The service was fast and the staff were great and friendly. The place is also near places to eat as well or just relax.

I needed to get my fingerprints done for my Pharmacy Tech License. Do be aware the address to this location as they did move from having their own building to being right next to the post net. Which is behind that building. I arrived at 11am and was done by 11:05am. Quick and easy. The lady that does the fingerprints is amazing and funny. Do be aware that they do not accept cash at this facility. Card or Money order. I did pay about $39ish for my fingerprints. Do remember to bring the correct document that you selected when you were making this appointment. read more

I completed my fingerprinting here for my new job. You sign in on the clipboard and wait. It's done in order around the general time you scheduled your appointment day/time. Even if you're a little late, she still takes you. There's only one person handling it, so it takes a while. Plus, the scanner can be finicky when reading your prints and makes you redo them. There's a wet cloth you wipe your hands on to help make the prints darker. The employee helps and rolls your fingers for you. You also take a photo (not smiling). Everything is electronic, so it's sent right away. You get a paper and email receipt. There's a link in the email to check your status. I was told by my HR that it clears in 24-48 hours. IdenTOGO is located inside Sylvan Learning Center. The building may be hard to find because the sign it's small, but it's freestanding from the other stores and restaurants in the shopping center. It's the building right off W Lake Houston Pkwy across the street that faces Whataburger and HEB. The parking lot is small. There are 2 rows in front of the building. It doesn't fill up, though. My appointment was at 12:40 PM, and I was out in 10 mins. read more

This was my second time to this location but for something different I-9. I arrived at 11:45 for my 12:00pm appointment . I was called to the back at about 12:09pm. Apparently the lady working there did not upload them correctly into the system because I was contacted by my employer to upload and send them over. So this trip was a waste of my time. Be sure to ask if the proper documents are loaded in the right place before you leave. FYI-Your ss card and drivers license should not be uploaded together at the same time since they are listed under two different document categories. It's a rule so I'd double check to make sure before you leave. read more

The fingerprinting process was easy and fast. Dee was extremely pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this business!

First it is located at a Sylvan Learning Center. Asked to use the restroom 2X ( I take a diuretic) and was informed that it was not a "public" restroom. And that I could not use it when kids are present. Considering that I was a paying customer, it's not public. Then to infer that I might be a danger to children is insulting. I guarantee you that if I was female and said I had a "lady" issue, there would have been an accommodation. read more

The fact that there is no option for same day appointments says enough for me....it's just fingerprinting, not rocket science.

Even though this place is super busy, the person doing the printing is very nice and fast. The wait isn't long. Definitely recommend to anyone needing this service. read more

Its a little hard to find seeing as they don't have a sign out in the open. Then again hard to find once you get in the business. The waiting area is small so get therr early. They do the service in order unless your there for hazmat.(due to taking longer). read more

The guy working in the Huntsville office is horrible. My appointment was at 9:10 am and I arrived 20 minutes early. He finally showed up a little after 10 and proceeded to go hide in the bathroom and talk on his phone for the next 20 minutes or so. The lady in the Hisd transportation office (who was very nice) finally moved all of us that were waiting on this guy into a room to sit down. While in that room, creepy fingerprint guy started to come out of the bathroom with his pants undone. About 10 minutes later, the Hisd lady came out and told us that all of our appointments had been cancelled due to him being ill....probably mentally. She arranged for all of us to make an appointment with the Magnolia office. So we made the 45 minute drive to that location and finally got our fingerprinting done. The Magnolia office was great by the way. I don't believe the company is bad, but they need to look hard at this guy out of the Huntsville location. He called off last weeks appointments for "car problems" and showed not one bit of consideration for any of the 10 or so people there today. I missed several other appointments because of this guy. read more
