They also have climate controlled units (although I haven't needed those.) One huge plus is that the area is secure and gated, The whole area is cement paved, not gravel. Every corner is well lit and with security cameras. The place is clean, like they-just-opened-their-doors clean, inside the units and all around the facility. I've never had issues with rodents or the like. I would remind people to put cardboard and anything valuable up on pallets. I have had no issues with management, and actually they have been very accommodating when I was moving from LaCrosse. My biggest attractions are the security and cleanliness. 2 Thumbs-up.

I recently upgraded to a bigger unit, I planned to go elsewhere because they didn't have the size I needed. Super easy to sign up online and get everything ready. I was able to sign up and move items in…read morewithin a couple of hours! The 5ft x 5ft storage is $70/month. There is a one-time activation fee that I believe is $25 and it includes a lock (if you need it) that has keys. Otherwise you can use a combo lock as well. When signing up you either need a insurance or pay for their plan which is an additional $9/month. The location is very easy to find and Gerry was super nice getting everything set up and explaining all the processes. He was able to put some bottom pieces to lift up my storage (since in cardboard boxes) since the floor gets cold. Gerry clearly walked through how to open and close the locker. They mentioned that they do daily checks on the units for security and will call you if something happens. There are also cameras dispersed. Overall, it was super pleasant and efficient experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for a space for storage!
