Great service and friendly atmosphere. Initially, it was a bit difficult to find the exact location, but not hard to figure out. Coming off the main road, it'll be the building to the left. You'll need to take the elevator to the second floor. read more

My boyfriend and I came to this location to have our fingerprints completed for professional licensure in Missouri. The fingerprint card processing fee was $44 per person, so we paid $88 total. The rules posted online specifically stated that the $44 fee includes two fingerprint cards, and the Missouri Board of Pharmacy requires both cards for the background check. However, we were only given one card each. When I returned and explained that we needed the second cards already included in the fee we paid, the older gentleman (Miaalexander) working there refused to provide them. I called IdentoGO, and its representative confirmed that I was correct and that two fingerprint cards were included. The Missouri Board of Pharmacy's requirements also clearly stated that two cards were needed. I attempted to show this information to the employee, but he refused to listen or look at it. He then suddenly claimed that I owed additional money, even though no additional charge had been mentioned during our original visit. When I asked him to show me where this extra fee was stated, he refused. Instead of calmly helping resolve the issue, he yelled at me and called the police. I explained the situation to the officers, who were completely understanding. They advised me to contact the company and request a refund because the employee was unwilling to cooperate. Despite this facility failing to provide the full service we paid for, I was banned from the location and informed that I could be arrested for trespassing if I returned. This was an incredibly unprofessional and upsetting experience. Customers should not be yelled at, have the police called on them, be banned, and face the possibility of arrest simply for requesting a service that was advertised online, confirmed by IdentoGO, required by the Missouri Board of Pharmacy, and already paid for. read more

Horrible experience. Had to use IdentoGO for a TSA pre check appointment. Google Maps took me to the address listed for IdentoGO's round rock location. There are signs suggesting that all services are addressed in Suite 220. Beware - the man working in this suite is nasty and racist. He wouldn't speak to me or acknowledge my existence upon arrival, and rudely talked down to his customer. When he called me in and I explained why I was there, he told me he doesn't handle TSA Pre Check appointments. When I asked where I should go, he yelled at me, asking if I spoke English or could read signs. I've never been spoken to this way, and was horrified by how someone could treat others this way. When I walked out I heard him loudly talking to himself and referring to the other customer and I as "fucking idiots". When I finally found the correct office, the woman there informed me that several people encounter this situation with this man due to the Google Maps listing inaccuracy and IdentoGO's confusing / poor signage. If this is a recurring issue, why don't they fix it? And why is this man still employed? IdentoGO needs to do better and address these issues. read more

This place is a complete joke and waste of time!! I'm not even kidding you. I booked an appointment for 12:20 pm and received a confirmation email. Finding the location was an adventure all on its own. Nowhere does it mention Building 1 suite 450. It just says suite 450 which isn't even listed under them. Finally after I have gotten my steps in for the day I was directed to where the location is. I get here right at 12:20 and what do I find a clipboard with a post it note that says lunch be back at 1:20pm. This is so unprofessional that people are able to book and confirm appointments and no one is even here to provide services. Then the kicker here is guess what? They don't even have a customer service phone number to report this or file a complaint. I'm here the 2nd time today and guess what? Now I have to wait. NEVER AGAIN will I use this place or recommend anyone to come here. I legit told my agency to remove this location completely from our list and our coordinator will be informing people not to use this location if it does populate. read more

IdentoGO - Fingerprinting Near Me - Round Rock, Texas

Horrible experience with incredibly inept people. There is an obvious language barrier with these people. They asked what state I was born in. I said China. They repeated what state. C H I N A. Are you a citizen. No, green card. Oh, what state? Pathetic! read more

understaffed, over booked. Had 2 appointments, waited 3 hrs then told internet was down, 2nd time 8 people in front of me despite making appointment weeks in advance, estimated wait time 2 hrs read more

There's two locations in round rock, the link will take you to the wrong location, and the workers will just shrug their shoulders in your face. They know that the link takes people to the wrong location, but they do nothing to communicate this, or that there is a second location at all. The workers are miserable and I'm honestly not sure how this company is still in business. read more

If I could give no stars I would. I made an appointment online for 12:20 and got there just to wait in line for 40 minutes. I got to be next in line and the man said they overbooked him and they are closing from 1-2 for lunch. A lady in front of me had an appointment for 12:30 (after me) and got to go before me since she was in line and arrived early. There is no urgency in this place or quality customer service. I even asked the man if I came back if I would have priority over others in line and he said no. read more

Went in for TSA Precheck with a scheduled appointment. They do other identity services here too. You sign in and wait to be called back, and then you wait in another room. They take people with appointments first and then walk ins. The process went smoothly and we were in and out in about 20 mins. read more

I've scheduled my fingerprint appointment with IdentoGo but unfortunately, it was canceled twice. I finally managed to secure a third appointment, but it's a week away. Despite having no criminal history or even a traffic ticket, it's been over seven business days, and they are still processing my information. I'm feeling a bit frustrated with the inefficiency of this process. It seems like it would be much quicker and simpler if we could just go to the police station for fingerprinting and then submit it directly to the Department of Licensing. Why are we forced to use IdentoGo? Are Monopolies still illegal? IdentoGo will not improve their services unless they have competition. read more

Ghetto!! I was sitting in the waiting room and the woman before me didn't have all of her documents and needed to leave to get them. the guy called "next" and a young man happen to walk in and went straight to him bypassing me. The lady that forgot her documents came back and the guy told me to wait while he takes care of her. I was here 10mins early and treated unfairly. I will never make an appointment here again read more

Mitchell has the worst customer service skills I've experienced in my entire life. He's not helpful, welcoming, or shows any interest in his job. If you want to ensure your day is ruined after visiting this facility go here. If you want a stress free day find somewhere else or hope that Mitchell isn't servicing you that day. read more

Very fast and reliable! The women inside were very helpful and patient walking me through the finger printing process. It only took 5 minutes to get it done. The location is a little hard to find as it's a suite within the building, but it's possible to find. Set aside extra time to find the suite. read more

Got to my appointment at 8:45 am today and was promptly met with an angry older lady, "The system is down. You can cancel or reschedule," without an ounce of regret. Okay... I signed a piece of paper and put my phone number because they said they would text us if it goes back up, but they "have no idea when." All right.. I left without making a fuss and called the general line to ask to reschedule to another location, but the representative told me that my location was not even reported down so no one can work on fixing their issue. I had been eagerly waiting for this day so I can initiate a long awaited name change and wanted very badly to have my prints taken today, so I walked back into IdentoGo and EXTREMELY NICELY let the two attitude-filled employees what the representative communicated to me. "What do you mean?" And I repeated myself once again extremely carefully and nicely because they already had enough attitude to fill five government building by themselves. "Oh, yeah, we're in line to report it." Yeah, suuure... regardless, I said, "Okay, thank you so much!" As I was leaving down the hall I heard the most exasperated "JESUS!!!!!!!!" the incompetent heffer could muster. Absolutely horrific. Even my fiancé said, "Wow, they were snippy, weren't they?" which is saying something because he almost never says anything about bad service since that seems to be the norm in Austin. read more

I had an appointment with them to collect biometric information I needed to apply for a special license, and when I arrived they had no working equipment to collect the fingerprints, et cetera. They suggested I go to a nearby location, and I went there only to find that they weren't honoring appointments or even seeing clients on a walk-in basis from the other location. Understaffed, crummy equipment, and poor corporate communication. Very unfortunate that they are the only vendor the city uses for this. read more

Efficient location to get finger-printed/background checked. Booked online and my appointment was the first available time slot for 8:20am. Arrived at 8:05am and had to wait in the hallway until the staff unlocked the door at exactly 8:20am. By that time there were about 6 people behind me in line. This seems to be a no nonsense operation. The two ladies that work there wore masks and gloves. Those in line also wore masks. The lady asked for my name and then ID and credit card, then took fingerprints and photo. The whole operation took about 6 minutes. The results should be ready in 3-4 days according to the staff. read more

Fast friendly service. Made appointment online showed up early and was done before appointment time.

I scheduled an appointment but they were closed and I was sent to a building across the street I only found out the building was on the other side from other reviews. read more

Made an appt for TSA pre check. Never received a confirmation email or receipt after conclusion of appointment and making payment. Checked my card statement and identogo issued a refund the same day so basically a glitch on their end and I need to make another appointment. Older lady who does the process was watching Days of Our Lives in between appointments. Compete joke and waste of time. Avoid this location. read more

Went there yesterday at 342 pm for a 5:10 appointment first thing I saw was that the line was very big I still signed for my appointment then there was no communication with the staff she didn't say anything to us at 5 pm the staff member removed the sign in list and worked very slowly at 630 she walks out and. Proceed to take someone from the day prior and stated oh she missed her appointment the day before so she came in now I stated that's not fair to us who have been waiting 3+ hours then at 7:14 pm she stated oh the machine shut down I'm done we were like but what about that woman who you saw after 7 can we get the same paper you gave her since your telling us to leave after we were here early for our appointment ? The worker stated no and she don't do that the entire time I was there she was rude and lacked communication with any one then she proceeded to call her husband and he starts to try and fight with one of the ladies who was waiting this place is rude unprofessional and should be shut down and to top it off she called the cops and when we explained to the cops what happened they stayed this was the 3rd time they been here due to her acting rude and not knowing how to talk to people l. If o could I would give 0 stars read more

Friendly and helpful. They accommodated me with my 3 kids when I walked in. I had set a morning appointment and was in/out in 15 minutes.

Tough people to work with. Don't want to help you when you need it. Often times leave you more confused when you leave. There's no phone number to call to ask simple questions so you have to drive way out just to get information you need. Unfortunately, there are things you have to get fingerprinted for so it can be unavoidable. If it was possible to not use IdentoGo, I would. It's an absolutely miserable experience. read more

Needed fingerprints for a new job, and my appointment was handled flawlessly by the ladies here. Ana (I think!) was incredibly helpful, professional and patient even when they had a technical difficulty--even with the extra barriers in place during these crazy times of Covid-19! read more

I've used these guys twice now and have had a very positive and professional experience each time. The lady that works there is a bit dry on personality, but, she is nice and professional and skilled in her craft. She moves the line quickly and doesn't get stressed out. At least it doesn't show. These guys are by appointment only, so don't stroll in there thinking you can be seen as a walk in 'cause it won't happen. They are located about a mile from the intersection of McNeil and Round Rock W. Turn in at the Park West sign and they are in the second building back. Park West Execuitive Suites, Building E, ste 224. Walk in and follow the signs for fingerprinting. You can schedule your appt on their website. Each time I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Fingerprints are digital and they will take your picture so get your hair did and put on some fresh make up. Bring ID and form of payment. read more

I needed finger printing for a license renewal and because most places were closed, the police station recommended this place. When I entered their office, the woman with the short hair on the right side looked up from her phone and said nothing. I waited for a minute or so and when she was done with her personal phone call, she begrudgingly took her earbuds out and asked me what I was there for then told me I would have to wait because she didn't have that machine on her side... she put her headphones back in and resumed her phone personal call (until someone else came in and then she was really annoyed). The lady who actually completed my appointment was direct and to the point, but certainly lacked a friendly demeanor. This young lady with the appointment ahead of me was grilled for not knowing her social security number. It is unfortunate that there are not more options for these services because I would suggest giving your money to a different organization, perhaps the police department, you might have friendlier service. The main take away is, it's 9am and makes an appointment to deal with crabby people that early. Two stars because they were fast and on time. The rest are deducted because of the less than satisfactory service. read more
