The woman assisting me did not identify herself; did not make eye contact at any point and was extremely hasty and physically rough. I told her I had a question when she completed my fingerprints and she pointed to the front, without even looking up and said "out there," sprayed her cleaning spray and called the next person. Let me start by saying the employees here are fantastic! Their service is top notch and very friendly atmosphere and great customer service. I had to go have fingerprints done two weeks ago and ended up losing my license and credit card. In true fashion they called me right away and held it there until I had to come back and finish another step of the process. The woman who helped Me and a supervisor were so friendly and they remembered me after that much time had passed. These people that work there are true professionals and I couldn't have had a better experience. I will continue to refer anyone there and know they too will get great service. The women and I laughed about them remembering me and that ridiculous situation when I lost my ID uber their table. Also because I had to reschedule from the first time, they refunded me a portion of the fee and I don't even have to ask for it. It was automatic and that you never see anymore in a business. I am trying to get my TSA pre, but did not want to go to Newark Airport. I found that there are several kiosk locations where you can go to apply for the TSA Pre. I made an appointment at this Edison location and was promptly saw on time (after work on a weekday). I was actually the customer there. The associate was very nice and explained everything. Got me in and out of there. I scheduled before lunch time on a week day so it was not that busy. Make sure you have your ID and paperwork out and ready to go and you should not have any problems. Make sure your ID is valid and not expired. This location is one of those addresses that is just not GPS friendly. You would be better off using 2 Clearview Rd., Edison, NJ 08837. When you pull into the lot you see Building #2 however they are tucked away in Building #1 (behind it) and then go to Suite 108. Don't look for Building #1 from the road because you won't see it. Service was fine and quick but the location has an address that shows up as somewhere down the road where there isn't even a building. When I finally found the place after spending a cumulative 20 minutes on hold with customer service only for them to tell me that it was in the strip mall back by the Wawa, the employees gave me an attitude for being late and kept dismissing me every time I started to tell them why. The experience I had with the large African American woman at the front desk who gave me the name Keisha was to say the very least extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. I went to this location with purposes of being fingerprinted for my job after having unsuccessfully negotiated the website. She was prompt to be very rude about the situation muttering things under her breath and saying what she couldn't do rather than helping me remedy the situation. First visit this morning and it was a pleasure. Taken immediately and the entire process was less than 10 minutes. Staff very courteous and friendly. I had even called before I went to make sure they were open with the tropical storm in the forecast and the person I spoke to was very helpful. I recently used Idento Go for fingerprinting services. The location is a little tough to find but well worth the visit. My appointment was scheduled for 720 but I showed up about 15 minutes early. I waited less than 5 minutes and was called to the back, processed by a super friendly staff member and was back on the road before my original appointment was even scheduled to begin. read more

Had to leave the establishment staff is very rude 12 people sitting and they had 4 people standing. Two employees were helping 1 customer at a time absolutely the most laziest staff I have ever met. It is not private all your information is heard from the sitting area as it is just separated by literally a cubicle. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever. Make an appointment at 3:30 expect people to have appointments from 2:00 coming in at 5:00 while your still waiting to get taken before you. I had the worst experience dealing with the employees at IndentoGO on Saturday. I would recommend you use another company or go to a different location. I arrived at my scheduled appointment time (11:40am), it was fairly crowded, so understandably I had to wait...no big deal. At 12:00 all of the employees went on lunch despite the fact that there were about 12 customers waiting. FINE....they come back at 1pm....at this point at least 8 more customers had come in....ones who said that they had appointments for 12:20, 12:30, 12:40....my question is why are you accepting appointments when you go on a one hour lunch break??!?!?!?! I was obviously annoyed that i've been sitting here for so long, but I needed my fingerprints taken and I had no other day so I sucked it up and waited....when it was finally my turn around 1:15pm I was turned away because I didn't have a print out of the paperwork (I had it on my phone and computer). They did not let me fill out a new form there, they would not print the form for me ("against company policy" FINE....I am willing to go print it elsewhere and come back, this is not my issue, my issue is how incredibly RUDE the employees were. I came back with the printed form and the employees were so rude, one of the employees slammed the door in my face when I asked her where I should wait or if I needed to sign in again. I was upset by my experience and repeatedly asked the rude employee for her name so that I may file a complaint. She refused to give me her name saying "i'm with a customer" so I waited until she was no longer with a customer and asked and she still refused... the other woman working would not give me her colleagues name so now I am left with no choice but to call management and file a formal complaint for their extremely unprofessional conduct. read more

terrible terrible terrible!! anybody that has voted this business as good is because they havent had to go through the process of trying to reschedule or an issue with fingerprinting such as neing turned away for a simple error on the form or appointment. they take your moeny upfront and if there is even the slighest issue with a form you filled out you will be penalized the $10.70 but they make you wait 3 weeks before you can get a refund of your other $30 portion of the appt fee! then when you call you better call early because you will be holidng for a while and then the agents are clueless! beware of this company! terrible!
