I called to make an appointment with Amy and I was told there was availability but to text her my name & the service I wanted even though I just shared it over the phone. Then when I texted I didn't get a response for a while and then was told that she doesn't have any availability. I asked if I could come at a different time same day and didn't get a response until the next day. Went in a little bit ago to get my brows done and when I went in there was nobody in there. I ended up waiting for 15 minutes before going upstairs and asking for help. Finally, I got in to get my brows done and without asking for what i was going for or warning me, she just started doing my brows. Maybe thats how she works, but I feel like you never know people experience with their own eyebrows so you should at least ask them what they want done to THEIR face. She was nice but my eyebrows didn't come out how i wanted after asking her to fix them. Plus it was expensive so the experience was just all around not good. read more

I had several services booked and received the too many messages from the location to confirm. I had to cancel one due to travel for work being delayed and gave notice and was told that I had to pay 50% because notice was less than 24 hours, but if I re-booked It would be waived so I re-booked and apologized. More text messages cancelling one and re-booking, then other message for next day appointment etc... the next day I was remembering a 1pm slot arranged my schedule to accommodate and shocked when I received notice that I was a no-show. I tried to call - Voice mail, I tried to call back to another extension as I rushed to my vehicle and drove (literally 7min) to the location Still VM and no response. When I get there several others there, I tried to explain the situation that I was tracking on 1pm not noon and I was literally 21 minutes delayed on a 3 HOUR appointment slot. While I understand they are busy, Why did they not call after the first 5 minutes to have a conversation??? Why does no one there answer the dang phone? There were 2 people doing nothing when I arrived! Why did they act so indifferent about the situation and brush me off when I asked if they could still get me in even for fewer services? The smug and rude nature, the poor reception and the overall experience has convinced me not only do I not want to do business with them, but I need to let others know this is not a business that wants customers, this is a business that wants "specific" types of customers. Well, guess what? Not all wealthy people drive BMW's ladies, and not everyone looks like you! So I will take my money and my business elsewhere and hope that karma takes care of the rest. read more

On August 31st I made an appointment with TRISHA DONALDSON at the Identity Salon in Bonney lake to have eyelash extensions for a 4th generation photo. There was a cancelation for the following day that I was able to get in with Trisha. This was the first time in having the extended eyelashes. My 85-year-old mother was recently diagnosed with Breast cancer that lives in Utah. My daughter that lives in Texas, granddaughter that lives in Oklahoma and myself. All arranged to meet at my mom's for this event. I had asked others about their extensions with great reviews, telling me that they should last up to 2 weeks. My natural eyelashes were long but needed mascara to darken them. My appointment was on Sept 2nd and when finished they looked great. The following morning the extensions on my right outside corner had fallen off along with my natural ones. I sent Trisha a text along with a photo that morning and asked if she could fit me in that day, my flight was the next morning. The response was OH No, what happened? No attempt to fit me in. My extension continued to fall out in less than 12 hours of having them on. I set another photo of my countertop with fallen lashes when brushing my teeth. o Sept 2nd Had the extensions put on. o By Sept 3rd less than 12 hours of having the extensions, my right outside corner had fallen off along with my natural ones o By Sept 5th I had no eye lashes on my right eye lid. o By Sept 7th most of the extensions had fallen off the left eye lid. o By Sept 10th I had no eyelashes on both of my eyelids. I just moved to the area and my stylist is almost 2 hours away so I tried this salon. I scheduled my appointment with the owner Stephanie through yelp, which I thought was a nice feature. Doing this let you see all appointment times and prices for services. I didn't like that the salon never called to confirm the day before like other salons I've gone to have. When I got to the salon there were a few girls chatting at the desk but no other clients in the salon. Stephanie got me in the chair right away. She asked what I was there for and I showed her the picture of what I wanted. She got to work and we got to chatting I mentioned how cool it was to allow spots through yelp and she had no idea what I was talking about. Seemed odd for an owner. I scheduled an appt for ombré- which I've had for almost 3 years..I just wanted to go drastically shorter. She started coloring my hair..but was just painting it on at the bottom ( no ratting or any kind of technique that's always been used for ombré on my hair. I was concerned but figured she was the professional. I have a lot of hair..like my hair takes a minimum of 3 hours for any kind of color and cut. I was home within an hour and half of my appt time. I was texting my bestie that she was so fast that I was scared- she either just really knew what she was doing or had no clue. Clearly it was no clue. I always give it a day with a drastic change so my hair can grow on me a bit..I have this two days. It was the worst color and cut I've ever had. I was leaving for vacation in a couple days and had to go have my hair fixed at another salon (which was INCREDIBLE!). The girl who fixed hair said it looked like whoever did my hair didn't know how to do ombré but just tried anyways. My hair looked like it was dip dyed not ombré...and so uneven. I bought a Groupon, just like I normally do whenever it comes to hair. I think it's ridiculous to charge over $150 for half foils in most places! Before buying the one for this place I Yelped it, and was very comfortable, even though there was only two reviews, I saw the picture of Megan and I just felt more comfortable. Well Megan was awesome, I unlike most, like to be able to connect with the hair stylist and have something to chit chat about other than just have dead silence, that is awkward. Well Megan and I connected, I also took my sister in with me and we were all chatting it up. Before we got to that comfortable point though, she really focused on what I was saying and what I wanted on my hair. I was nervous about doing full foils but she pointed why it would be a great idea so I went with it. The cut was easy and she did a great job. The color though, is my favorite, I got many compliments the next day and thereafter. Megan also told me her prices, and they aren't high at all and she did an amazing job, I think I will be going to her again. The reason why I say "I think" is because I live almost an hour away, kinda far for a cut and color. But we'll see. If she only worked closer to the eastside that would be wonderful. I have never wrote a review before but this was the worst experience I have had getting my hair done. I got a groupon and had Alana as a stylist I was told I would need to chop my hair off to above my shoulders and still charged 30 dollars more it was cut uneven. In the groupon it says partial highlights or full color I told her I wanted full color a light brown or dirty blond and even asked if I could get my eyebrows lightened in the process. We'll I went in there and got nothing I asked for I got partial highlights bright blond and my hair chopped up with a horrible haircut. She didn't even mention about my eye brows and the highlights are all different shades of blond I look horrible now I have to wait for my hair to grow out and the highlights to go away. For 90 dollars I could of gone to a nice place with out chopping my hair off at all first time I'm disappointed in groupon! read more
