Horrible experience. Had to use IdentoGO for a TSA pre check appointment. Google Maps took me to the address listed for IdentoGO's round rock location. There are signs suggesting that all services are addressed in Suite 220. Beware - the man working in this suite is nasty and racist. He wouldn't speak to me or acknowledge my existence upon arrival, and rudely talked down to his customer. When he called me in and I explained why I was there, he told me he doesn't handle TSA Pre Check appointments. When I asked where I should go, he yelled at me, asking if I spoke English or could read signs. I've never been spoken to this way, and was horrified by how someone could treat others this way. When I walked out I heard him loudly talking to himself and referring to the other customer and I as "fucking idiots". When I finally found the correct office, the woman there informed me that several people encounter this situation with this man due to the Google Maps listing inaccuracy and IdentoGO's confusing / poor signage. If this is a recurring issue, why don't they fix it? And why is this man still employed? IdentoGO needs to do better and address these issues. read more

This place is a complete joke and waste of time!! I'm not even kidding you. I booked an appointment for 12:20 pm and received a confirmation email. Finding the location was an adventure all on its own. Nowhere does it mention Building 1 suite 450. It just says suite 450 which isn't even listed under them. Finally after I have gotten my steps in for the day I was directed to where the location is. I get here right at 12:20 and what do I find a clipboard with a post it note that says lunch be back at 1:20pm. This is so unprofessional that people are able to book and confirm appointments and no one is even here to provide services. Then the kicker here is guess what? They don't even have a customer service phone number to report this or file a complaint. I'm here the 2nd time today and guess what? Now I have to wait. NEVER AGAIN will I use this place or recommend anyone to come here. I legit told my agency to remove this location completely from our list and our coordinator will be informing people not to use this location if it does populate. read more

There's two locations in round rock, the link will take you to the wrong location, and the workers will just shrug their shoulders in your face. They know that the link takes people to the wrong location, but they do nothing to communicate this, or that there is a second location at all. If I could give no stars I would. I made an appointment online for 12:20 and got there just to wait in line for 40 minutes. I got to be next in line and the man said they overbooked him and they are closing from 1-2 for lunch. A lady in front of me had an appointment for 12:30 (after me) and got to go before me since she was in line and arrived early. There is no urgency in this place or quality customer service. Went in for TSA Precheck with a scheduled appointment. They do other identity services here too. You sign in and wait to be called back, and then you wait in another room. They take people with appointments first and then walk ins. The process went smoothly and we were in and out in about 20 mins. read more

I've scheduled my fingerprint appointment with IdentoGo but unfortunately, it was canceled twice. I finally managed to secure a third appointment, but it's a week away. Despite having no criminal history or even a traffic ticket, it's been over seven business days, and they are still processing my information. I'm feeling a bit frustrated with the inefficiency of this process. It seems like it would be much quicker and simpler if we could just go to the police station for fingerprinting and then submit it directly to the Department of Licensing. The place is slightly difficult to find. Once inside there is no sign in log. You walk into a room with a bunch of chairs, everyone looks at you awkwardly and then you just go in order of arrival to get fingerprints and/or photos. It's someone quick and easy. Got to my appointment at 8:45 am today and was promptly met with an angry older lady, "The system is down. You can cancel or reschedule," without an ounce of regret. Okay... "What do you mean?" And I repeated myself once again extremely carefully and nicely because they already had enough attitude to fill five government building by themselves. "Oh, yeah, we're in line to report it." Yeah, suuure... regardless, I said, "Okay, thank you so much!" As I was leaving down the hall I heard the most exasperated "JESUS!!!!!!!!" the incompetent heffer could muster. Absolutely horrific. I had an appointment with them to collect biometric information I needed to apply for a special license, and when I arrived they had no working equipment to collect the fingerprints, et cetera. They suggested I go to a nearby location, and I went there only to find that they weren't honoring appointments or even seeing clients on a walk-in basis from the other location. Efficient location to get finger-printed/background checked. Booked online and my appointment was the first available time slot for 8:20am. Arrived at 8:05am and had to wait in the hallway until the staff unlocked the door at exactly 8:20am. By that time there were about 6 people behind me in line. This seems to be a no nonsense operation. The two ladies that work there wore masks and gloves. Those in line also wore masks. The lady asked for my name and then ID and credit card, then took fingerprints and photo. The whole operation took about 6 minutes. Went there yesterday at 342 pm for a 5:10 appointment first thing I saw was that the line was very big I still signed for my appointment then there was no communication with the staff she didn't say anything to us at 5 pm the staff member removed the sign in list and worked very slowly at 630 she walks out and. Proceed to take someone from the day prior and stated oh she missed her appointment the day before so she came in now I stated that's not fair to us who have been waiting 3+ hours then at 7:14 pm she stated oh the machine shut down I'm done we were like but what about that woman who you saw after 7 can we get the same paper you gave her since your telling us to leave after we were here early for our appointment ? The worker stated no and she don't do that the entire time I was there she was rude and lacked communication with any one then she proceeded to call her husband and he starts to try and fight with one of the ladies who was waiting this place is rude unprofessional and should be shut down and to top it off she called the cops and when we explained to the cops what happened they stayed this was the 3rd time they been here due to her acting rude and not knowing how to talk to people l. Tough people to work with. Don't want to help you when you need it. Often times leave you more confused when you leave. There's no phone number to call to ask simple questions so you have to drive way out just to get information you need. The lady that works there is a bit dry on personality, but, she is nice and professional and skilled in her craft. She moves the line quickly and doesn't get stressed out. At least it doesn't show. These guys are by appointment only, so don't stroll in there thinking you can be seen as a walk in 'cause it won't happen. They are located about a mile from the intersection of McNeil and Round Rock W. Turn in at the Park West sign and they are in the second building back. Park West Execuitive Suites, Building E, ste 224. Walk in and follow the signs for fingerprinting. You can schedule your appt on their website. Each time I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Fingerprints are digital and they will take your picture so get your hair did and put on some fresh make up. Bring ID and form of payment. read more

I needed finger printing for a license renewal and because most places were closed, the police station recommended this place. When I entered their office, the woman with the short hair on the right side looked up from her phone and said nothing. I waited for a minute or so and when she was done with her personal phone call, she begrudgingly took her earbuds out and asked me what I was there for then told me I would have to wait because she didn't have that machine on her side... she put her headphones back in and resumed her phone personal call (until someone else came in and then she was really annoyed). The lady who actually completed my appointment was direct and to the point, but certainly lacked a friendly demeanor. This young lady with the appointment ahead of me was grilled for not knowing her social security number. It is unfortunate that there are not more options for these services because I would suggest giving your money to a different organization, perhaps the police department, you might have friendlier service. The main take away is, it's 9am and makes an appointment to deal with crabby people that early. Two stars because they were fast and on time.
