Wesley at Essex Mobile Notary Services was extremely helpful and informative, telling us exactly what he needed from us and provided us with an estimate over the phone. During the process of the notarization we added on a service and he was extremely flexible and accommodated us in all of our requests. He provided us with scanned copies of the original documents and sent the originals to us via UPS with a label we provided to him. A link was sent for payment by credit card after the documents were already notarized and the copies in our possession. This was an urgent matter and the documents were needed for a court hearing on Tuesday. Wesley made sure we had everything we needed, and he even called us from the home of the party in NJ to go over the documents with us to make sure no signatures were missed. If I could give Essex Mobile Notary Services 20 stars I would do it without hesitation. They are quick, communicative, and made what could have been a stressful situation leading to a court hearing disaster so simple it was stress-free. Highly recommend!!!

Dishonest, unreliable and wasted my time and money. No apologies. She just hung the phone up on me…read morewhen I addressed the issue which was Tye lying about my document being delivered. I told her i did not have tracking but to expect it the following morning. This was very Time sensitive. Tye assured me that i dont have to worry. 2 days post delivery the delivered doc was still sitting at her ups address and tye told me it was not delivered. I sent her proof that it was delivered and she said she may be able to get it processed the next day but no guarantee. The 24 hour turn over is misleading. The fact that docs sit at ups stores and she has no clue is concerning. Tye handled this very unprofessionally and could have acknowledged her mistake and try to correct this but she blamed me and hung up. I wasted $37 on fedex Shipping there & $37 on Shipping back and my document was never apostilled. Waste of time and money and Tyes attitude sucks.
