Comfy waiting room couch and their tattoo chairs are super adjustable and comfortable as well. They take security really seriously there so they are by appointment only and they lock up even when clients are inside for safety during sessions so they can focus. Once you talk to one of the tattoo artists then you can keep in touch by text, they make it easy! All forms of payment that you'd expect are accepted, too.

On their website and socials they mentioned they work to take any walk-ins, which I really appreciated. The day I decided on was quite a snowy day so I wasn't sure if they were still open. With a quick call, I was able to determine they were still open and had time to fit me in before close that day. Matt was the piercer and was friendly and professional. He answered any questions I had and made the experience easy in a comfortable atmosphere. I had my eye on a specific piece of jewelry for the piercing, which wasn't available, but I was shown several other titanium options to pick from and easily found one I liked. The piercing process was smooth and didn't hurt near as much as I thought it was going to. After the piercing, I was even shown a bit of the process to change the color of titanium piercings, which was neat to see. If you want different color jewelry, I'd definitely recommend asking about it. Very comfortable, clean, and friendly environment to get a piercing!

MPLS who has done my work is booked out....for months. So I started looking around for people who do work in the style/manner. Recommendations from friends yielded some results but they were also booked out, or their portfolio didn't look like it was a good fit. Doing a Google search, lo and behold there is a location in Maple Grove, that I have overlooked. Doing a quick review, of the artists work, and consumer comments, I felt pretty comfortable committing to this establishment. The response to my request for the doing the work was quick, and I appreciate the communication. Got the date/time set, and the artist who will do the work. I was paired with Chris Spiegel to slap the ink on my arm Walking into the establishment, you will notice that the front area is very clean, the attendant at the front desk was friendly, and the whole vibe was really inviting and comfortable. Getting the tattoo: First and foremost - Chris did an excellent job! He asked all the right questions. Offered important questions and suggestions that would help the design look its best. During the time in the chair, Chris has a great demeanor, and is able to relate and carry on a chat (who wants to sit in and listen to the piped in music). The other part of this process that impressed me, was how adamant he was about after care - taking care of your tattoo, what to do, what not to do. It has been a couple years since my last work, and I appreciated the refresher. The other item I would mention, all of their staff are very talented, and super friendly. When getting a tattoo, you are entrusting your vision of something can be of significance to you, and you want the end product to be everything you expect it to be. Chris has certainly earned my trust, as well as Ink Sanctum. I will be back for my next project. If it's your first tattoo, or if you are adding on to your tapestry. Please give them a serious look. There is no intimidation walking in, the staff will make you feel welcome, answer your concerns, and provide a grade - A consultation to ensure your tattoo looks as awesome as you expect it to be.

I'm utterly disappointed with the end result and the unprofessionalism from Christina. I always wanted to have full brows since mine are very thin and I have to fill them in. Ive researched about microblading eyebrows and came across LeVisage in Maple Grove and saw the pics of "her work", I liked what I saw. Made the appointment and with full anticipation that I will look great when it's done. I have no problem paying for it, as long as the promised service is delivered. The end result of my microbladed brows looks like a bad tattoo job! And the process was painful. I've gotten my eyebrows tattooed a couple times so I know what they look like. I kept asking her if this is what they should look - the strokes and pigment disappeared about 90%. The only thing that was left were uneven dots of pigment. Every single time, she continued to reassure me that it's "completely normal" and the strokes will reappear after the skin healed. I did a lot of research about this because my guts is telling me that this is not normal. After 6 weeks (skin heal after 4 weeks), I lost hope because my brows still look awful so I decided to cancel my touch up session because I lost trust in her work. I couldn't find the option to cancel it on her website, so I texted her saying I'd like to cancel my touch up session and would like my booking fee refund (for the touch up session) because Ive cancelled it more than 7 days. Her response was "of course". She did not ask about my brows or why I cancel. If she does care or truly passionate about her work, she would care enough to ask. It's been 2 weeks that she promised to refund my booking fee and she never did. I texted her again a week later, she said "I will refund you asap", again she did not. Yesterday I texted her twice asking for my refund, she never responded... I can only say that I would count this as an experience of a lifetime, to learn from!

Christina did a great job of explaining what microblading is and what she was going to do. She has great numbing cream so it's almost 100% pain free. I love my results! Highly recommend!

*DON'T DEAL WITH JASON* I contacted the shop on July 3rd…read more Jason responded and said I would need to come to the shop for a consultation. He said he would be at the shop from 12-6 on July 4th, so I said I would meet him at 12:30 to give him time to settle in at work. July 4th and I show up at 12:30p. Jason is not there but another artist said he should be in shortly so I went to wait in the car. Another tattoo artist came to my car with Jason on FaceTime. I explained what I wanted and sent the $200 deposit to get on his schedule for July 25th. He sent me a Booksy reminder. July 7th, I get a text from Jason asking if I'm still interested in getting a tattoo or have I scheduled already. I let him know that we already scheduled and put down my deposit. I checked again after not receiving a response, and Jason responds back, yea I have you down this week. I sent him a screenshot of the correct date which was in 2 weeks. I should've known from there that he was going to be on BS. July 23rd, I received a text asking if I can change my appointment to Friday. I responded no because I work. After an all day back and forth, I said I could take off an hour early and come in at 4pm on July 24th. Mind you this is one day before my actual appointment date. He didn't actually respond back until July 24th saying that I could come in at 4pm. I took off work early to get prepared. 3:30pm I received a text from Jason saying he wants to move the appointment back to the original day. At this point I knew he was a joke but I paid $ so I was willing to be patient. I let him know I can come on the 25th but I can't keep switching times last minute. July 25th, appointment is at 12. I received a text at 11:30am telling me my appointment is from 1-2. So I responded with a "?" Because I know damn well you can't do nothing in 1 hour. Jason responded, come at 1pm if I use numbing cream or 2pm if I don't. So I'm thinking what if I put numbing cream on yesterday and today? I would've just been wasting it because he keeps rescheduling 30 minutes before the appt. I told him I would be there at 2pm. Sooooo 1:30pm rolls around and guess who texts me? Yup, Jason to say he needs to move my appointment again but he will give me extra time. F*** extra time, give me my deposit back. I feel like he never had intentions on doing my tattoo. I asked for my deposit back and he said yea and asked for my cashapp. 4 hours later I hadn't received anything. I texted and called Jason. He answered and said would send my deposit in the next 24 hours. What!?! So you spent my deposit and you don't have $ to send back smh. I let it go though because I just want my $ so I don't have to deal with this dude anymore. July 26th, 24 hours passed. No deposit, no communication, nothing. I left 2 texts asking the status of my deposit and how ridiculous this is. No response all day. July 27, At about 10:15 I call and once again asked Jason about my deposit. Now it's, oh yea let me send that now. So finally after 2 days I received my deposit back. DONT SAY YOU WERENT WARNED.
