They double book on purpose so a 1:40 appointment is actually 2 people for 1 person who is the only worker here. Stay away from this place.

After a text from "Dee", with no identifying information, I ascertained who she was and responded affirmatively re: the appointment date and time. I then received a text from her confirming our appointment and explaining that she was about to send a text that I needed to "read CAREFULLY". No such text came. I reached out for clarification, and got no response. The location is a residential street, and my map app took me to the house across the street from hers. A very nice gentleman came to the door, and I immediately recognized my mistake. "This isn't the fingerprinting location, is it?" I said. He laughed and said no, then asked me if the business was an actual house. I said yes, and he said that when I find it to let him know because he also needed some fingerprinting done. We chatted for a moment about what a great gig it would be to have that kind of business right from your own home. I apologized again, he told me "no worries!" And I left. Soon, after cross checking texts and a couple of emails from my agency, I was able to determine that the place I needed was right across the street. I drove there and parked in the driveway, as I'd been instructed to. As I approached the front door, I was looking at my phone to verify that I was at the right place as I rang the door bell. A pinched-faced, unfriendly woman opened the door just a smidgen, reached way over to a small, pale yellow note tucked under her mailbox and tapped it furiously. It instructed to go to the back door. I said I was so sorry, and headed down the driveway to her back door. She flung it open, visibly furious. I apologized again and began to tell her how I'd initially gone to the wrong house. She cut me off and screamed, "YOU DISTURBED MY NEIGHBOR AND YOU CANNOT FOLLOW DIRECTIONS?!" I backed up and said, "Nevermind. I'm leaving." This caused her to scream, "I DO NOT WANT TO WORK WITH YOU!" Which was rather irrelevant considering I'd just said I was leaving. It turns out that my agency already paid her "no refunds" fee, which they didn't mind but which made me even angrier. I admit, I look a mess. No makeup, swollen eyes. My 17 year old dog just died, and the grief shows on my face, making me look a wreck. None of that should matter, of course, but I got the distinct vibe that I wasn't up to par on her esthetic standards, on top of my other egregious actions. Word to the wise: AVOID THIS NASTY WOMAN. At all costs. The "convenience" isn't worth it. There are multitudes of places similar to hers out there. Please find one.

One Friday I talked to a young person who explained the website and process impeccably and very clear instructions. The following Monday I talked to Grace who was very startled I paid 60 and alarmed that it definitely cost 80 , when I called to confirm all the paperwork before mailing my fingerprints. She made me very nervous that I did some wrong. I explained to Grace that she just explained the exact process that the previous employee did. I asked her to maybe next time not be so alarmist. I don't think she had bad intentions but I do think a refresher on the website , and that a client can click through options with various methods. Website was very easy to use and understand after my first initial call. But Grace made me so nervous that I clicked the wrong thing . If the owner would like more details I'd be happy to provide . Otherwise prompt service and website .

I received my receipt and form completed via email 5 days later. I still did not receive my physical forms in the mail, so I called the number provided with the TCN #. I was informed that the background check and fingerprints were mailed to me, BUT THEY SENT IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. I looked at the forms I filled out and I did put my correct address. This means that they carelessly sent sensitive information to an incorrect address. That is completely reckless and careless behavior as a company that handles sensitive information.
