Completely a fiasco from the minute I walked in. I had an appt for 1pm. I walk in at 12:55pm and their 400sf closet space office is literally jammed with people. There were 14 people in front of me, each person takes 10 mins to fingerprint. Beyond unacceptable. Why make appointments? The ONE staff member here was nice but completely swamped. People were crammed in like sardines. Completely mismanaged and overrun. Lady working here was very nice. read more

This place is horrible ! Do not go! The woman working in the office hates her job and all people and is very rude and dismissive. I just needed a simple fingerprint card to change my legal name and it became a huge ordeal. She said she only takes appointments and I can go to either of the other 2 locations (which were 25 minutes away and the website says they close at 5pm) . It was 4:30 when I came in and I asked her to help me get a code so I can make an appointment and she put a business card in my hand and said she didn't know any codes . So I called the place while I was still in the outer part of the building and was on the phone making an appointment and the guy on the phone did say it's usually next day appointments but the person working can decide if they will take me or not . Well she had already decided she didn't want to help and came out to lock the whole building at 4:45 (again it says it closes at 5pm) and I asked the guy on the phone if he heard her attitude and he didn't hear , but she said "I don't care if he heard me or not my last appointment was at 2:20 " or something like that ... she just is terrible with costumer service and clearly hates her job and didn't care if someone else from her company heard her being rude. The compassionate side of me will pray for her because she's obviously not happy and battling some demons, but the customer side of me will be calling the complaint line and not returning here . I'm going to see if I can get my fingerprint card from the local sheriff office instead. I see all these one star reviews and nothing is being done about it so the entire company loses credibility in my eyes. read more

I had an afternoon appointment but went in when they opened, the lady said she'd work me in if appointments didn't show up and she did! She was fast, very serious but friendly person. I was out in 10 min, and she finished right when the next appointment came in ! Yay!! read more

I had an appointment at 8am. Only 1 worker, that doesn't have keys to open the building. So myself and 6 others waiting outside with no ETA the building would open. Of course I was told, I could schedule an appointment somewhere else, but I had waited 45 mins at this point. Extremely unprofessional. read more

I scheduled an early morning appointment because I had to get to work. When I got there, there was one person in front of me and 2 others walked in. I took a seat as instructed and was never acknowledged again until every one else was serviced. The one person they had working didn't acknowledge anyone who walked in or asked if we had any appointments times. I must of been one of the lucky ones that was able to get an appointment that same week. I arrived at 1:56pm for a 2:00pm appointment and was back in my car with fingerprints completed at 2:05pm. The girl that was working there was very friendly and nice. I would defiantly come out here again for my next set of fingerprints. read more

Zero stars all the way. I had an initial great experience at the Pearland location with a friendly helpful person. then on repeat business was treated very rudely and the employee had an attitude and I felt a distinct air coming off her that she did not like anything about me. She could have not cared less about helping me and actually did not help me. Refused to help me so I left. People keep your attitudes at home and when you work in customer service you are there to help people? I guess that is news to some of you?!? Business owners why do you hire people like this? And it's sad to feel profiled, judged and discriminated against but I very much did. read more

In and out in 10 minutes. Went for my fingerprints for CHL and it was effortless! The only thing I'd say is to make location more visible.

These people NEVER show up. This is my third attempt at making an appointment, and every single time there are NEVER there!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I have set up 2 appointments with this location and both times that I have made the 1+ hour drive up there, they have been closed. The first time, the sent an email just hours before the appointment and we didn't see. The second time, there was no notice given. And when I called the 800 number, they were no help. I cannot for the life of me understand why none of these places have a phone number or other contact information listed. I work for an organization that requires all staff to be fingerprinted, and NOT receiving results has been a recurring issue that is a pain in the butt and is threatening the livelihood of our staff and organization. And I can't pick up the phone and call and find out where the results are. I have literally had staff have to go and RETAKE THEIR PRINTS just because their initial results never arrived. It is so beyond frustrating and I'm ready to talk to our CEO about switching companies altogether! read more

I took fingerprints in July it is now September with no results and no one to speak to.....absolutely no one to get hold of.

I made an appt over a week ago for fingerprinting for a new job. When I arrived, no one was there to work. I finally got someone on the phone from the corporate office, they said they were aware no one was there. They didn't email or give any notice to the 5 people standing out in the hall thinking we had appts this afternoon. If your trying to get to work quick don't waste your time coming here also they don't tell you but when you pay you have to have the exact amount in a card with your name on it they say you should get your results back in a week but fail to do so save yourself the wait and go somewhere else read more

How do you cancel an appointment while someone is sitting in the parking lot for the appointment?! This place is crap. Customer service is crap. Take 2hours of work to come and go from here and cancel you? Try again in 7 days. No sorry or explanation? Crap read more
