It was the day before Easter and both of my boys (ages 1 and 3), desperately needed haircuts. I called ahead and Ranem said that she could get them both in... on a Saturday! She was so calm, gentle, and soft-spoken, my boys, who usually HATE getting haircuts, were also calm and relaxed. My three-year-old was so relaxed, he almost fell asleep! My one-year-old was nervous at first, but he quickly calmed down and just chilled as Ranem continued to cut his hair with clippers! (Clippers usually freak him out!) Jade was able to get me in right away. I usually cut my hair myself and I have this horribly thick wavy hair, so she had her work cut out for her!
