Anticipate walking into a waiting room the size of your closet filled with people. Next, expect to be told that "we triple book every single appointment." I initially assumed this was simply to deter any walk in clients, which obviously works when you follow up with "it could take hours...and hours..." Well, I was prepared and brought an iPad. The wait wasn't nearly as terrible as I anticipated, less than an hour. Fast forward a couple weeks when I returned with my wife for her TSA pre-check appointmen, which was scheduled ahead of time. Bracing myself for the standing room only waiting room, I made sure we were 15 minutes early. Flash forward 30 minutes AFTER the pre-scheduled appointment time, we were informed (surprise! surprise!) "we triple book every single appointment." Well, I guess the other two people must have showed up hours earlier or possibly even the day before? Save yourself from being annoyed and frustrated and go elsewhere!
