Like the other two reviews, I went there for the TSA Pre-Check process. I first went for myself as a walk-in. It was a Friday morning and I was in and out in about 2 hours. As I sat there, I heard the woman behind the glass explain, many times, that they take appts first and squeeze in any walk-ins on a first come, first served basis. (Appts are staggered 15 mins apart, so there isn't much room for walk-ins. Maybe one every 3rd or 4th appt.)
The actual pre-check process took less than ten minutes, but the wait in the tiny room with not enough chairs was pretty bad. At one point, they stopped taking walk-in sign-ups because they had maxed out. So, if you are going to walk-in, get there before 9. Oh, they open at 8, but don't start taking pre-check appts until 9:30.
The next week, I took my two daughters over. Not sure what happened, but we were there before 9 and didn't get out until well after noon. There is nothing to do while waiting, and not enough room in the waiting room. If they call your name and you aren't there and ready, they move on. Overall, the staff was courteous and efficient, but it appears they are currently overwhelmed by the number of people trying to get their KTN. read more
