The fingerprint card processing fee was $44 per person, so we paid $88 total. The rules posted online specifically stated that the $44 fee includes two fingerprint cards, and the Missouri Board of Pharmacy requires both cards for the background check. However, we were only given one card each. When I returned and explained that we needed the second cards already included in the fee we paid, the older gentleman (Miaalexander) working there refused to provide them. I called IdentoGO, and its representative confirmed that I was correct and that two fingerprint cards were included. The Missouri Board of Pharmacy's requirements also clearly stated that two cards were needed. I attempted to show this information to the employee, but he refused to listen or look at it. He then suddenly claimed that I owed additional money, even though no additional charge had been mentioned during our original visit. When I asked him to show me where this extra fee was stated, he refused. Instead of calmly helping resolve the issue, he yelled at me and called the police. I explained the situation to the officers, who were completely understanding. They advised me to contact the company and request a refund because the employee was unwilling to cooperate. Despite this facility failing to provide the full service we paid for, I was banned from the location and informed that I could be arrested for trespassing if I returned. This was an incredibly unprofessional and upsetting experience. Customers should not be yelled at, have the police called on them, be banned, and face the possibility of arrest simply for requesting a service that was advertised online, confirmed by IdentoGO, required by the Missouri Board of Pharmacy, and already paid for.

This is a wonderful idea as it advocates for cleaner water and streams (for those who place medication down sinks and waste ways). In addition, this event is a "no questions asked" event. I have been here before for other events such as the R.R.P.D summer camp for youth. My son has attended a week of camp here with the R.R.P.D. These week long camps are held every summer, are free to the public, and are ran by R.R.P.D. These summer camps stress the importance of teamwork, physical fitness and the importance of being a law abiding person. #backthebadge

I was experiencing an incredibly stressful personal emergency that morning and was attempting to make it to a critical doctor's appointment. The officer was entirely unsympathetic to the situation and deliberately prolonged the citation process, which ultimately caused me to miss my appointment. Additionally, the municipal court's system is highly inconvenient; I was advised by a clerk that citations cannot even be viewed for a week due to department delays in uploading paperwork. Experiences like this reflect poorly on the department's commitment to community policing and standard administrative competence.

This Yelp review is one where words do no justice for this young queen. I called her to get a will…read morenotarized, and after she did the job, she stayed for hours helping me with a very personal matter in bringing my mom care for her cancer. She refused to take no for an answer and showed us a care that saved our mom's life with S4 cancer. Pros: - Gets the job done - Fully mobile - Cares about her work - Empathetic/compassionate - Priced to market - Quick responses Side Notes: - Schedule a time - Be specific on what you need - Accepts Venmo - Print single-sided for wills What We Got Done: - 2 printed wills notarized - 2 cover letters for will Summary Notary Work: this was simple; we got it done, signed, and answered all the needed questions. Be sure to get any will that requires notarization printed on one side (not double-sided). Compassion/Empathy/Kindness: This is the highlight. She showed up in ways that instilled that this world is actually good. We finished the will in less than 5 minutes, and she could have quickly gone to the next appointment. What she did next made us feel that angels exist. Having fought her colon cancer battle, she pulled out her phone and told us to go to MD Anderson. She started to share names, phone numbers, and resources, but the greatest act of love a human can do for another at this moment was to advocate for us. We were giving up. She started to call and would not leave until we had a plan. We had the resources we needed two hours later, but an agenda that my brother and I executed two days later. Fast-forward two weeks since that day, our mother is fighting S4 cancer, and her energy is where it was when she first started to fight years ago. Her appetite, energy, and most importantly, her will to live, not just to fight, was back. I highly and FULLY recommend Jackquealyne for any notary work. She's a person who cares, and we should uplift local business that makes our community stronger. (No photos as documents and more are private)
