gonna gear up my identity theft protection. (To the business owner, I know you are reading this. If you take any inappropriate move regarding use of my personal information, I'd take legal actions towards you and your business)
