I understand that we are in a pandemic but there is no justification to be extremely rude. The woman assisting me did not identify herself; did not make eye contact at any point and was extremely hasty and physically rough. I told her I had a question when she completed my fingerprints and she pointed to the front, without even looking up and said "out there," sprayed her cleaning spray and called the next person. If I have a question, please acknowledge this and assist me. There was no one else available to help me. Will NEVER go to this location again. read more
